Abstract. The management weakness of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the application of the State Property Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) is the cause of lack of optimal management of facilities or infrastructure or the application of SIMAK BMN by the school principal in empowering education staff and stakeholders within the madrasa. The purpose of this study was to describe the management of application-based infrastructure and State-Owned Management Information System (SIMAK BMN). The approach used in this study was qualitative research with a type of case study research. The stages in this study consisted of field, field and data processing. Data analysis takes place together with the process of collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results obtained in this study were (1) Planning of facilities and infrastructure made by madrasas provides an overview of the planning of needs achieved in the purpose of education; (2) Organizing application-based facilities and infrastructure SIMAK BMN in MTsN 1 Singkawang shoed a positive tendency to implement mechanisms, tasks and organizing functions that are conveyed to all teachers; (3) The implementation of SIMAK BMN application-based facilities and infrastructure at MTsN 1 Singkawang showed a tendency to be less than optimal; (4) Monitoring of application-based facilities and infrastructure SIMAK BMN at MTsN 1 Singkawang showed the tendency to carry out internal reconciliation, external reconciliation and pertangungjawban through semester reports. Therefore, it can be concluded, the management of facilities and infrastructure based on the application of the State Owned Management Information System (SIMAK BMN) at MTsN 1 Singkawang was an attempt to curb the recording of application-based infrastructure through the management of Property Management Information System functions. Country (SIMAK BMN).

A course on the use of computers in psychology and the other social sciences is described. The course included an introduction to computers and computing and units on word processing, data analysis, data acquisition, artificial intelligence, and computer-assisted instruction, simulation, and modeling. Each unit incorporated the application of an appropriate program. Students conducted independent research projects using the computer. They evaluated the course very positively, as did the instructor. The major problems encountered in teaching the course related to the diversity of students' backgrounds in computers and in statistics, and to the difficulty of separating technique from content in assigning grades.

Citizens in dense built environments are susceptible to the simultaneous occurrence of Slow Onset Disaster (SLOD) events, being particularly prone to increasing temperatures and air pollution. Previous research works have assessed these events’ arousal separately and have identified when their intensity is critical. However, few have integrated their analysis, possibly limited by the quality and granularity of available data, the accessibility and distribution of sensors, and measurements not emulating the surroundings of a pedestrian. Thus, this work performed an outdoor meso-scale multi-hazard-based risk analysis to study the aggregated effects of the SLODs mentioned above. The study was carried out to narrow down the time-frames within 2019 in which these two events could have affected citizens’ health the most. A weighted fuzzy logic was applied to superimpose climatic (temperature, humidity, wind speed, and solar irradiance) and air quality (particulate matter, ozone, and ammonium) distress (true risk) on an hourly basis, allocated using set healthy and comfortable ranges for a specific dense urban climate context within Milan (Italy), processing data from Milano via Juvara station. The findings show that sensitive groups were at risk of high temperature and pollution separately during 26% and 29% of summer and mid-season hours, respectively; while multi-hazard risk would arise during 10.93% of summer and mid-season hours, concentrated mainly between 14:00 and 20:00.

Currently this technology has had a major influence on the way of life and lifestyle so that it has spread to all domains, including credit applications that have made major changes to digital forms. Applications for credit at the Tanah Laut people's credit bank are still done manually starting from the credit application process, processing data and files, to preparing reports. This causes the credit application process to be ineffective and takes a long time, so that it can negatively affect customer satisfaction. This credit application system was developed on a web basis using a codeigniter framework, with the waterfall development method. This system can apply for credit online, helps make it easier to make decisions in determining the receipt of credit applications, helps in making monthly reports.

E-Public services based on information technology have been improved during the industrial revolution 4.0. Implementing E-Public Service leads to transforming public services in government from the old designs to the new designs that can assist in realizing agile government models. The agile government model is a model of government that creates a culture of agile and intelligent bureaucracy. This model focuses on the requirements of speed and ease in government processes, including public services. This study aims to explain the design of e-Public Service in realizing the Agile Government model. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach assisted by NVivo 12 software in processing data. This study shows that the design of public Service in realizing an agile government model based on information technology is creating responsive public services, facilitating and accelerating the process of public services, and improving the quality of effective and efficient public services.

E-fakur 2.2 is a manifestation of Undang-undang No. 42 of 2009 concerning Value Added Tax (VAT) which does not accommodate VAT subsidies for commodity Fertilizer packages which have an impact on SAS VAT for distributors. This study aims to see how the implementation of subsidized fertilizer commodity e-invoices with the government-borne method (PPN DTP). General problems regarding the legal basis which technically only explain down to the producer level. The results of observations in a case study by processing data from 2016 onwards show problems in their implementation, both from administration, validation sistems and developing information on supervision and cross-information, especially on the management of SAS PPN through e-faktur2.2 from the distrbutor perspective. Keywords : E-Faktur; VAT Subsidized; Subsidized Fertilzer.

CHARACTERISTIC ANALYSIS OF SEA WAVES USING WINDWAVE-12 SOFTWARE (CASE STUDY: MENTAWAI ISLANDS). Territorial water of Mentawai Islands that directly facing to India Ocean has some potency of big waves to happen it has an impact on community activity like fisherman activity, ship crossing and many more. This research is implemented to get the ideas of the characteristic sea waves using Windwaves-12 with data that are used from December 2016 until November 2017. From processing data of Windwaves-12 can be concluded that the highest significant wave value occurs during the western season (December – February) and east season (June – August) with height 0,5 – 2m. In the transition season II (September – November) significant wave height with 0,5 – 2 and the transition season I (March – may) lowest significant wave in 0,5 – 1,25 m until this season still in the safe situation for the people to do their activity.

This research is about the ability of Students in Using EnglishConjunction. The aim of this study is to measure the ability of second year students ofSenior high school in using English conjunctions. The samples of this research were57 second semester students of senior high school. The determination of the sampleswas done randomly. In collecting the data, they were given a set of test inunderstanding the usage of conjunction. The number of items are 40, they weredivided into two parts, the first part (completed the paragraph in using coordinatingand subordinating conjunction) and the second part (complete the sentence in usingcoordinating and subordinating conjunction). In processing data the writer used thestatistical procedure such as, the range score, the interval width, the interval class, thefrequency distribution, and arithmetic mean ( X ). From the data analysis the meanscore of second semester students of senior high school is 60,15. It is considered thecriteria of value in this research is not enough. It is recommended to the researchwhich relates to the ability of second semester students of senior high school in usingconjunctions or other the same level can be continued by other researchers so that theunbreakable problems can be solved in the future.
