Subject .This article discusses the need to bring into line with the future activities of specialists the content of their preparation, the formation of a system model of higher education, which takes into account today's and prospective requirements of the labor market. Objectives. The article aims to research the labor market in four regions of the Volga Federal District of the Russian Federation: the Republic of Tatarstan, Mari El Republic, Chuvash Republic, and the Ulyanovsk oblast, as well as discuss problems and prospects of interaction of universities with enterprises and organizations of these regions. Methods. For the study, I used the methods of logical and statistical analyses, and in-depth expert survey. Results. The article analyzes the state of regional labor markets, presents the results of the expert survey of labor market representatives and heads of the regional education system, and it defines possible ways of harmonizing the interaction of universities with the labor market. Conclusions. The article notes that although the number of employed with higher education is growing, at the same time there is a shortage of highly qualified personnel in certain professions, on the one hand, and unskilled workers, on the other. Also, the article says that the universities do not prepare the necessary for the regions specialists in a number of professions or they provide a set of competencies different from the requirements of the labor market, so it is necessary to form and develop effective directions of cooperation between educational institutions and employers.

<div><div><div><p>One of the fascinating properties of metal-semiconductor Schottky-barriers, which has been observed for some material combinations, is memristive behavior. Memristors are smart, since they can reversibly switch between a low resistance state and a high resistance state. The devices offer a great potential for advanced computing and data storage, including neuromorphic networks and resistive random-access memory. However, as for many other cases, the presence of a real interface (metal - metal oxide) has numerous disadvantages. The realization of interface-free, respectively Schottky-barrier free memristors is highly desirable. The aim of the current paper is the generation of nanowire arrays with each nanorod possessing the same crystal phase (Rutile) and segments only differing in composition. The electric conductivity is realized by segments made of highly-doped antimony tin oxide (ATO) transitioning into pure tin oxide (TO). Complex nanoarchitectures are presented, which include ATO-TO, ATO-TO-ATO nanowires either with a stepwise distribution of antimony or as a graded functional material. The electrical characterization of the materials reveals that the introduction of memristive properties in such structures is possible. The special features observed in voltage-current (IV) curves are correlated to the behavior of mobile oxygen vacancies (VO..) at different values of applied electrical potential.</p></div></div></div>

The issues of organizing an expert survey and carrying out statistical processing and analysis of the results are considered. The experts are the fifth-year students undergoing training at the Department of Management and Informatics «Moscow Power Engineering Institute» of the National Research University. The goal of the survey is revealing the disciplines that are most useful for employment in their specialty. We discuss the special features of the survey and a concept of «work in the specialty», with due regard for statistical reliability of the results. Data of written questionnaire gained in 2018 were processed and analyzed using cluster analysis (construction of dendrograms and application of the K-means method) and non-parametric statistical criteria (Friedman and Mann – Whitney – Wilcoxon). Data processing is implemented in the program STATISTICA. The analysis is carried out to reveal significant differences between the educational courses and assess the degree of consistency of the respondents to divide them into clusters that unite the students with similar judgments. Data analysis revealed that experts’ estimates in 2018 are in fairly good agreement with the estimates of previous studies; among the respondents there are three coalitions corresponding to the training modules «Software», «Management Theory», «Data Analysis»; the overall consistency of students in the two groups is very low (and, on the contrary, high in the identified clusters); grades are homogeneous and do not depend on training groups (and employment – unemployment of the respondents). The obtained results allow us to address a number of important questions regarding the ways of improving the educational process, e.g., to optimize yearly course hours for different educational modules.

The problem of the discrimination of people with disabilities remains being an urgent social problem. Misunderstanding of the meaning of this problem by others results in a situation when invalid’s level of life cannot be equal to a healthy person’s level of life. This article raises the issue of ableism in order to explore the idea of barrier-free environment integration. The results of a social survey are demonstrating a good level of respondent’s awareness concerning this problem and their will to participate in a discussion and taking of measures for the integration of a barrier-free environment with the intention to raise the invalid’s level of life.
