The objectives of this thesis research are to describe leadership types of SDIT THI headmaster, to describe the obstacles to increase the quality of education, to describe the effort to increase the quality of education, to describe the education quality of SDIT THI Kota Tangerang. Research method applied was descriptive qualitative research. Data collecting obtained from information, place and leadership activity of headmaster and document. Data retrieval technique was in the form of interview, observation, and document study. Data validity test was done by applying source triangulation, method triangulation. Data analysis technique that isa data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing which is interact each other. Result of research in the form of specific findings that are 1) The increasing of education quality in SDIT THI depends on the headmaster leadership types. The leadership types of SDIT THI headmaster is democratic type. 2) In general, SDIT THI doesn’t have the the significant obstacles to improve the quality of education. 3) Headmaster effort is quite effective to improve the quality of education in SDIT THI. 4) The education quality of SDIT THI is quite good and congruen to standard quality of Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu

Purpose Entrepreneurship is the basis of economic development but is somehow limited by the lack of access to financing sources, especially in the crucial moments of start-up early-stage development. For crossing the so-called “valley of death,” start-ups need to access informal finance sources, such as business angels. This study aims at defining the profile of business angels and comparing it with the existing literature. Design/methodology/approach A novel methodology for sampling the business angles population has been used, which extracts data from online social media networks. This allows taking a closer look at informal sources of entrepreneurial finance. A total of 500 real business angels, acting worldwide, from the LinkedIn and Crunchbase databases has been retrieved for this study. Findings Results point out that younger investors seem to be entering the entrepreneurial informal finance market. They are mainly males between 40 and 50 years of age, with a previous entrepreneurial record, and more highly educated than previously stated. They tend to have studies from Business Administration and Economics, although they prefer to invest in the ICT sector. Originality/value Besides the novel data retrieval technique for analyzing the informal sources of finance, the originality of the work lies in updating the archetype for business angels.

The Qur'an, a holy book that guides all Muslims. The Qur'an is the embodiment of the guidance to bring each individual to the salvation of the world and the hereafter. Everyone has different ways of interacting with the Qur'an, one of them by memorizing the Qur'an. Individuals who interact with the Qur'an by means of memorizing of course have different responsibilities. Teenagers who are Al Quran memorizing students have certain signs in expressing self-presentation that may be different from other teenagers. Using descriptive phenomenology study, there were 4 respondents in this study. The data retrieval technique uses semi structured interviews on the primary and secondary subject and uses nonparticipant observation. The results showed that the four respondents had different self-presentation patterns. The most crucial, the Qur'an forms interpreted ideals in their self-presentation through the dimensions of the khuluqiyyah dimension with respect to ethical values and the amaliyah dimension pertaining to daily behavior.

The purpose of this study was to see students mistakes in solving story problems based on the Newman’s procedure. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The data retrieval technique is done through observation and testing. The results showed that the error in the skills process was 33% and the lowest error in the answer error was 8.2%. Errors caused by students who cannot read symbols, charts or charts, cannot solve problems properly, are wrong in solving steps and cannot be published or explained properly.

This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of recruitment and training on teacher performance in elementary, junior high, and high school Saint John Harapan Indah Bekasi. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach through survey and data retrieval technique is non probability sampling with saturation sampling method to 50 teachers. The result of this research indicates that the recruitment variable is not Have a significant effect to performance variable and training variable have an effect on signifikan to performance variable.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of total debt, working capital, and sales on net income. The object of this study is a company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2013-2017 period. The data retrieval technique used in this study is the purpose sampling method, which is based on the specified criteria. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis method with analysis software Eviews 8.0. The findings are: (1) F test (simultaneous) in this study shows that total debt, working capital, and sales have a significant effect on net income, (2) T (partial) test in this study shows that total debt and sales have no effect significant to net income, while working capital has a significant effect on firm value. This research aims to analyze the diversity of macrozoobenthos species and density in mangrove ecotourism waters Karangsong Indramayu Regency West Java. The research was conducted in West Java starting from January 2021 to March 2021. This research method uses primary data in the form of physical and chemical data to measure the density, diversity and uniformity of macrozoobenthos. Data retrieval technique uses Purposive Sampling in the determination of 3 stations and 4 repetitions. The results of the research found 15 species of Makrozoobenthos that live in mangrove ecosystems namely Telescopium telescopium, Balanus perforates, Clypeomorus zonata, Cassidula aurisfelis, Cypraea leucogaster, Gyrineum natator, Polinices powisianus, Perna viridis, Placuna placenta, Tellina sp, Gari sp, Meretrix meretrix, Dossinia sp, Saccostrea cucullate and Anadara transversa. The density of macrozoobenthos ranges from 294 – 548 ind/m2. The diversity index of macrozoobenthos at stations 2 and 3 is in the medium category with a value of 2.44 and 2.822 and the diversity at station 1 is in the high category with a value of 3.10. Uniformity values range from 0.84 – 0.891 with a high category. The relationship of Water Quality with Makrozoobentos has an R2 value of 90% water quality can affect the life of macrozoobenthos and as much as 10% is influenced by other factors.

Repositories in Higher Education have a very important role. In addition to storing scientific work produced by students, the repository also serves to improve the ranking of Webometrics in order to realize World Class University. Therefore the policy of repository development must be done properly by considering the aspect of its users. This study aims to explain the students’ perceptions of independent upload system and ETD access repository in UGM library. This research uses descriptive qualitative approach with data retrieval technique using interview and completed with document. Data analysis is done by data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The results show that self-propagation policies and ETD access repository are considered to be very precise according to the perception of users, since the need for electronic information is increasing. The policy must be done to create open access in order to realize the excellent service in the library. Independent upload systems and ETD access repositories can improve their evectivity and efficiency as students can upload and access their final assignments from anywhere and anytime. It also provides security and convenience for students because the files that have been uploaded are stored in the system and can be downloaded or requested to the library whenever needed.Repositori di Perguruan Tinggi memiliki peran yang sangat penting. Selain untuk menyimpan karya ilmiah yang dihasilkan oleh mahasiswa, repositori juga berfungsi untuk meningkatkan peringkat Webometrics dalam rangka mewujudkan World Class University. Oleh karena itu kebijakan pengembangan repositori harus dilakukan secara tepat dengan mempertimbangkan aspek penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap sistem unggah mandiri dan akses ETD repositori di perpustakaan UGM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan wawancara dan dilengkapi dengan dokumen. Analisis data dilakukan dengan cara reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menjukkan bahwa kebijakan unggah mandiri dan akses ETD repositori dinilai sangat tepat menurut persepsi pemustaka, mengingat kebutuhan terhadap informasi elektronik saat ini semakin meningkat. Kebijakan tersebut wajib dilakukan untuk menciptakan open acces dalam rangka mewujudkan pelayanan prima di perpustakaan. Sistem unggah mandiri dan akses ETD repositori dapat meningkatkan evektifitas dan efisiensi karena mahasiswa dapat men-unggah dan mengakses tugas akhir mereka dari mana saja dan kapan saja. Selain itu juga memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan bagi mahasiswa karena file yang telah di-unggah tersimpan didalam sistem dan dapat di-download atau diminta ke perpustakaan ketika sewaktu-waktu dibutuhkan.
