This research aims to analyze the diversity of macrozoobenthos species and density in mangrove ecotourism waters Karangsong Indramayu Regency West Java. The research was conducted in West Java starting from January 2021 to March 2021. This research method uses primary data in the form of physical and chemical data to measure the density, diversity and uniformity of macrozoobenthos. Data retrieval technique uses Purposive Sampling in the determination of 3 stations and 4 repetitions. The results of the research found 15 species of Makrozoobenthos that live in mangrove ecosystems namely Telescopium telescopium, Balanus perforates, Clypeomorus zonata, Cassidula aurisfelis, Cypraea leucogaster, Gyrineum natator, Polinices powisianus, Perna viridis, Placuna placenta, Tellina sp, Gari sp, Meretrix meretrix, Dossinia sp, Saccostrea cucullate and Anadara transversa. The density of macrozoobenthos ranges from 294 – 548 ind/m2. The diversity index of macrozoobenthos at stations 2 and 3 is in the medium category with a value of 2.44 and 2.822 and the diversity at station 1 is in the high category with a value of 3.10. Uniformity values range from 0.84 – 0.891 with a high category. The relationship of Water Quality with Makrozoobentos has an R2 value of 90% water quality can affect the life of macrozoobenthos and as much as 10% is influenced by other factors.

This research aimed to analyze the quality of water in pond irrigation channels by examining the community structure of macrozoobenthos in Legonkulon, Subang Regency, West Java. The research was conducted in the Pond Irrigation Channels, Subang Regency, West Java starting from July until September 2020. This research method used a survey method using primary data in the form of physical chemistry of aquatic data, macrozoobenthos density, diversity index, uniformity index. The method used in data collecting techniques was purposive sampling in determining 4 stations and 3 repetitions. Data analysis in this research used descriptive analysis. Research results found 28 species consisting of 3 phyla, namely Mollusca, Arthropoda, and Annelida. The species that dominate the four stations are Filopaludinajavanica and Tarebiagranifera. Makrozoobenthos density ranges from 40 – 295 ind/m2. Makrozoobenthos diversity index in the medium category 1.0 < H’ <3.322. Uniformity values ranged from 0,43 to 0,81 with low to high category. The highest uniformity index was found at station 3, and the lowest uniformity index was at station 4, while at station 1 and station 2 had a moderate uniformity index. The results of the macrozoobenthos community structure showed that the water quality of the pond irrigation channels in Legonkulon was classified as being medium polluted.

JLSO 8(1):20-30.The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of water suitability of the floating net sprouts in sirah pulau padang, ogan komering river, Serdang Menang Village, OKI South Sumatra Regency based on water physical and chemical parameters. This study was conducted on July - August 2018 at the Komering River, Ulak Jermun village, Terusan Menang Village, and Mangun Jaya Village, OKI District, South Sumatra. The data of sampling was divided into 3 stations, they were; station 1 was Ulak Jermun Village (3 ° 18'45.48 "LS and 104 ° 53'5.32" BT), station 2 was Terusan Menang Village (3 ° 17'14.13 "LS and 104 ° 52'46.78 "BT), and station 3 was Mangun Jaya village (3 ° 18'14.92" LS and 104 ° 52'59.48 "BT). The data of Samples were tested at the chemical laboratory in Palembang Public Water Fisheries and Extension Research Institute directly. The results of the study was for Station 1, Station 2, and Station 3 with a value was  48% with a good feasibility information. The results of measurements of water quality parameters, the pH was about 6.6 - 6.7, temperature was about from 24., 53 - 26.93oC, DO 3.93 - 4.36 mg / l, ammonia was about 0.78 - 0.16 mg / l, water brightness was about from 34.67 - 43.33 cm, CO2 4.53 - 5.03 mg / l, depth 2.36 - 2.47 m, current velocity was about 0.38 - 0.44 m / s, nitrate was about 0.37 - 0.439 mg / l, phosphate was about 0.009 - 0.225 mg / l and the bottom substrate of water was mud.

The aim of this study was to measure and assess the physical and chemical parameters of water quality in the area of ​​fixnet cage cultureat Lake Tutud Tombatu TigaVillagewhich included temperature, pH, DO, TDS, NO3, NO2, NH3 and PO4 in a different time.This research was conducted from August to November 2016. The research activities consisted of direct measurements in the field (in situ) using a Horiba instrument and laboratory analysis (ex situ) at the Agency for Industrial Research and Development Research Institute of Standardization and Industrial Manado. Determination points were done by purposive sampling which refers to the physiographic location wherever possible in order to represent or describe these waters.Water quality measured at4 stations using a Horiba at a depth of 0.5 meters from the bottom of the lake.Station I represented Inlet water, Station II where the cultivation A, Station III where the cultivation B and Station IVwhere no cultivation. The data obtained and collected were primary data i.e., measurement of physical and chemical parameters of water quality as well as watching for signs of sick fish, dead fish, and the growth of farmed fish.The results showed the water temperature ranged between 28-29 ° C, TDS 0266-0412 mg/L and chemical parameters for dissolved oxygen 2-5 mg/L, pH 7-8 and for the results of laboratory analysis, N03(0.7 - 6.3 mg/L), NO2(0001-0002 mg/L), NH3 (0180-1920 mg/L), PO4(0020-0209 mg/L). In general, the existence of water quality of lake Tutud were still in good condition except for NH3 concentrationthat exceeded quality standard limitsof Government Regulation No. 82 of 2001. Tiger grouper is a marine aquaculture commodities that has good prospects to be developed. One of the areas that could potentially be used as a place of tiger grouper fish farming is the Tegal Island, Pesawaran. The purpose of this research was to analyze the level of water quality for fish farming tiger grouper (Epinephelus fuscoguttatus). This research was carried out in March-May 2017 descriptive analytic nature by doing the observations on the quality of waters which include physical and chemical parameters. The data that used in this research sourced from primary data about the suitability waters of the island while the secondary data is form in research location maps. There were 4 sampling stations which determined with global positioning system (GPS). The results showed that the water quality which is owned by the island's waters on station 1, 2, 3 and 4 were in the quite appropriate category for the cultivation of tiger grouper.

This paper explained heavy metals and chemical properties from the Cisadane River in Tangerang City. A survey method was used to determine the place for sampling the test material. Water measurement is carried out in situ and laboratory tests. Data retrieval was done by purposive sampling determining three observation stations, namely in the Taman Gajah Tunggal park area (station1), Babakan Cikokol residential area (station 2), and Karawaci paper mill area (station 3). The analysis was carried out exactly using analysis. Namely, analysis carried out in the laboratory. The parameters observed were COD, phosphate, DO, BOD, pH. Results of this study informed the water quality in the Cisadane City river did not meet Class II Water Quality Standards based on Government Regulation Number 82, the year 2001. The COD content only meets class II water quality standards at stations 1 and 3. BOD and phosphate content is high and exceeds class II water quality standards. Heavy metal content still meets the water quality standard threshold with a value of Cd less than 0.01 mg/L, Cu less than 0.02 mg/L, Pb less than 0.03mg/L, and Cr less than 0.05mg/L. Zn content exceeds the water quality standard threshold at station three and meets water quality standards at stations 1 and 2 with a value of less than 0.05mg/L.

Ie Suum geothermal manifestation area is a hot sering resource in Ie Suum Village at Aceh Besar regency. Ie Suum hot spring is a stretch of Seulawah Agam mountain and is one of the most active volcanic mountains in Aceh. This area has higher temperature and soil pH compared to areas far from geothermal areas. Therefore, this study can be associated with the unique characteristics of vegetation of geothermal areas will be different from vegetation plants that exist in other vegetation types. This research was conducted by quadrat transect method by determining the location of the research by purposive sampling divided into four point (station) with size determined based on plant habitus that is: herb (1x1 m2), bush / shrub (2x2 m2), pole ( 5x5 m2), and trees (10x10 m2). Data analysis is done qualitatively and quantitatively. Quantitative analysis of data by using vegetation analysis are: density (Kr), Frequency (Fr), Dominance (Dr), and Diversity Index (Ĥ). The results of the study found 23 families consisting of 34 species with a total number of individuals as many as 534 scattered in 4 observation stations divided into herbaceous plants, shrubs, poles and trees. Important Value Index (INP) vegetation in geothermal manifestation area of Ie Suum in all stations was obtained by INP 225,86%. This value belongs to the high category. The species species that have the highest index of other species Axonopus compressus is 17.02%, while the lowest Importance Value Index is Clidemia hirta with a value of 1.32%. The high value of INP Axonopus compressus is due to this species living on dry soil moisture and high acidity. The biodiversity index (Ĥ) of geothermal area of Ies Suum of Mesjid Raya District of Aceh Besar is Ĥ = 3,508. Vegetation of plants in the geothermal area ie suum belong to the high category due to plants that can adapt to high environmental physical-chemical conditions.

Sendang Biru beach is a one of the coastal area located in Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang, East Java-Indonesia. As a sea tourism, there are another residents activities such as fishing, fish landing and auction in Malang. That activities can caused pollution on the Sendang Biru aquatic environment. The research aim were to describe the water quality of Sendang Biru aquatic environment based on phytoplankton diversity. This research used several data collection techniques, that were microalgae sampling technique and measurement of physical and chemical water quality. Phytoplankton found in Sendang Biru Beach consists of 47 genus that are genus from seven divisions, Bacillariophyta, Chlorophyta, Cyanophyta, Euglenophyta, Dinophyta, Chrysophyta and Charophyta. The most abundant phytoplankton while having the Indeks Nilai Penting (INP) at the edge zone is the genus Oscillatoria sp. (the abundance is 4368000 Ind/L and INP 26,288). In the central and inner zones are both dominated by Coscinodiscus sp. (The abundance of center zone 4992000 Ind/L and INP 30,499; the abundance of inside zone is 9464000 Ind/L and INP 40,773). The level of diversity of phytoplankton in the three area of Sendang Biru beach are 2,297 in the edge zone; 2,37 in the central zone, and 1,8 in the inner zone. The pollution status of Sendang Biru beach can be classified as polluted moderately based on diversity index value on three different zone in the Sendang Biru Beach.

On the port pole is very much found biota attached. The biota is barnacles (Balanus sp). The attachment does not only occur in natural substrates. It may also occur in different means of human interest, such as ships and docks. This research is devoted to macroscopic biofouling, whose attachment is massif on the dock pole. This study aims to determine the species and ecological index of biota fouling in different media in the Daruba Morotai Island Regency. The data retrieval method uses a quadratic with a scale of 20×100 cm2. This study used three media, namely wood media (speedboat wooden pier), iron media (speedboat floating pier), and concrete media (Imam Lastori's main pier). Ecological indices analyzed include abundance, Diversity Index, Uniformity Index, and Dominance Index. The analysis results found the most number of macrobiofouling species in the wood medium (7 species). The largest number of individuals found is Branchidontes sp. (661 individuals). The findings of the study of the maximum macrofouling abundance are found in concrete media with a value of 491. Diversity in all media is classified as medium with a value of H' on wood media 1.22, iron media 1.04, and concrete media 1.34. The uniformity index (E) of all three media indicates the uniformity of broad populations with the maximum E found in concrete media 0.84. The study of dominance in wood media by 0.41, iron media 0.48, and concrete media 0.32 showed that dominance is poor.

This study is located in industrial area in Sekupang, Batam. Primary data collection includes water quality, aquatic biota, and the tidal current direction and speed measurement. Overall water quality conditions in the surrounding industrial area Sekupang is still good, it can be seen from the results of laboratory analysis is still below the quality standards specified . Flow pattern at high tide is moving south at a speed of 1 m / sec, while at low tide movement heading north flows with varying speeds ranging from 0.1 m / sec to 1 m / sec. Tidal patterns according to formulation Formzahl 0.48, which means there is a double mix of ups and downs in a day where there will be two times of ups and downs twice but different amplitudes, and riding pasutnya up to 2.93 m. Phytoplankton in the study area found 25 species such as Skeletonema sp., Chaetoceros sp, sp Lauderia which dominate the waters. There is also a kind of Dynophyceae with species such as Peridinium sp, whereas Cyanophyceae types are Trichodesmium sp. Results of analysis diversitasnya index of 1.54, which identifies those waters have poor quality. Evenness index/species uniformity of 0.43 indicates the quality of its waters being. While the dominance index was the quality of the water has a value of 0.41. Mike21 hydrodynamic modeling is used in assisting the analysis of the direction and speed of global flows in accordance with the pattern of tidal and bathymetric depth.Keyword: patterns of currents, tides, environmental quality, model Abstrak Penelitian ini berlokasi di kawasan industri Sekupang Kota Batam. Pengambilan data primer meliputi kualitas air, biota perairan, pasang surut dan pengukuran arah dan kecepatan arus. Secara keseluruhan kondisi kualitas perairan di sekitar kawasan industri Sekupang masih baik, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil analisa laboratorium masih di bawah baku mutu yang ditetapkan. Pola arus pada saat pasang bergerak ke arah selatan dengan kecepatan 1 m/detik, sedangkan pada saat surut pergerakan arus mengarah ke utara dengan kecepatan bervariasi berkisar 0,1 m/detik hingga 1m/detik. Pola pasang surut menurut formulasi Formzahl 0,48 yang artinya terdapat pasang surut campuran ganda dimana dalam satu hari akan terjadi dua kali pasang dan dua kali surut akan tetapi amplitudo berbeda-beda, dan tunggang pasutnya hingga 2,93 m. Fitoplankton di wilayah penelitian dijumpai 25 spesies seperti Skeletonema sp., Chaetoceros sp, Lauderia sp yang mendominasi perairan. Juga terdapat jenis Dynophyceae dengan spesies seperti Peridinium sp, sedangkan jenis Cyanophyceae terdapat Trichodesmium sp. Hasil analisa indeks diversitasnya 1,54 yang mengidentifikasikan perairan tersebut mempunyai kualitas buruk. Indeks kemerataan/keseragaman spesies 0,43 yang mengindikasikan kualitas perairannya sedang. Sedangkan indeks dominansi perairan mempunyai kualitas sedang dengan nilai 0,41. Pembuatan model hidrodinamika menggunaan Mike21 di dalam membantu analisis arah dan kecepatan arus secara global sesuai dengan pola pasang surut dan kedalaman batimetri. One of the government's efforts in maintaining the ecological balance in urban areas is to give an award in the form of "ADIPURA" to the cities judged to meet criteria such as; hygiene, beauty, beauty, comfort, green and other environmental aspects. The purpose of research is to identify the level of understanding of students and employees of the University Lancang Kuning Pekanbaru. Primary data was col lected through interviews with respondents using the help of questionnaires (attached). Determination of the respondents were randomized (random sampling) for each faculty (S1). The number of respondents who were taken as many as 30 students and 30 employe es. Data obtained from filling the questionnaire will be processed in the following manner; the number of questions in questionnaires of 20 questions. Each question provided three answers for respondents to choose according to their understanding. To quant ify the data by using a Likert scale, which is any of respondents who are knowledgeable about Verse (answer "Yes") rated 3, which is not yet fully understood (answered "Doubt") was given a value of 2 and that does not understand (answered "No") by a value of 1. the data obtained will be analyzed descriptively, the depiction of data obtained as it is, without any lawyer-generalisasian. Data will be illustrated through tables or graphs. Based on the research results can be summarized as follows: (1) the level of student understanding of the Lancang Kuning University adipura for high category (33.33%), moderate (56.67%) and low (10%); (2) the level of employees' understanding of the Lancang Kuning University adipura for high category (63.33%) and moderate (36.67%).
