This study aims to determine the positive and significant effect of recruitment and training on teacher performance in elementary, junior high, and high school Saint John Harapan Indah Bekasi. This research uses quantitative descriptive approach through survey and data retrieval technique is non probability sampling with saturation sampling method to 50 teachers. The result of this research indicates that the recruitment variable is not Have a significant effect to performance variable and training variable have an effect on signifikan to performance variable.

This study examines the strategic influence of promotion mix on the volume of aggregation and to know whether the marketing mix run by the Restaurant XYZ affect consumer spending. The theory used in this research is the promotion mix. The research design was conduced with a quantitative descriptive approach through an interview using quisionaire. Sampling method used is a purposive sampling technique with the number of respondents counted 200 people. In this study measure the influence caused by the promotion mix variables such as advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, and direct selling to increase sales volume. The results show that advertising variables are the most influential variabel of sales volume and the promotion mix simultaneously influences the buying decision of the customer. The findings of this research provide managerial implications that restaurant should not only focus on promotions costs for advertising alone, but also need to pay close attention to the allocation of appropriate funds to see the effectiveness of increased sales volume.

: The research aims to find out and describe the influence of simultaneously or partial attitude, life style and usefulness perception towards repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. This methodology research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all consumer Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo unknown number. The number of samples was determined with the formula Lemeshow and the result 100 respondents. Sampling method using convenience sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis is multiple linier regression, F test, t test and determination coefficient. This test results the attitude, life style and usefulness perception simultaneously and significance effect on repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Attitude influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. Life style influential positive and significance effect against the repurchase interest in Luwes Gentan Sukoharjo. The objective of the study about “Persepsi Nasabah Terhadap Pelayanan Frontliner (Studi Kasus Pada BPR TLM)” is to determine the effect of custumer perceptions based on attitude, motivation, and past experience on frontline service in BPR TLM. This study is using quantitative descriptive approach. This study is using primary data in the form of questionnaire distributed to 100 customers who made transaction at BPR TLM and also using accidental sampling method. The result of the questionnaire regarding frontliner services wer anayzed by multiple linear regression. The result shows that customer perceptions based on attitude, motivation and past experience have significant possitive effect on frontliner services on BPR TLM. This is caused fronliner services is in line with customer’s expectations, which is shown by officer fronliner attitude who are friendly and can serve customer’s needs well. The comfort waitng room and fashion style of the officer make the customers feel that frontliner services in BPR TLM is good.

The research aims to find out and describe the influence of either simultaneously or partial competence, incentive and dicipline to employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. This research using quantitative descriptive research. The population was all employees at Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo totaled 77. The number of samples is 77 respondents. Sampling method using sensus sampling. The questionnaire used for data retrieval. Data analysis technique used was statistic analysis. This F test results the competence, incentive and dicipline simultaneously and significant effect on employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The t-test results showed that the competence influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. Incentive influential positive and significant effect against the employees performance in Balai PSDA Bengawan Solo. The study discussed the impact of administrative creativity to raise the job performance of administrative leaders in Al-Dakhliyah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The problem arose in the need to raise the job performance of administrative leaders, and to address the factors that led to it (originality and intellectual fluency), as it aimed to measure the extent of the impact of administrative creativity on the job performance of administrative leaders in government institutions in Al-Dakhliyah Governorate in the Sultanate of Oman. The study utilized the quantitative descriptive approach to achieve its goals and using the theory of creativity (Hang & Aiken, 1970) to reach the best expectation of job performance in return for provided incentives and promotions, qualification and training. A questionnaire was constructed for data collection, where it was built from (27) pharse, and a stratified sample of 280 respondents was obtained. The data were processed using multiple regression analysis, and the results have reached a direct impact of administrative creativity rate of (64.2%) among the administrative leader on job performance, and the most important recommendations are to conduct similar studies on other governorates that may face same challenges in job performance.

BMT has a strategic role in the marketing of State Sukuk since this institution is a party that has capital constraints for the development of its business activities.This study aimed to analyze the performance of BMT leaders' religiosity value and their implications for the preferences of State Sukuk. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach with field survey methods. 22 BMT leaders become the research sample with the institutions scattered in regencies and cities in West Java. The measurement of the performance variable of religiosity and preference uses a Likert scale 5. The results show that the religiosity performance of BMT leaders in West Java is categorized as good. However, a good understanding of religious values does not instantly boost BMT leaders' preference for State Sukuk. Inadequate information on the operationalization mechanism of State Sukuk is one of the reasons for the low preference of BMT leaders for state Sukuk

The aspect of physical conditions is a major aspect of maximum performance to achieve achievement in the sport of Pencak Silat. The College tapak suci of Pekalongan has a achievement coaching program to prepare the athletes in the competition. Before the training program is arranged, first conducted tests to find the initial physical condition, so that the program to be prepared and delivered appropriately according to the athlete's condition. Research aims to find the VO2 Max profile. Athlete of the city of Pekalongan. VO2 Max. The maximum capacity of cardiorespiration in the processing of oxygen to realize the power (energy) needed by the body for work activities or exercise without excessive fatigue. Method of research is the study of non-experimentation with a quantitative descriptive approach. This research sample amounted to six athletes tapak suci city of Pekalongan. Data retrieval to know the profile of VO2 Max. In the study using the Multystage fitness Test (MFT). Results of this study were obtained VO2 Max profile data. With an average of 38.18 ml/kgBB/min. So the conclusion that the average VO2 Max. Sebelum program latihan tersusun, terlebih dahulu dilakukan tes untuk mendapati kondisi fisik awal, sehingga program yang akan disusun dan disampaikan tepat sesuai keadaan atlet. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapati profil VO2 Max. atlet Tapak Suci Kota Pekalongan. VO2 Max. yaitu kapasitas maksimal kardiorespirasi dalam mengolah oksigen untuk mewujudkan daya (energi) yang dibutuhkan tubuh untuk aktivitas kerja ataupun berolahraga tanpa rasa lelah berlebih. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuatitantif non eksperimen menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah enam atlet Tapak Suci Kota Pekalongan. Pengambilan data untuk mengetahui profil VO2 Max. pada penelitian ini menggunakan tes Multystage fitness Test (MFT). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh data profil VO2 Max. dengan rata-rata sebesar 38,18 ml/kgBB/menit. Sehingga diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa rata-rata VO2 Max. atlet pencak silat Tapak Suci Kota Pekalongan dalam kategori di bawah rata-rata.Kata kunci : VO2 Max, kondisi fisik, pencak silat, tapak suci, MFT

(Title: Analysis Of Gratitude Expresion Strategy By Japanese Native Speakers). People who learn about Japanese language generally know that gratitude expressions sayings such as "Thankyou", "I appreciate it", However, Japanese native speakers convey gratitude not only using gratitude expressions but also using other expressions. The main goal of this article is to describe strategy used by Japanese people to gratitude to other people. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a questionnaire as the data source. The questionnaire write in open questionnaire type was distributed to 65 Japanese native speakers to get natural answers. The questionnaire was distributed using the random sampling method. Based on the result of questionnaire, conclude that when Japanese native speakers are gratitude to other people, Japanese native speaker mostly use the combination of two thankful strategies. When Japanese native speakers are gratitude to other people, the most used strategy is the strategy is shinteki taidou no hyoumei or expressions of psychological actions.
