Introduction. This study discusses Leiden University Library reference services through the KITLV-Jakarta. Since KITLV was acquired by the Leiden University Library, the KITLV-Jakarta Library which was a KITLV-Dutch representative, is now a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta. Data Collection Method. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive research involving observations and interviews as well as primary document data sources. Data Analysis. The data was analyzed by involving the process of data reduction, interpretation, and conclusion. Results and Discussions. The results of the study indicate that reference services, particularly for reference collections found in the Leiden University Library cannot be accessed directly through the KITLV-Jakarta Library. Only KITLV librarians can request the reference service from Leiden University librarians. Conclusion. Librarians at the KITLV-Jakarta Library do not have the same access as librarians at the Leiden University Library, even though the KITLV-Jakarta Library is a representative of the Leiden University Library in Jakarta.

Kerala University Library provides various resources, services and products for its academic community. All activities in the library are centred to changing needs of users and their satisfaction. Due to the advancement of Information and communication Technology, libraries have also begun to cope with revolutionary changes in its housekeeping activities. The study examines what are the problems faced by users of Kerala University Library while accessing e- resources, what are the expectations which cater from this service oriented institution. For this purpose Structured Questionnaire based Survey method was used and data analysis done by SPSS Package, Chi Square test is used to assess the statistically significant association between services offered by the library and services get to users. The population covered under this study mainly pertaining to the research scholars and students in the library. Out of 175 distributed questionnaires, 150 were returned back with sufficient retorts consisted of 85 regular students and 65 research scholars. Which was subjected to for detailed data analysis. The result of the study revealed that there is an incongruity between the services delivered and the services offered by the library. In order to improve the quality of services in the library, in view of this study, the users in Kerala University Library have supplemented some valuable suggestions. The study also found that attitudes and perceptions in respect of Information Professionals which influences the level of utilization of resources.

Brown University Library hired a professional marketing and opinion research firm to conduct focus group meetings with library users and to provide data analysis. The discussion includes a review of the library literature on focus group use, practical aspects of focus group methodology, and the benefits of employing professionals where librarian expertise is low. Logistics of focus group preparation, meetings, and report are discussed. Findings and lessons learned are presented along with outcomes for the library.

Introduction. This article evaluates library websites of world class universities in Indonesia from several aspects including features, responsibility, and speed. One library website overseas is explored as a reference: Harvard University.   Data Collection Method. This is a literature study exploring features on library websites of Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and Telkom University. Data analysis. The study used Harvard University library website as a reference. The results were presented into tables to discuss library websites of UGM and Telkom University. Results and Discussion. Harvard University library webiste has 21 features except gallery, UGM has 11 features and Telkom University has 12 features similar to Harvard University library webiste. Our result showed that Library website of UGM and Telkom University still need to be improved as required to be a world class university. All three websites has an adjustable display depending on devices in accessing websites. Those three websites were considered as responsive websites. Based on PageSpeed Insight, they showed good performance. Conclusion.  Information on the websites are well-managed, informative, efficient, and accessible. Universities in Indonesia may use several overseas university library websites as a reference.

This paper shares the Georgia Southern University Library’s experience of LibQUAL in user-centered and service-oriented academic learning environment. On the basis of reviewing the library literature on LibQUAL, this study presents the process of data analysis and data visualization for academic library assessments. Using the 2016 LibQUAL Survey at the Georgia Southern University Library as a sample, this study illustrates basic methods of analyzing and interpreting the LibQUAL Survey Raw Data and User Response Raw Data saved in Excel files. Also mentioned in this study are other common statistical tools and a set of general procedures, including data analysis, data validation, data migration, data mining, and data visualization, for academic library assessments to identify patron needs and satisfactory factors.

The difference of students achievement in mathematics by using jigsaw and two stay two stray model learning with entry behavior at SMA N 1 Terbanggi Besar Lampung Tengah. The objectives of this research are to describe : 1) the interaction between learning and entry behavior on student’s achievement, 2)the difference of students achievement between Jigsaw and TSTS model learning, 3)the difference of students achievement through Jigsaw and TSTS model learning for high entry behavior students, 4)the difference of students achievement through Jigsaw and TSTS model learning for low entry behavior students. The method used is experimental research. The population of the research was conducted at two classes with the samples of students class X IPA 2 and X IPA 6  in SMA N I Terbanggi Besar Central Lampung , involving 64 students.The data collecting was done by using test instrument. Then the data analysis used variant analysis with two directions and T-test. The research results show that : (1) there is an interaction of student’s achievement between learning and their entry behavior with P-value of  0,036, (2) the average student’s achievement who use Jigsaw  model learning is higher than TSTS model learning with average difference of 1,94 and P-value 0,024,(3) the average achievement on high entry behavior students who use Jigsaw model learning is higher than TSTS model learning with  the average difference of 5,14 and P-value 0,045, (4) there is no differenceon the average achievement on low entry behavior studens  who use Jigsaw and TSTS model learning with P-value of 0,852.

The aim of the study was to look at the price of e-journals and e-books, the average cost per access and use of content in accordance with the original price of e-journals and e-books in taking the Library Material Procurement Policy specifically in subscribing to the direct science online database. The approach used in this study is descriptive. The object of this study is the statistics on the use of e-journals and e-books on ScienDirect at the Indonesian Islamic University Library (January-June 2018). To analyze the average cost per article, the average cost per use, and the use of appropriate content using e-book download statistics, e-journal search, division journal search, division journal download, Full-Text journal compilation and subscription costs. ScienceDirect. There are 5 benchmarks and analyzed using the three metric formula by Hahn and Faulkner. The results of data analysis show that subscribing to ScienceDirect greatly benefits the Indonesian Islamic University Library judging from the use of information sources in the digital format provided by ScienceDirect causing the price of articles and access costs to be far cheaper than not subscribing to ScienceDirect.
