Artificial intelligence (AI) has been applied to various decision-making tasks. However, scholars have yet to comprehend how computers can integrate decision making with uncertainty management. Obtaining such comprehension would enable scholars to deliver sustainable AI decision-making applications that adapt to the changing world. This research examines uncertainties in AI-enabled decision-making applications and some approaches for managing various types of uncertainty. By referring to studies on uncertainty in decision making, this research describes three dimensions of uncertainty, namely informational, environmental and intentional. To understand how to manage uncertainty in AI-enabled decision-making applications, the authors conduct a literature review using content analysis with practical approaches. According to the analysis results, a mechanism related to those practical approaches is proposed for managing diverse types of uncertainty in AI-enabled decision making.

Recently, Indonesian peatland has become global attention regarding several forest fire events, which are seemingly caused by the improper ecosystem management system. Through literature review, this paper discusses one of specific forest formations in peat swamp, namely ramin forest (Gonystylus spp.). An assessment is performed for ramin forest management system from time to time using a framework developed by Indonesian Eco-Labelling Organisation. The criteria applied are sustainability of production, ecological, and social functions. Several recommendation to refine ramin forests are (1) assure new concession permit in any peat swamp areas stops and (2) hasten the implementation of one-map policy as a baseline for further planning and calculating current potency of ramin. For the new regulation, activities can be carried out are (1) to rehabilitate the degraded peat-peat swamp forests, (2) to strictly protect the last pristine ramin forests, (3) to establish seed orchard from seed resources to conserve the germ plasma, (4) to support research into ramin degraded forest restoration and the ecological relationship in pristine ramin forests to better understand how the system works, (5) to recalculate the current diameter increment and to use that to calculate the harvesting rotation, and (6) to uphold forestry law more firmly.

Every generation is uniquely featured by naturally designed specific characteristics. A generation is influenced by different backgrounds and upbringing, a major factor that differentiates each generation. Specifically, the significance of new millennial women’s role varies from one country to another. The study aims to analyse the significant roles of millennial women in Malaysia by reviewing empirical studies and performing a relevant literature search through specific terms related to the topic. Resultantly, millennial women’s rising earning power provided significant empowerment and stability. High human capital investment also allowed millennial women to manage the changing family institution that indirectly impacts the stability of society. Finally, the study revealed that new millennial women are transforming and continually evolving to navigate a changing world.

This study focuses on geguritans in the anthology titled Alam Sawegung (2010), by Sudi Yatmana. Geguritans are selected from three anthologies titled "Paman Tani Jawa Purwa" (Old Javanese Uncle Farmer), "Nandur Pari Jero" (Planting Rice Jero), and "Panen" (Harvest). The result of relevant literature review to this study shows that a study of three geguritans has not done yet.The poems are studied because they have strength and uniqueness in revealing Javanese issues related to agriculture culture (rice) in Java. In today life reality, the peasant culture faces challenge of orientation shift due to era changing. Therefore, this research aims to reveal the picture of Javanese farmers orientation changing world in the midst of the times in the three geguritans. Riffaterre semiotics theory viewing poetry of significance and meaning is used in this research. Ecocriticism theory of literature viewing poetry as representation of envirionmental and cultural conciosness is also used in this study. The study of literature is a research library. The research method used is parallel to the chosen theory in order to express meaning and significance of the three geguritans. Therefore, it can be found out that geguritans as a mental space / culture. Through these steps, the answer of research aim can be fulfilled.

Computerized auditory training (CAT) is a convenient, low-cost approach to improving communication of individuals with hearing loss or other communicative disorders. A number of CAT programs are being marketed to patients and audiologists. The present literature review is an examination of evidence for the effectiveness of CAT in improving speech perception in adults with hearing impairments. Six current CAT programs, used in 9 published studies, were reviewed. In all 9 studies, some benefit of CAT for speech perception was demonstrated. Although these results are encouraging, the overall quality of available evidence remains low, and many programs currently on the market have not yet been evaluated. Thus, caution is needed when selecting CAT programs for specific patients. It is hoped that future researchers will (a) examine a greater number of CAT programs using more rigorous experimental designs, (b) determine which program features and training regimens are most effective, and (c) indicate which patients may benefit from CAT the most.
