Liquid Fertilizers contain a lot of organic waste which has been decomposed and ready for consumption by plants. By utilizing the remaining vegetables, dried leaves and tofu, it is expected to increase the economic value of waste and reduce environmental pollution. Liquid fertilizer composted by anaerobic fermentation and carried out in a closed bucket (composter) with a comparison of bio-activator wastewater of tofu and EM4. The characterization of liquid fertilizer products was carried out by Nitrogen Analyzer, UV-vis spectroscopies, and AAS tools to test the levels of Nitrogen, Phosphor and Potassium respectively. The Result shown that the N total levels (0,38 %), Phosphor levels (0,06 %), and potassium levels (0,15%) of POC that made from waste water of tofu are higher than POCEM4.

The purpose of this study was to determine the use of liquid organic waste in live pharmacy plants to enhance student creativity in the concept of environmental pollution. The implementation of this research was conducted at SMAN 2 Pemalang. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. The sample used consisted of one class, class XI IPA 1 as an experimental class with a total of 30 students. The research parameters measured included students' creative thinking which included aspects: think fluently, think flexible, think original, and think elaboration. From the results of data analysis and discussion, it was concluded that the creative thinking of XI IPA 1 students of SMAN 2 Pemalang was 5.70. (5.70%) of the maximum score of 40. If seen from the ability based on Fluency indicators 1.13 (37.5 %), Flexibility 1.10 (36.67%), Originality 1.08 (35.83%), and Elaboration 0.98 (32.50%).

The problem of environmental pollution has now acquired global significance. Helminth eggs in liquid manure laid in open-type sedimentation tanks in October-November, remain viable for 12 months or more, and in spring-summer manure for 4–5 months. Therefore, uninfected liquid manure in both winter and summer poses a serious threat of contamination of reservoirs, soil, groundwater, feed and pastures with dangerous pathogens for humans and animals. This circumstance makes it necessary to carry out disinfestation of manure of all categories. Based on the above, the purpose of the work was to analyze existing methods of manure disinfection and manure effluents. All methods of deworming (disinvasion) of manure and its fractions can be divided into three groups: biological, physical and chemical. It is generally recognized that biological methods for decomposing organic waste are considered environmentally acceptable and cost-effective. Some of the analyzed physical and chemical methods also have a certain effectiveness of disinfection. When using these groups of disinfectants, constant monitoring and compliance with technological parameters is necessary, as well as the norms for the consumption of disinfectants and the exposure time must be observed.

Waste management can not only depend on the role of government, but also required public participation. Public awareness of the importance of waste management should begin to be grown. In addition to reducing the risk of environmental pollution, waste management aims to produce something more useful. Inorganic garbage can be managed with recycling technology that can produce a wide variety of useful items. Meanwhile, organic waste or organic  waste  can  be  managed  and  used  as  liquid  compost.  Technology applied  to  the manufacture of liquid compost that is by using a microorganism that can accelerate the decomposition process of organic materials. Thus, the waste management efforts into something more useful can be realized. Liquid compost is more effective and efficient when applied to the leaves, flowers and stems than the growing media (except in the hydroponic method). Liquid organic fertilizer can serve as a stimulus to grow. Especially when the plants begin to sprout or when the change from vegetative to generative phase to stimulate the growth of fruits and seeds. Leaves and stems can absorb fertilizers applied directly through the stomata or pores that exist on its surface.

Protecting the environment is one of the most important responsibilities for every human being to keep it clean and protected. The pollutant and contaminated environment will cause many life-threatening diseases. It is well known that humans’ activities are the main causes of environmental pollution, therefore this research is aimed to evaluate the awareness level of Taliqan residents about the health hazards and environmental pollutions. The method used in this study was descriptive analytics and the data was collected through the questionnaires distributed to the townspeople and their responses were recorded. The results of this study showed that among 540 participants, 45.1% have fully awareness about the type of pollution and its health hazards, 25.74% have good knowledge, 14% have medal awareness, 11.85% have low awareness, 3.14% did not have any unaware. Also, none of the participants did not report daily activities of the municipality regarding management and cleanup of the city, while 1.85% reported the weekly activities, 20% monthly activities, 49.62% confirmed the non- program activities, and 19.44% were unaware of the city’s cleanup process by municipal authorities’ responsible persons. This study concludes that poor management of municipal officials, lack of waste containers on the road sides and amusement parks are the main reasons behind the waste storage and aggregation of rubbish in every corner of the city. In addition, lack of effective environmental education programs through the media has made the culture of urbanization and environmental protection less institutionalized among citizens.

Organic waste is one waste type which oftenly pollutes the waters. Biodegradation can be used as an environmental remedy solution that is contaminated by organic matter. This research aimed to determine the ability of bacteria consortium in degrading of organic liquid waste, and construct the textbook for Environmental Pollution subject based on research of biodegradation organic waste by using bacteria consortium. This research was done through two stages. The first stage was an experimental research by using Randomized Complete Designe with bacterial type treatment and 3 repetitions, while the second phase of research was a developmental research from the first stage. The results of the first phase showed that the combination of 3 indigenous isolats bacteria (Enterobacter gergoviae, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and Pseudomonas stutzeri) was the highest potential bacteria in decreasing BOD (71.75% ), COD (74.40%), TSS (58.44%), and increasing DO (84.15%). The second phase was Educational Research and Development of teaching materials which refers to the development model of Borg & Gall. The stages of research were: Research and Information Collecting, Planning, Develop Preliminary Form of Product, Preliminary Field Testing and Main Product Revision which was produced as textbook for the Environmental Pollution course entitled Biodegradation Organic Waste by Using Bacteria Consortium.
