Adolescent reproductive health becomes a serious problem. Many adolescents experience unwanted pregnancy to HIV / AIDS. It is hoped that UKS can become a forum to improve students' abilities and skills in shaping healthy behavior. The purpose of the study was to analyze the implementation of UKS in the delivery of information on adolescent reproductive health in Medan AN NIZAM Middle School in 2019. The research method uses mixed methods with a sequential explanatory approach, a population of 164 people, a quantitative sample using a total population while qualitative informants 4 people. Data analysis was performed univariately, bivariate using chi-square, multivariate using multiple logistic regression at a confidence level of 95% (α = 0.05) and depth interview of informants. Quantitative research results show that variables that influence the analysis of the implementation of UKS in the delivery of reproductive health information are knowledge (Pvalue = 0.008) and attitude (Pvalue = 0.001). Qualitative research results show that students have received good reproductive health information but the UKS activities are not going well so that it affects students' attitudes in implementing UKS. It is expected that the active role of the school, teachers, and the entire school community in implementing UKS, as well as cooperation between related parties will be further enhanced so that the implementation of UKS is more optimal

Keywords : School Health Business (UKS), Reproductive Health, Knowledge, Attitude, Infrastructure Facilities, Human Resources (HR)

Nursing services greatly determine the quality of hospital services, but the services provided by nurses are still often complained of by the community. The highlight of nurse performance is a problem that must be addressed immediately. Performance in this case is closely related to how much workload, work stress and nurse motivation work in providing health services. Job stress is a common health problem and is often complained of by workers in various countries. The study design used quantitative analytical surveys with crossectional designs. The population of all nurses working in the Inpatient Room at Datu Beru Takengon Hospital was 304 people. The sampling technique uses Proportional Random Sampling. Data analysis was performed by univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis with chi_square. The results obtained p-value = 0,000, 0,003, 0,000 <α 0,05, meaning that there is an influence between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance, from the results of multivariate analysis found that the most influential variables in this study are load variables work with an Exp B value of 22.121 which means the workload is 22 times influencing the performance of nurses. Conclusions there is a relationship between work stress, workload and job satisfaction on nurse performance while multivariate analysis shows that the most dominant factor is the workload variable on nurse performance. It is recommended for nurses to use time more effectively in completing tasks that are burdened so that there is no accumulation of work so that it can be completed on time.

Keywords : Job Stress, Workload and Job Satisfaction, Nurse Performance

Osteoporosis is a condition or disease in which bones become fragile and easily cracked or broken. Based on medical record data obtained in 2015, 106 cases of osteoporosis were found in menopausal and elderly women. This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of age, physical activity, smoking, family history, history of fractures on osteoporosis in menopausal mothers. The method used was the mix methods research method with a sequential Explanatory research model with a quantitative sample of 87 respondents and informants on a qualitative approach that was 10 menopausal women and health workers. The most dominant variable has an influence that was the family history variable with an OR value of 36.869. The conclusion shows that there is an influence between the age of physical activity, family history and history of fractures on osteoporosis in menopausal women but the smoking variable has no effect on osteoporosis in menopausal mothers. It is hoped that this research can be an input for health centers in managing osteoporosis and can improve the management of osteoporosis prevention programs with health promotion efforts.

Keywords: Osteoporosis, Age, Physical Activity, Smoking, Family History, Fracture History

Musculoskeletal complaints are generally felt a lot because of the habits done during work. Body posture when working improperly and maintained in a relatively long time can lead to musculoskeletal complaints. Working in a sitting position for a relatively long period of time with a bent and bent body position can be a risk factor for complaints of neck pain or back pain. This study aims to analyze the relationship between long-standing work posture with subjective complaints of neck pain in leather craft industry workers in Selosari. The study design was an observational analytic study with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique in this study was proportional random sampling with a sample of 42 respondents from the leather craft industry workers in Selosari. The results of statistical analysis with the Chi Square test showed that p=0.006 (p <0.05), which means there is a relationship between the length of maintaining work posture to subjective complaints of neck pain in leather craft industry workers in Selosari. It should be noted that prolonged retention of neck posture which is too bent when working continuously for long periods of time will increase the risk of neck pain complaints. So it is necessary to improve the posture of the body when working, especially the neck or movement or changes in posture, especially the neck if it starts feeling stiff or stiff in the neck.

Cervical cancer is the number two cause of death of women in the world. Cervical cancer that affects 70% of women is caused by HPV virus types 16 and 18. So that prevention of cervical cancer can be done by administering HPV immunization. The success rate in giving HPV immunization can reach 100% if given as much as 2 times in children aged 9-15 years and has never been infected with HPV. This study aims to determine the perception of mothers about HPV immunization in children for the prevention of cervical cancer early in the District of East Medan. The study used a qualitative design with a phenomenological approach. Informants in the study were 33 mothers. Data collection in this study uses interview techniques. The results showed that mothers had positive perceptions about HPV immunization, where after interviews were obtained 30 (90.9%) mothers had positive perceptions about HPV immunization and 3 (9.09%) mothers had negative perceptions about HPV immunization in children for prevention of cervical cancer. Conclusion The mother has a positive perception where there are four themes that influence the mother's perception of HPV immunization in children for cervical cancer prevention, namely information, government participation, content and costs of HPV immunization

Obesity is a state of abnormal or excessive fat accumulation in the adipose tissue of the body that could potentially cause the health problems. The prevalence of obesity increases every year in Indonesia. Based on the Basic Health Research (RisKesDas) 2018, Indonesian obesity incidences ranked 18, 8% in 2007, increased to 26, 6% in 2013 and topping 31, 0% in 2018. The increase of obesity prevalence is directly proportional to comorbid conditions. Insulin insensitivity is seen in obese patients, and may lead to insulin resistance. This correlates with a disrupted glucose absorption rate, which is induced by insulin. Glucose molecules could not enter the cell and could not be utilized by the cells, as a result there is an n increase in blood glucose levels. Conditions with abnormally high glucose levels is called hyperglycemia. Hyperglycemia can lead into a variety chronic diseases, like diabetes mellitus. One of the straightforward, cost-effective and efficacious therapy strategies that can be executed to overcome obesity and increase the insulin sensitivity is through increased physical activity. Categories of physical activity are divided between sedentary, light, moderate, vigorous, and high, where each category has varying energy demands. Physical activity that is carried out consistently and routinely may further reduce body weight, as well as maintain proportional body weight in the long run and further increase insulin sensitivity, and reduce the risk chronic disease like diabetes mellitus.
