Abstract: The routing schemes in Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) systems are performed among the groups of different clusters. The node works for data aggregation from the source nodes and they also perform data dissemination and network management and events sensing and information collecting in the neighbourhood. Many clustering topologies have been proposed in recent years to localize the route within the cluster itself. In this work, it has been reviewed and compared these topologies to find out the network mechanism which is easier to manage and scalable for getting high quality response with respect to dynamics of the environment.

Mobile sensor network is applied in information collection in emergencies. As the mobile sensor network in real environment is widely deployed with different height and the redundancy of the sensor node needs to be as low as possible, therefore, it is necessary to effectively deploy mobile sensor nodes in the 3D space to have reasonable layout and optimized density. To this end, we established the optimization model of mobile sensor network deployment and solved the model with chemical reaction optimization (CRO). The experimental results have shown that compared with traditional particle swarm optimization (PSO), CRO algorithm can achieve reasonable deployment more rapidly and enhance the network performance evaluation value effectively. The reasonable deployment of mobile sensor network node is very significant to information collecting, postperiod decision-making, and rapid rescuing work in emergencies.

Learning in the education era 4.0 requires strengthening skills in reaching the golden generation of 2045. According to the STEM Team (2019), there are three core skills of the 21st century, which is the era of education 4.0. These are: 1) character quality consisting of religiosity, nationalism, independence, mutual cooperation and integrity; 2) basic literacy consisting of language, numeracy, scientific, digital, financial and cultural literacy and citizenship; and 3) competencies consisting of critical thinking, creativity, communication and collaboration. To achieve these skills, an appropriate evaluation tool is needed which is tailored to these characteristics. One evaluation model that can be developed is STEM-based evaluation. Rahmatina (2020) states that STEM is learning that integrates science, technology, engineering and mathematics. This study aimed to develop a STEM-based evaluation tool that fits the characteristics of the education era 4.0. Development research methods were used. Borg & Gall (1983: 775) described the stages carried out, namely research and information collecting, planning, developing preliminary forms of the product, preliminary field testing, main product revision, main field testing, operational product revision, and dissemination and implementation. Keywords: STEM, Evaluation Tools, Economic Learning

Smart City public services need detailed and relevant public information to increase their efficiency. To have relevant information, collecting and processing the data about its previous uses are crucial. Clustering is one of the most powerful, yet computationally demanding, tools that can be used to process such information. Since public services data are vast, but usually not accurate, the objects clustered are considered as uncertain. In this paper, we propose a novel clustering method for uncertain objects called Improved Bisector Pruning (IBP), which uses bisectors to reduce the number of computations. We combine IBP with a modified segmentation of a data set area (SDSA) method that enables the parallelization of the clustering process. In the experiments, we show that IBP-SDSA is superior in performance to the most used clustering method UK-means combined with Voronoi or MinMax pruning, regardless of the problem size. We applied IBP-SDSA on clustering the public services data in the city of Osijek and show that the acquired data can be used to improve public services logistics.

Problem statement. The investigation the currently used methods for determining the sources of information leakage threats from the basic hardware and systems (BHaS) through the spurious electromagnetic radiation and interference (SERaB) channels on the object of informatization (OoI), gives grounds to assert that they have a number of disadvantages. The lack of а formal interpretation for process dynamics of the SERaB information collecting and implementing measures to prevent information leakage requires development of a systematic approach to improving the ways and means of protecting confidential information from leakage through SERaB channels. The purpose. Development of mathematical models and a systematic approach to improving methods and means of protecting confidential information from leaks through the SERaB channels from the BHaS on the OoI.Results. The article substantiates the need for a systematic approach to improving the methods and means of protecting confidential information from leakage through the SERaB channels from the BHaS on the OoI. The authors determined the ways of ensuring the adequacy of the methodological apparatus for the study of these technologies in order to justify measures to prevent leakage. They formulate requirements for techniques used to evaluate the characteristics of measures to prevent information leakage through the SERaB channels. There are describe the procedure of forming the mathematical models set structure for evaluating such characteristics. Also in the article are present the analytical models of the time characteristics of threats to intercept informative SERaB signals on the OoI and measures to prevent information leakage. Finally, the authors are justify the probabilistic format of the indicator of the effectiveness of such measures.Practical relevance. The developed mathematical models can be an effective tool for evaluating the characteristics of measures to prevent information leakage through the SERaB channels.

A modified AODV routing protocol is adopted as part of the combined routing strategy in the ZigBee networks. Considering the deploying environment, the emerging 5G technology tends to be ubiquitous in the near future. Aiming to the higher efficiency and the shorter path, an improved ZigBee AODV (Z-AODV) routing protocol using associated gateways for the heterogeneous networks in the 5G environment is proposed in this paper. Besides the regular ZigBee function, by sharing the neighbour and routing information via IP network, the AGs are also responsible for collaboratively finding the optimum path and transmitting the packets to reduce the consumption for ZigBee devices. Moreover, an additional routing information collecting method is developed to further improve the routing performance. The proposed algorithm is evaluated based on simulation results. It is shown that our routing method outperforms the existing ones by higher picketer deliver ratio, shorter path length, lower latency, fewer packets sent per ZigBee node and lower routing overhead.
