Pendahuluan: AIDS adalah penyakit yang disebabkan oleh infeksi dengan virus yang disebut Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), yang dimana kasus HIV pada ibu rumah tangga menduduki peringkat kedua. Penularan melalui perinatal menyumbang 5,1%. Penularan tersebut dapat dicegah jika ibu hamil sejak dini diketahui statusnya dan mendapat pengobatan dengan tepat. Integrasi program pencegahan HIV dari ibu kebayi pada pelayanan antenatal care telah dilakukan, namun keikutsertaaan ibu hamil untuk VCT masih rendah. Dukungan keluarga sangat penting dalam mendukung keikutsertaaan ibu hamil untuk VCT. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran fungsi perawatan kesehatan dan dukungan keluarga dengan ibu hamil dalam pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan VCT. Metode: Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Studi dilakukan di Puskesmas I Susut, Bangli dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 93 reponden dengan teknik non-probabiliti sampling dengan purposive sampling. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan program komputerisasi dengan menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil: Hasil menunjukan sebagian besar responden memiliki fungsi perawatan kesehatan tidak efektif 54,8% dan sebagian besar responden memiliki dukungan keluarga cukup 46,2%. Diskusi: Hasil penelitian ini dapat direkomendasikan diterapkan pada keluarga melalui peran kader kesehatan dan pihak puskesmas untuk meningkatkan kembali pelayanan kesehatan VCT terhadap Ibu hamil.   Kata Kunci : Perawatan Kesehatan, Dukungan Keluarga, Ibu Hamil   ABSTRACT Introduction: AIDS is a disease caused by infection with a virus called Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and the number of women who infected with HIV has increased year by year. Through perinatal transmission contributed 5.1%. The transmission can be prevented if pregnant woman know their status and get treatment appropriately. Integration of maternal to infant HIV prevention programs on antenatal care hip services is done, but the participation of pregnant women for VCT is still low. The family supports are important to support adherence participation of pregnant women for VCT. Method: This research aimed to description of the function health care and family support with pregnant woman on utilization of VCT health services. This study of description with cross sectional design. Study was conducted at Puskesmas I Susut Bangli with 93 samples was taken by non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. Obtained data was processing SPSS and analyzing by univariate test. Result: Research of study showard most respondents have a not effective Function health care 54,8% and most respondents have a enough family support 46,2%. Discussion: The results of this study research can be recommended to be applied to the family and the health community center or clinics to improve again the health services VCT to wards pregnant women.   Keyword : Health care, Family support, Pregnant women

AbstractCurrently, it is widely known that the family supports for the elderly give significant influence to the presence of elderly for 1 year in posyandu lansia (Elderly Health Center, hereafter – information center and health care support for the elderly). This is due to the elderly active participation in this health care center can improve their healthy optimally. The objective of the study was to explain positive family support in relation to liveliness of elderly to follow posyandu elderlyCenter in Krajan, Grogol Village, SawooSubdistrict, Ponorogo.This is a correlation study in which the subject of the research is purposively chosen by using purposive sampling. The data are collected by using questionnaire, and then the data are analyzed by using T-score counting of 1 year and <6 months of inactivity. Finally, Fisher Exact statistic test is applied as the tabulation.From the result, it is known that among all 62 respondents, there are 8 respondents or approximately 12.9% respondents got good family support and have active participation, and there are 2 respondents or approximately 3.2% respondents got poor family support but have active participation. Whereas, there are 15 respondents or approximately 24.2% respondents got good family support but have passive participation, and there are 37 respondents or approximately 59.7% respondents got poor family support and have passive participation. The results showed that family support was positively associated with elderly leprosy in following posyandu elderly p = 0,004 with <α = 0,05.Finally, of this research support positive relation with elderly activeness participate in posyandu elderly expected elderlyIt is expected that the elderly can regularly participate and for the family members, it is expected that they can always give supports for the elderly in order to help them control their health. The weaknesses of this study are the range of responses to support provided by the family during folloe-up posyandu lansia(Elderly health Center) for 1 year because of the different respinden’s memory can trigger the data inaccuracy. Sebagaiaman keaktifan lansia dalam posyandu lansia sangat bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesehatan secara optimal. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menjelaskan dukungan keluarga berhubungan positif dengan keaktifan lansia dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia di dukuh krajan, desa grogol, kecamatan sawoo, Kabupaten ponorogo.Desain penelitian menggunakan korelasional dengan mengunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data mengunakan instrument kuisioner dengan pengolahan data  mengunakan skor-T dan keaktifan posyandu dengan penghitungan selama 1 tahun <6 kali dalam 1 tahun tidak aktif dan pengolahan data  mengunakan uji statistik Fisher ExactHasil penelitian didapatkan dari 62  responden. 8 responden (12,9%) dengan dukungan keluarga baik dengan keaktifan aktif, terdapat 2 responden (3,2%) dengan dukungan keluarga buruk dengan keaktifan aktif. Sedangkan 15 responden (24,2%) dengan dukungan keluarga baik dengan keaktifan tidak aktif, dan terdapat 37 responden (59,7%) dengan dukungan keluarga buruk dengan keaktifan tidak aktif. Hasil menunjukan adanya dukungan keluarga berhubungan positif dengan keaktifan lansia dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia p=0,004 dengan < α=0,05.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dukungan keluarga berhubungan positif dengan keaktifan lansia dalam mengikuti posyandu lansia diharapkan lansia dapat memanfaatkan posyandu lansia dengan rutin, untuk keluarga lansia diharapkan keluarga lebih memberikan dukungan pada lansia agar kesehatan lansia terpantau dengan baik. Kelemahan penelitian ini adalah rentan terhadap kesalahan informasi dari respon terhadap dukungan yang diberikan keluarga selama mengikuti posyandu lansia selama 1 tahun karena daya ingat responden berbeda-beda  ini dapat memicu ketidak akuratan informasiKata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Keaktifan, Posyandu lansia

Kemandirian bukanlah keterampilan yang muncul secara tiba-tiba tetapi perlu diajarkan dan dilatih pada anak agar tidak menghambat tugas- tugas perkembangan anak selanjutnya. Terutama pada anak yang mengalami retardasi mental akan sangat membutuhkan dukungan dari keluarga. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan  dukungan keluarga dengan tingkat kemandirian anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh orang tua siswa kelas IV-VI di SLB Negeri Semarang yang berjumlah 64 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Dukungan keluarga pada anak retardasi mental sebagian besar adalah mendukung yaitu sebanyak 53,1%, kemandirian anak retardasi mental sebagian besar adalah kurang mandiri yaitu sebanyak 53,1%. Hasil uji statistik menemukan ada hubungan antara dukungan keluarga dengan kemandirian anak retardasi mental di SLB Negeri Semarang, dengan p value sebesar 0,000.   Kata kunci : dukungan keluarga, kemandirian anak retardasi mental THE CORRELATION BETWEEN FAMILY SUPPORT AND THE LEVEL OF INDEPENDENCE OF MENTALLY RETARDED CHILDREN   ABSTRACT Independence is not a skill that emerges suddenly but needs to be taught and trained in children so as not to inhibit the tasks of further child development. Especially for children who are mentally retarded, they will need support from the family. Research objectives to find out the correlation between family support and the level of independence of mentally retarded children in extraordinary school State of Semarang. This study uses a quantitative method with a cross sectional approach. The population in this study were all parents of students in class IV-VI in Semarang State SLB, amounting to 64 students. The sampling technique used is total sampling. Family support for mentally retarded children was mostly supportive, as much as 53.1%, the independence of most mentally retarded children was less independent, which was as much as 53.1%. The results of statistical tests found that there was a correlation between family support and the independence of mentally retarded children in Semarang State SLB, with a p value of 0,000.   Keywords: family support, independence of mentally retarded children

Background and AimDisaster and MCI events are occurrences that healthcare institutions must be prepared to respond to at all times. The events of September 11 2001 have rekindled our attention to this aspect of preparedness amongst our healthcare institutions. In Singapore, the SARS experience in 2003 and the recent H1N1 outbreak have thrust emergency preparedness further into the limelight. While priorities had been re-calibrated, we feel that we still lack far behind in our level of preparedness. This study is conducted to understand the perception of our healthcare workers towards their individual and the institution preparedness towards a disaster incident.MethodA questionnaire survey was done for this study for the doctors, nurses and allied health workers in our hospital. Questions measuring perception of disaster preparedness for themselves, their colleagues and that of the institution were asked. This was done using a 5-point likert scale.ResultsThe study was conducted over a 2-month period from 1st August 2010 till 30th September 2010. 1534 healthcare workers participated in the study. 75.3% felt that the institution is ready to respond to a disaster incident; but only 36.4% felt that they were ready. 12.6% had previous experience in disaster response. They were more likely to be ready to respond to future incidents (p = 0.00). Factors that influenced perception of readiness included leadership (p = 0.00), disaster drills (p = 0.02), access to disaster plans (p = 0.04), family support. 80.7% were willing to participate in future disaster incident response training. 74.5% felt that being able to respond to a disaster incident constitute part of their professional competency. However, only 31% of the respondents agreed that disaster response training was readily available and only 27.8% knew where to go to look for these training opportunities.ConclusionThere is an urgent need to train the healthcare workers to enhance their capability to respond to a disaster incident. While they have confidence in the institutions capability they were not sure of their own capability. Training opportunities should be made more accessible. We should also do more to harvest the family support that these worker value in order for them to be able to perform their roles in a disaster incident.

In the April 1977 issue of Pediatrics (59:636, 1977), Dr. Cunningham recommends that the patient's medical record be given to the family to keep. He urges that the Committee on Standards of Child Health Care consider this subject. For at least 20 years the American Academy of Pediatrics has published for this very purpose, a "Child Health Record." This is publication HE-4 of the Academy and was last revised in 1968. The central office of the Academy tells me that, at the present time, between 50,000 and 100,000 of these are sold annually to physicians for the distribution that Dr. Cunningham recommends.

The role of the family has the influence to overcome all obstacles both from internal and external students in realizing all the ideals and hopes. Family support can increase learning motivation, sense of security and attention of students who are still in school. The form of family expression through empathy and acceptance helps students with enthusiasm to manifest individual enthusiasm in the learning process. High learning motivation is also caused by school well-being which is used by school institutions to understand all the basic needs for students and hope that individuals feel satisfaction, well-being and comfort in school with all the processes so as to reduce low learning motivation, this makes students feel prosperous, happy, happy in studying at school. This study aims to determine the effect of family support and school well-being on learning motivation in students of SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. The number of samples used was 205 students of SMP Negeri 1 grades 7 and 8 East Telukjambe using probability sampling method. Based on the multiple regression analysis test that there is an influence between family support and school well-being on the learning motivation of students of SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang grades 7 and 8 with a Sign value. 0.000 <0.005, which means that family support and school well-being affect students' learning motivation by 23.1%. Keywords: Learning motivation, family support, school well-being Peran keluarga memiliki pengaruh untuk mengatasi segala rintangan baik dari internal maupun ekternal siswa dalam mewujudkan semua cita-cita dan harapan. Dukungan keluarga mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar, rasa aman dan perhatian siswa yang masih duduk dibangku sekolah. Bentuk ungkapan keluarga melalui empati dan penerimaan membantu siswa dengan semangat untuk mewujudkan semangat individu dalam proses belajarnya. Motivasi belajar yang tinggi juga di sebabkan oleh school well-being yang, dijadikan oleh institusi sekolah untuk memahami segala kebutuhan mendasar bagi siswa dan berharap individu merasakan kepuasan, kesejahteraan dan kenyamanan di sekolah dengan segala prosesnya sehingga mengurangi rendahnya motivasi belajar hal ini membuat siswa merasa sejahtera, senang, bahagia di dalam menuntut ilmu di sekolah. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan school well-being terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 205 siswa SMP Negeri 1 kelas 7 dan 8 Telukjambe Timur dengan menggunakan metode probability sampling. Berdasarkan uji analisis regresi berganda bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara dukungan keluarga dan school well-being terhadap motivasi belajar siswa SMP Negeri 1 Telukjambe Timur Karawang kelas 7 dan 8 dengan nilai Sign. 0,000 < 0,005 yang artinya dukungan keluarga dan school well-being mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa sebesar 23.1%.
