This research aimed to study the effects of temperature and ammonia on the health status of Acropora sp., Turbinaria sp., and Porites sp. by using acute toxicity testing (50% Lethal Concentration: LC50). The acute effects were monitored at temperatures of 30°C and 33°C at 24 and 48 hrs. The concentrations of ammonia varied at 0 0.05 0.07 and 0.1 mgN/L, respectively. The active polyp percentages of Acropora sp. was analyzed with comparison to the health status percentages. According to the findings at 30°C (24 and 48 hrs) and 33°C (24 hrs), the LC50 could not be investigated because the mortality percentages was not below 50%. On the other hand, at 33°C (48 hrs), the LC50 could be evaluated because the mortality percentages exceeded 50%. Therefore, the LC50 at 48 hrs of Acropora sp., Turbinaria sp., and Porites sp. were equal to 0.043, 0.075 and 0.054 mgN/L, respectively.

This research aims at describing the correct use of directional complements and elaborating the diversity and meanings of compound directional complement (CDC) used in Mandarin learners' interlanguage. This research is a case study on the essay of  Universitas Indonesia Chinese Study Program students. Results were obtained through qualitative data analysis method supported by simple calculation. Learners’ accuracy was reflected in identifying the direction of action, ordering the constituents in a sentence with directional complement, and selecting the motion verb. Meanwhile, inaccuracy appeared in four categories: misselection, misordering, overinclusion, and blends. On the other hand, the use of directional complements with literal meaning was very diverse, but not so for the metaphorical ones. Although the frequency of the metaphorical use of CDC was higher than the literal ones, there was a lack of the variation in the type of CDC used by the learners.

Asa’d; PT Pelindo constitute of BUMN that have a range in sea transportation field. As well as the other company in Indonesia that have a range in transportation, the rise of BBM price can make an impact for PT Pelindo, which caused BBM price component rise until 46,12% from the price total of shipping. Therefore, company try to increase the effeciency in every each of aspect, also increasing internal supervision to manage cost side with tight. Accountability application can encourage the company to achieve the purpose through cost control. Based from the background, the purpose of this observation is make a research about accountability application in reach of cost control. This observation use qualitative approach. This observation also literature and interview with financial staff from PT Pelindo Pulau Baii Branch Office Bengkulu to get the Data. The analysis method from the observation is comparing accountability application and cost control that obtainable from case study. Based on the result of PT Pelindo Pulau Baii Branch office Bengkulu, the company not yet to apply a good accountability, it is knew from presence some requirements and characterization which not yet to filled. The company also not yet to run the cost control in good way, this can see from the analysis presence against of cost digression which not implemented. Abstract. The experience feedback on a crisis that hit a city is frequently used as a "recollection" tool. However, it may not be held in itself as a tool for analyzing a city's performance. The city, considered as a complex system, was modeled using a functional analysis method. Based on such modeling, two risk analysis methods (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and Event Tree Method) were deployed and adjusted. Lastly, a qualitative reasoning model had been used for get the scenario modeling of the urban crisis. Such functional model was deployed on a case study.

This aims to review and analyze the Jordanian experiment in the developmental regional planning field within the decentralized managerial methods, which is considered one of the primary basic provisions for applying and success of this kind of planning. The study shoed that Jordan has passed important steps in the way for implanting the decentralized administration, but these steps are still not enough to established the effective and active regional planning. The study reveled that there are many problems facing the decentralized regional planning in Jordan, despite of the clear goals that this planning is trying to achieve. These problems have resulted from the existing relationship between the decentralized administration process’ dimensions from one side, and between its levels which ranged from weak to medium decentralization from the other side, In spite of the official trends aiming at applying more of the decentralized administrative policies, still high portion of these procedures are theoretical, did not yet find a way to reality. Because any progress or success at the level of applying the decentralized administrative policies doubtless means greater effectiveness and influence on the development regional planning in life of the residents in the kingdom’s different regions. So, it is important to go a head in applying more steps and decentralized administrative procedures, gradually and continuously to guarantee the control over any negative effects that might result from Appling this kind of systems.   © 2018 JASET, International Scholars and Researchers Association

Current supply chain methods are having difficulties in resolving problems arising from the lack of trust in supply chains. The root reason lies in two challenges brought to the traditional mechanism: self-interests of supply chain members and information asymmetry in production processes. Blockchain is a promising technology to address these problems. The key objective of this paper is to present qualitative analysis for blockchain in supply chain as the decision-making framework to implement this new technology. The analysis method used Val IT business case framework, validated by the expert judgements. The further study needs to be elaborated by either the existing organization that use blockchain or assessment by the organization that will use blockchain to improve their supply chain management.

There are many factors that can lead to internship satisfaction. Working environment is one of the factors that will result to such outcome. However, many organizations discarded the fact of its importance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant relationship between working environment and internship satisfaction level as well as to determine whether the dimensions of working environment significantly affect internship satisfaction. The said dimensions are, learning opportunities, supervisory support, career development opportunities, co-workers support, organization satisfaction, working hours and esteem needs. A total of 111 questionnaires were distributed to the respondents and were processed by SPSS program to obtain the result of this study. The results reveal that learning opportunities, career development opportunities, organization satisfaction and esteem needs are factors that contribute to internship satisfaction level. In the other hand, supervisory support, co-workers support and working hours are factors that lead to internship dissatisfaction. The result also shows that organization satisfaction is the strongest factor that affects internship satisfaction while co-workers support is the weakest.

In 1922 Sigmund Freud wrote to fellow Viennese author and dramatist Arthur Schnitzler: ‘I believe I have avoided you out of a sort of fear of my double’. Through a series of reflections on this imagined doubling and its reception, this paper demonstrates that the ambivalent desire for his literary other attested by Freud's confession goes to the heart of both theoretical and historical questions regarding the nature of psychoanalysis. Bringing Schnitzler's resistance to Freud into conversation with attempts by psychoanalytically oriented literary scholars to affirm the Doppengängertum of the two men, it argues that not only psychoanalytic theories and modernist literature but also the tendency to identify the two must be treated as historical phenomena. Furthermore, the paper contends, Schnitzler's work stands in a more critical relationship to its Viennese milieu than Freud's: his examination of the vicissitudes of feminine desire in ‘Fräulein Else’ underlines the importance of what lies outside the oedipal narrative through which the case study of ‘Dora’ comes to be centered on the uncanny nexus of identification with and anxious flight from the other.
