Shrimp as one of potential commodity which has a high protein and savory flavor of meat is highly favored by the people in the country and abroad. The catch activity of the Metapenaeopsis mogiensis shrimp by the fisherman in Pusong Lama, Lhoksemawe has long been a livelihood. However, if the shrimp catching activity was carried out continuously without any restrictions, it can threaten the sustainability of the shrimp. The purpose of this study was to determine the lenght-weight relationship of shrimp caught in the waters of Aceh Utara, Indonesia. This research was expected to provide additional information on the existence of Metapenaeus mogiensis shrimp and future sustainable resource management for farmers. The research method used was a simple random withdrawal method by taking shrimp samples randomly from a basket of fishermen's catch in one sail. A total of 10% shrimp samples of the total catch of fishermen was taken, then length was measured and weighed. Sampling was carried out in July2019 at TPI Pusong lama, Lhoksemawe. The length of carapace of male shrimp ranges from 14.8 mm to 22.2 mm and females 13.9 mm to 22.1 mm.The weight of male shrimp ranges from 2.17 grams to 6.73 grams and the weight of female shrimp ranges from 2.01 grams to 5.83 grams. Growth patterns found in both males and femalesshowed allometric negatives and the ratio of sex was 1.5: 1 (male:female).

Abstract East Sumba Regency is an area that does not grow enough food to support people’s demands, although the main source of income of the people is from agricultural sector. This article aims at identifying the relationship between coping strategy and income which is applied in the households of farmers cultivated dry land for their livelihood. The samples for this research included farmers in four villages situated in two sub-districts at risks of food shortage. The samples were taken using snowball sampling technique and the data were gathered using interview, observation and recording. Additional information was used to support the findings and crosschecking was carried out with related parties. Coping strategy was applied by the households of farmers cultivating dry land by managing food-crop farming with salome planting pattern. This pattern is one of local wisdoms in muddling through problems of meeting necessities of life. The other strategy is pig-raising, by using keeping pattern which is adapted to the availability of crops resulted from land cultivation and by looking for food source in the forest. This research found that the more households practiced the coping strategy, the more income there will be.

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to see the relationship between Rejang, Serawai and Pasemah language. These three languages were chosen because it is the majority area language used by the people of Bengkulu Province. The research method used is quantitative method with lexicostatistics technique that is a technique to study the language by doing grouping data statistically. Grouping is done based on the similarities and differences of a language with another language to know the kinship relationship of the language. The data were obtained based on interviews to native speakers of each language. From the result of the research, it is known that Serawai-Rejang split time is between 1327 - 1138 years ago, Serawai-Pasemah Language is between 455 - 347 years ago while the time of split of Rejang-Pasemah language is between 1402 - 1188 years ago. This shows that the three languages are still in one language because the time of separation is still ranged from 0-5 century. If you see the percentage of the word relatives we can know that the kinship language Serawai-Rejang 58%. Serawai-Pasemah 84% while Rejang-Pasemah language is 57% which means that Serawai-Rejang and Rejang- Pasemah Language is one language, while Serawai-Pasemah is Family because the percentage of the word is84% relative. Keywords: Leksikostatistik, Rejang, Serawai, Pasemah

Abstract Skipjack tuna (Katsuwonus pelamis) is an important pelagic fish species caught in tropical and subtropical waters of the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian oceans. Skipjack tuna (K. pelamis) is also a high economic fisheries resource in Prigi waters which is caught by troll line. High market demand results in high levels of exploitation. This study aimed to identify the length-weight relationship and biological reproduction of skipjack tuna in the Prigi waters. The research was conducted in the sampling period between December 2019 - April 2020 with total samples obtained as much as 1642 fish and was analyzed using linear regression. The results informed that the length-weight relationship of skipjack tuna was positive allometric with equation W=0.007FL3.223 which means that the fish has a fat body. The sex ratio between male and female fish is 1:1. While gonad maturity level obtained in this study is mostly in GML 1 and GML 2 which indicates that the catches were dominated by immature fish, so it is necessary to limit fishing effort so that sustainability of the skipjack tuna (K. pelamis) resource can be managed.

Bali Sardinella, Sardinella lemuru Bleeker 1853, included in small pelagic groups which have an important economic value. The production of Bali Sardinella was the highest among the other small pelagic fish in Bali Strait waters. The morphoregression and length-weight relationship are important to be known to facilitate the conversion between a length measurement to another type of length measurement and the weight. The aims of this research were to reveal the relationship between total length (TL) and standard length (SL), total length and fork length (FL), fork length and standard length, and the length-weight. The research was held in Bali Strait waters from March 2017 – Mei 2018. The morphoregression was analyzed using simple linear regression, whereas the length-weight relationship using power regression. A total of 470 individuals of Bali sardinella were collected during the study period. The fish that analyzed have a length range 9.7 –20.2 cm TL. The average length of Bali sardinella was13.7 cm. The relationship between total length (TL) and standard length (SL); total length (TL) and fork length (FL); fork length (FL) and standard length (SL) for Bali sardinella respectively were TL = 1.1038SL + 0.9313; TL = 1.0861FL + 0.2967; and FL = 1.0068SL + 0.6936, respectively. The value of b which were generated from the length-weight relationship of Bali Sardinella was 3.22 with the growth patterns were positive allometric. Batam City, which is one of the cities whose rules are slightly different from other cities inIndonesia, is about administrative procedures for land ownership registration, but for permits toallocate land, it is still held by the Batam Entrepreneurs Agency, abbreviated as BP Batam. InBatam City, the provision of KSB is actually given to residents due to various things. To get KSBthe community needs to fulfill the procedure first. This is what makes the writer interested intaking the title of Juridical Review of Ready-to-Build Courts in Batam City. The purpose of thispaper is to find out that the Ready-to-Build plot can be owned by land users (general public) inBatam City. The legal research method used in this study is normative legal research. Normativeresearch in it is also permitted to use scientific analysis of other sciences (including empiricalscience) to explain the legal facts examined by scientific work and juridical thinking (dankenjuridical). Retrieval Data used is by using secondary data, where documentation and recordingtechniques are through the file system. The Research Result for Ready-to-Build Plots in BatamCity may be owned by individuals, but the provision of KSB can be given to the community.People who get it while the people who get the plot still have not built a plot even though theprovisions in the temporary agreement agreed upon by the applicant with the BatamEntrepreneurial Agency the applicant must immediately build a building on the land.

Thus can drawing conclusions about the relationship of the school with the community is essentially a very decisive tool in fostering and developing the personal growth of students in schools. If the relationship between the school and the community goes well, the sense of responsibility and participation of the community to advance the school will also be good and high. In order to create relationships and cooperation between schools and the community, the community needs to know and have a clear picture of the school they have obtained. The presence of schools is based on the good will of the country and the people who support it. Therefore people who work in schools inevitably have to work with the community. The community here can be in the form of parents of students, agencies, organizations, both public and private. One reason schools need help from the community where schools are because schools must be funded.

The amendment of the Undang-Undang Dasar Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945 positioned the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat no longer as the highest state institution and the highest sovereign of the people. This has implications for the authority of the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat to have a strategic position, namely to UUD 1945, to stipulate GBHN, to elect the president and vice president through amendment of its authority to be very limited and weak. This paper examines jurisdictionally how to restore the privileges possessed by the Majelis Permusyawaratan Rakyat through the amendment of the UUD 1945. A normative legal research method with statute approach and conceptual approach is used to analyze this problem. The results of the study indicate that the MPR's repatriation in the main and vital position in the Indonesian state administration system is very important, namely through amendments to the material content of the UUD 1945 which must be implemented on an ongoing basis.
