The idea of the study is that the value potential of the subject is a fundamental element of the knowledge system as part of the realization of the idea of sustainable development in education. The basis of the study used the classification of value categories proposed by Milton Rokeach in 1979. We found that in the main school, the content of the subject “Biology” is primarily aimed at forming ideas about terminal values – “life”, “health”, “nature”; in high school – about terminal values “life”, “health”, as well as instrumental values – “perseverance”. The value ideas of a biology teacher are one of the key factors in the formation of students’ value ideas. In the structure of value representations of biology teachers, the three leaders are orientations towards terminal values. We have put forward the assumption that there is a dissonance between the value ideas of respondents and the values that the school biology course is aimed at forming an idea about.

<p class="Default"><em><span lang="IN">Assessment is part of a teacher's pedagogic competence and curriculum-13 must carry out cognitive, psychomotor and affective assessments. Online learning causes the implementation of psychomotor and affective assessments to be hampered. This study aims to determine the readiness and understanding of Biology teachers on psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis. The sampling technique is a saturated sampling technique. The subject of the study, namely the Biology teacher of the SMA in Comal District, opened 5 teachers through filling out questionnaires distributed online on google forms and RPP documentation as well as evidence of the implementation of the assessment, while the student questionnaires were used as secondary data. Data analysis using descriptive analysis consists of reduction, data display, and verification. This study resulted in the finding that the teacher's assessment readiness profile during online learning can be declared ready to carry out psychomotor and affective assessments. Meanwhile, the profile of teachers' understanding of psychomotor and affective assessments can generally be obtained at a low level. An understanding profile that has an impact on misconceptions in the realm of assessment and the development of an assessment rubric that is not yet good so that human application cannot run optimally. In addition, the application of psychomotor and affective assessments during online learning is influenced by the factors of the teacher's IT ability and the facilities owned by the students.</span></em></p>

Teacher as one of the important key factors in education must enhance the quality of their knowledge both theoretical, skills, and expertise. For this reason, the community service program held by Department of Biology, FMIPA, Mulawarman University, Samarinda aimed to improve the practical skills of high school teachers. This program was attended by 16 teachers from various high schools from the Samarinda region and Tenggarong. The community service program consisted of 25% theory and 75% practice in one day. The theory about DNA isolation, polymerase chain reaction, and electrophoresis was done in the classroom. Meanwhile, in laboratory, the use of molecular biology equipment, electrophoresis, interpretation results of electrophoretic DNA bands, and NCBI was done by the teachers which is assisted by the laboratory assistant. In the end of the program, the skill of laboratory practice of teachers was improve, indicating by the increasing percentage of understanding about biology molecular skills.

As regards the axiological hierarchy, the love-as-a-gift is particularly important in interperso- nal relations. It means the value of a person-as-a-gift to another person. The complete experience of love between a man and a woman demands its ethical dimension. Its natural fulfilment is marriage as self-giving. Studies conducted among high school youth with the use of Milton Rokeach's RVS Scale, confirm that the value of mature love in the group of terminal values, and the value of loving in the group of instrumental values are highly cherished. The leading (central) position of the analysed values indicates their impact upon young people's behaviour.

The article presents the different approaches to the definition of teacher professionalism. The article analyzes the publication activity on the subject of pedagogical professionalism of teachers in higher education. There is a discussion of the problem of understanding and definition of pedagogical professionalism of a high school teacher. The article also describes the typical problems of a modern high school teacher. Analyzes the requirements of the professional standard &#34;Teacher of vocational training, vocational education and secondary vocational education&#34; to the modern high school teachers. The article presents the classification of professional competences, which should have a higher school teacher, and considered ways to solve the problems identified.

Abstrak. Tecnnology pedagogycal and content knowledge (TPACK) merupakan kompetensi abad 21 yang harus dikuasai oleh guru. Telah banyak penelitian yang dilakukan tentang TPACK namun menghubungkan TPACK dengan media pembelajaran masih terbatas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi TPACK pada media pembelajaran guru Biologi SMA. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada seluruh SMA negeri yang ada di Kota Tanjungpinang sebanyak 7 SMA Negeri dengan sampel sejumlah 22 guru biologi.  Prosedur penelitian diawali koordinasi awal dengan pihak sekolah dan kesepakatan jadwal penelitian, dilanjutkan dengan penyusunan instrumen dan pelaksanaan penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket terbuka yang berisi sesuai dengan aspek TPACK terdiri atas Tecnologycal Knowledge dan Pedagogycal Content Knowledge. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru biologi sebagian besar telah memanfaatkan media dalam pembelajarannya dan juga memiliki kemampuan yang sederhana dalam mendesain media pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dimanfaatkan dan didesain sebagian besar baru berupa powerpoint. Kompetensi TPACK untuk aspek TK berada pada kategori sangat baik, begitu juga untuk aspek  PCK guru biologi SMA kota Tanjungpinang berada pada kategori sangat baik. Kompetensi TPACK pada media pembelajaran guru biologi SMA kota Tanjungpinang baru sebatas memanfaatkan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang sederhana dan mudah untuk digunakan serta mudah dalam pengembangan dan mendesain. Kata kunci: guru biologi SMA,  media pembelajaran, TK, PCK,  kompetensi TPACK Abstrack. Pedagogycal technology and content knowledge (TPACK) is  a 21st century competence that must be mastered by the teacher. There have many studies conducted on TPACK but connecting TPACK with learning media is still limited. This study aims to analyze TPACK competence at learning media Biology high school teachers in Tanjung Pinang City. It was conducted in 7 senior high schools in Tanjungpinang City with 22 biology teachers as a samples. Procedure started by coordination with the school and an agreement of tstudy schedule, followed by preparation of instrument and implementation of the study. This study used open questionnaires in accordance with aspects of TPACK such as Tecnologycal Knowledge and  Pedagogycal Content Knowledge. The results of this study indicate that most biology teachers have used the media in their learning and also have a simple ability to design instructional media. The learning media that are utilized and designed are mostly new in the form of powerpoints. TPACK of biology teachers is in the excellent category for TK,  as well as for PCK category Tanjungpinang city high school biology teacher is in the very good category. TPACK competence in the learning media of biology teachers in Tanjung Pinang City is only limited for utilizing simple technology-based learning media easy to use ,easy to develop and design.Keywords: High school biology teacher; Learning media; TK; PCK; TPACK competency

ABSTRACTThis research aims to find out the ethnoscience knowledge profile of biology teachers at Pekanbaru City State High School and the obstacles faced by biology teachers in implementing ethnoscience in learning. This study is a survey study at Pekanbaru City State High School using google form-based questionnaires and online interviews. The research population is a biology teacher who teaches at Pekanbaru City State High School with a sample of 40% of biology teachers taken randomly simply. The data is analyzed with descriptive percentage techniques.  The results showed that 27.30% of teachers knew ethnoscience concepts, 63.60% were unaware and 9.10% did not know.  Ethnoscience implementation in learning is carried out by 22.70% in a planned manner, 36.40 unplanned and 40.90% never implies ethnoscience. 27.70% felt the lack of application of curriculum demands became an obstacle in ethnoscience implentation, 63.60% of teachers lacked understanding in integrating, 13.60% felt due to environmental constraints. 60% of teachers say important ethnoscience is implemented in learning, 30% is less important and 10% of teachers feel unimportant. Thus it can be concluded that in general teachers are less aware of ethnoscience concepts and never apply because they lack understanding of integrating, whereas important ethnoscience is implemented.Keywords: ethnoscience, teacher, biologyABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil pengetahuan etnosains guru biologi di SMA Negeri se Kota Pekanbaru  dan kendala yang dihadapi guru  biologi dalam mengimplementasikan etnosains dalam pembelajaran. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif persentase.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 27,30% guru  mengetahui konsep etnosains, 63,60% kurang mengetahui dan 9,10% tidak mengetahui.  Implementasi etnosains dalam pemeblajaran dilakukan oleh 22,70% secara terencana, 36,40& tidak terencana dan 40,90% tidak pernah mengimplentasikan etnosains. 27,70% merasa kurang ekplisitnya tuntutan kurikulum menjadi kendala dalam implentasi etnosains, 63,60% guru kurang paham dalam mengintegrasikan, 13,60% merasa karena kendala lingkungan. 60% guru menyatakan etnosains penting diimplementasikan dalam pembelajaran, 30% kurang penting dan 10% guru measa tidak penting. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara umum guru kurang mengetahui konsep etnosains dan tidak pernah penerapkan karena kurang paham mengintegrasikan, padahal etnosains penting diimplementasikan.Kata kunci: etnosains, guru, biologi

The current stage of economy development is characterized by serious interest in studying economic theory, which includes such lines as study of management in its broad and narrower sense. The article analyzed academic literature on the subject ‘Innovation management’, researched and summed up foreign and Russian experience. The author shows different interpretations of the term ‘innovation’ found in foreign and home academic literature. On the basis of academic sources’ analyzing the author depicts key aspects of the system and functionally- riented approaches. The author puts forward the classification of the principle models of innovation system existing in global economy: models on the basis of innovation and models based on innovation proliferation. Key factors influencing the process of innovation management were identified and problems hindering the development and introduction of innovation in Russia were analyzed. A considerable section of the research deals with models of open and closed innovations, their specific features and practice of their use in Russian business. The author gives practical examples of innovation management from Russian and foreign experience and shows prospects of innovation development in Russia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja guru biologi terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMA. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei. Sampelnya adalah guru biologi yang mengajar kelas X dan XI berjumlah 20 orang, setiap guru memilih satu kelas untuk sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif regresi. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan antara kinerja guru terhadap prestasi belajar siswa.The Effect of Biology Teacher Performance on Senior High School Students' Learning Achievements in Southwest Sumba DistrictAbstractThis study aims to find out the effect between biology teachers performances and students learning achievements of senior high school (SHS). The sample consisted of biology teachers teaching in Grades X and XI with a total of 20 teachers and students of Grades X and XI. The data were collected through questionnaires and tests. The data were analyzed by means of the regresi analisis technique. The results of the path analysis show that there is a significant effect between biology teachers performances and students learning achievement.

The purpose of this research is develop a module of spiritual nuance on viruses material for students SMA/MA valid and practical. This research uses 3 of 4 stages 4D models that is define, design, and develop. The developed product was validated by 4 validators including 3 lecturers of biology and 1 biology teacher of SMAN 12 Padang, while for practicality will be done by 33 students of SMAN 12 Padang. The data of this study include the primary data obtained from the questionnaire filled directly by the subject of research. Based on the result of the study obtained the validity of 3,61 with very valid criteria, practicality by teachers 3,49 with very practical criteria and practicality by students 3,38 with very practical criteria.
