The study of Dong ethnic cultural resources provides the experience basis and method path for the designing and development of cultural and creative products with Dong ethnic-cultural characteristics. In the research, first of all, the Dong culture is mainly taken as the core and the Dong cultural resources are classified. Secondly, it studies the attributes of cultural and creative products and designs and combs the cultural and creative products of Dong nationality. Furthermore, the creative product design model of Dong ethnic culture is constructed, and eye tracking technology is taken as an example to accurately extract the cultural identification characteristics of cultural materials through modern science and technology, and the specific case design is carried out. Through the excavation, arrangement, and induction of Dong ethnic cultural resources, the attributes of cultural and creative products are analyzed, and the design model is constructed to provide ideas for the design of Dong ethnic cultural and creative products, which is conducive to enhancing the value of Dong ethnic culture and cultural and creative products and provides references for the cultural development of other ethnic minorities.

This paper introduces the basic principle and application process of simulated annealing algorithm and improves the simulated annealing algorithm so that it can converge faster to get the new parameters of cultural and creative product design and make it more in line with the reality of engineering optimization. In the cultural creative industry, it is necessary to use the creatorʼs creativity and technology to derive and develop the original cultural resources with the help of various materialization means, to refine the abstract and profound contents of cultural resources to make them more visualized, and to produce products with both spiritual and economic values through the multiple development and utilization of their intellectual property contents. By studying the feasibility analysis of the cultural and creative design, the design positioning of the cultural and creative products is determined. In this article, we use the simulated annealing method to simulate and analyse the condition values in the design process of cultural creative products. As the Internet era progresses, people have more diversified requirements for cultural and creative products, and they need to have innovative ideas to follow the trend, so the design of cultural and creative products can spread culture through different design expressions and media. As one of the important pillar industries for future development, cultural and creative products are characterized by a wide range of styles and practicality, which meet the aesthetic needs and fashion trends of modern people.

The further refinement and external transmission of local cultural characteristics and core values is a brand-new way of promoting local cultural development under the opportunity of multi-cultural exchanges under the Belt and Road Initiative. Taking the innovative design thinking of Zhenjiang cultural and creative products as an example, this paper discusses how to make better use of local traditional cultural resources, starting with cultural and creative products, illustrate their modern value during inheritance and protection and create a digital card of Zhenjiang culture to facilitate cross-cultural exchange and transmission effectively, improve the urban competitiveness of Zhenjiang and establish a good city image, thus promoting the local culture of Zhenjiang to the world.

Hotel Resort and Cottage is a facility that will later help to develop culture, tourist attractions and also increase regional income. Until 2017 infrastructure development in Indonesia, in general, cannot be said to be equitable because so far, infrastructure development is only concentrated in Java and infrastructure development outside Java which, is less especially in remote areas and border areas. However, this issue canaddress by increasing Regional native revenue (PAD). Indonesia is known as a diverse country of natural and cultural resources, can be the main attraction in the tourism sector to bring domestic and foreign tourists to the area.  The methodology applied from the design of this resort hotel and cottage is research directly to the location to see the soil conditions, contours, facilities around the area, wind direction, view, and sunlight. It is also a reference to some of the existing literature regarding resort hotels and cottages. The area selected for this project is Sipiso-Piso, Saribu Dolok Street, Merek District, Karo Regency because of the many resources that can manage optimally. This place has the potential to be used as a tourist attraction as well as a cultural development place. However, this place lacks facilities and infrastructure. After identifying the needs of generator activities, researchers make the design of Hotel Resort and Cottagein, addition to improving tourist sites and cultural education, this design also aims to increase the revenue of this area. Analysis and design concepts using the interpretation of Neo Vernacular Architecture

The study of various aspects of the Russian Orthodox Church history continues to be significant and relevant in modern science. From the second half of 15th – beginning of 16th centuries, we can speak about the emergence of two issues that will become the major touch points of Church and State. The strengthening of the absolute monarchy in the 18th century leads to the emergence of a new bureaucratic system in the state administration. These changes will inevitably affect the Tobolsk Bishop's house, and the conditions which it was placed in after 1764 led to changes in the principles of its organization and a significant restructuring. Therefore, the research objective is to redesign the process of socio-economic, political and cultural development of the Tobolsk Bishop's house in the 19th century. Various types of sources were used for the study: legislative and regulatory acts, published and archived materials introduced into scientific circulation for the first time. Documents of management and record keeping of the Tobolsk Bishop's house occupy a special place, in particular the materials of the General paperwork management of Church institutions: ordinances, regulations, correspondence materials of local ecclesial authorities, reports of Siberian metropolitans to the Synod, etc. The study approach and methodological tools made it possible to achieve the goal and solve the research problems. The study shows that after the reform of 1764, the Tobolsk Bishop's house lost its former land holdings for a certain period, and like other diocesan departments, it was transferred to the state allowance. Diocese abolition to the episcopate, which deprived the former political influence, certainly had negative features. However, in the 19th century, there can be seen a gradual way out of the situation and the former possessions and property return, which to some extent allows to return to the former position of a large feudal lord of Western Siberia.

As a high value-added product, cultural creative products emphasize the cultural connotation of products. Taking tourist souvenirs as an example, the country vigorously develops the green economy represented by tourism, which drives the rise of cultural creative product design. How to design excellent cultural creative products has become a realistic topic. Ancient Chinese artefacts have inherited and accumulated a long tradition of culture, and shaped excellent creative products worthy of our learning and reference. This paper discusses the cultural connotation, cultural integration and humanistic thoughts of the design of ancient Chinese artefacts and provides useful ideas for the design of cultural creative products today.

This article looks for some cultural elements from the collection of exquisite cultural relics to inherit and carry forward the spirit and culture expressed in the historical society. The cultural creative products designed in this paper are divided into stone carving series, tile series, bronze series and others. Each cultural and creative product has a text introduction, according to the existing modeling characteristics of cultural relics, the paper try to use the scene in the life practice. These measures are not only a form of development, but also inherit the history behind the collection of cultural relics.

Evaluation of fashion and product design has been one of the most prominent factors among designers and researchers. Unfortunately, they usually evaluate their design by self-report that is relatively subjective. Research using eye tracking technology has begun to lead a objective way in which where and when the participants look at. The present paper reviews some publications of eye tracking technology in fashion and product design, identifies directions for further research in this growing field.

The higher education in China aims to cultivate advanced talents who would like to be devoted to cause of socialist construction with firm belief in communism and collectivism and mastery of modern science and technology. The significance of ideological education of undergraduates has been constantly aware of in China since the founding of the nation. In this day and age, with the implementation of cultural development strategies by telling Chinese stories well, the ideological education is increasingly significant in higher education. Compared with other majors, foreign language majors are in greater need for ideological instruction since they have to take a series of courses relevant to foreign cultures including but not limited to the general background, geography, history, literature, society and religion of relevant foreign countries. Even when they practice skills such as reading, listening, speaking and writing, they are supposed to have a clear picture of the cultural background of a certain foreign country or region. Meanwhile, there is particular demand for ideological correctness for their future jobs as teachers, translators or interpreters. Apart from taking compulsory courses of ideological and political theory, foreign language majors shall be cultivated through delivery of ideological education by academic courses, national innovation and entrepreneurship education and extra-curricular activities.
