The geese breeds not used in industrial poultry farming have become not numerous and exist mainly as closed populations. Therefore, the study and evaluation process of their inherent characteristics is closely related to the problem of breed conservation. Herewith the main objective is not the best genotypes selection, but the reproduction of the existing ones without their inherent qualities loss. The research objective is the analyses of the relationship between the preserved goose breeds and the study of the manifestation regularity of breed marking features in related bird groups. Materials and methods. The research was carried out on the basis of Federal State Budgetary Research Institution (FSBRI) “Verkhnevolzhsky Federal Agricultural Research Center (FARC)” (town of Suzdal). Nowadays the collection of geese in Suzdal is the richest both in Russia and abroad. It amounts 21 breeds of domestic and foreign selection. The research results identified 3 related goose groups and 7 independent breeds. Conclusion. All geese from the preserved gene pool have typical exterior features for each breed. Certain breed markers were stated to be the characteristic for the breeds of different pedigrees. These studies should be used for further breeding work in selecting producers in order to preserve and improve the geese gene pool.

One ferm of scientific recognition indicators for research institution is the number of research articles in scientific publications (journals, proceedings) whether printed or digital form. Scientific publications are usually available in digital format and as a link to the website of each research center as publisher of the publication. Problems that occur with the digital form of scientific publications are difficulties for users to find information, because they have to search them on each research center web sites to obtain the topic. The study chose the appropriate application to integrate the scattered scientific publications into an Institutional Repository, therefore of the user would be easier to trace information and increased Indonesian Agency for Agricultural Research and Development (IAARD) scientific recognition. The method for selecting was adapted and modified from COTS-software-product framework and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) multi criteria analysis. The result indicated that the best application for Repository IAARD scientific publication is DSpace Software.

In 2016-2019, the All-Russian Research Institute of Vegetable Growing – a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Research Institution of the Russian Academy of Sciences-conducted studies of parsnip seeds of the Kulinar and Round varieties grown in the open ground in the conditions of the Moscow region. The length of each seed, endosperm, and germ was analyzed sequentially. The average values of the parameters, the coefficient of variation, the significance of differences be-tween the variants, the contribution of factors and the relationship between the parameters were calculated using the Pearson coefficient. Since a significant part of the variability of the morpho-metric parameters of parsnip seeds is hereditary, and there is a real possibility of their selective improvement.

The article provides information on one of the research areas of the Adygh branch of the Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science «Federal Research Center «Subtropical Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences» related to walnut crops. The territorial location of the institution is the foothills of the Republic of Adygea. Scientific research work in the field of nut crops has been carried out in the Adygh branch of the FRC SSC 9f the RAS practically from the moment of its foundation since 1968. Expeditionary studies started in 2008 and were carried out until 2019. As a result of the expeditionary studies, 211 promising forms of Common hazel, 23 promising forms of walnut and 85 promising forms of sowing chestnut were isolated from local populations. The article provides data on experimental collection plots where selected promising forms and known varieties of common hazel, walnut, seed chestnut and common pecan grow. Information is given on the forms and varieties of walnut crops growing in the experimental collection plots. On the basis of the data presented it has been concluded that the Republic of Adygea acts as a donor of reserve territories with suitable climatic conditions for the cultivation of walnut crops; on the basis of the Adygh branch of the FRC of SSC of the RAS the gene pool of common hazel, walnut, common chestnut and common pecan is preserved, studied and replenished. To resolve the issue of using the gene pool of nut crops of the Adygh branch for further breeding work, it is necessary to study the features of their phenology, as well as assess the state of plants during the annual development cycle.

The modern market of drugs off ers a wide range of disinfectants. However, the constant use of the same drugs contributes to the development of resistance in the microfl ora and reduces the quality of activities. In this regard to develop eff ective measures to combat and prevent infectious diseases, it is necessary to periodically monitor the activity of disinfectants used in the enterprise. The purpose of the researches was to study the bactericidal eff ect of disinfectants on the microfl ora of poultry enterprises. The researches have been carried out at the Siberian Scientifi c and Research Institute of Poultry Farming – a branch of the Federal State Budgetary Scientifi c Institution “Omsk Agrarian Scientifi c Center”. The activity of 8 disinfectants to 37 test cultures isolated from poultry farms of diff erent productivity trends and species of poultry (chickens, turkeys, quails) has been tested. It has been found as a result of the conducted research that the most expressed bactericidal eff ect on gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms were complex disinfectants, which included glutaraldehyde in combination with quaternary ammonium compounds. Thus, 1 % solutions of Gludesive and Viroshield provided the death of all test cultures, Dinovis Ultra and TN-4+ – 92 and 84 % of cultures. The disinfecting activity of Mirosan drug and formalin was most expressed for gram-positive microfl ora, among gram-negative microfl ora resistance was registered in 25–75 % and 25–50 % of cultures, respectively. Drugs EcoSide Advansa and Ecocide C have showed the lowest activity to all investigated microorganisms. The largest number of resistant cultures to the tested disinfectants have been registered in the bacteria of the genus Citrobacter spp. and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, while simultaneously noted resistance to 4–6 drugs.

Construct validity analysis showed moderate positive correlation between the scores obtained using Sickle Cell Self-Efficacy Scale and those obtained using Mental Components Scale of SF36. There is a weak correlation between the score obtained from SCSES and that of Physical Components Scale of SF36.Conclusion: this scale can be used in the future for future studies on self-efficacy and also to find the relationship between this component and other components.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3126/ijls.v8i4.10931
