Competent management of the company’s activities is largely determined by the ability to manage financial results, analyze the features of their formation, which ensures the effective functioning of the organization. Timely analysis allows to study development trends, deeply and systematically examine the factors of changes in activity results, justify plans and management decisions, monitor their implementation, identify reserves for improving the efficiency of economic activity, evaluate the results of the enterprise, and develop an economic strategy for its development. For commercial enterprises, the main criterion for performance assessment is the financial result. At the same time, not only the goals and objectives of the company are multiple, but also the methods used by specialists in planning of the financial results formation. The quality of management of financial results largely determines the effective operation of the company, the stable pace of its work and competitiveness in modern economic conditions.

The article presents the author's formalized approach to the formation and evaluation of the system of indicators for conducting electronic business in static and dynamic states, contributing to the detailed disclosure of the interaction of factor and resultant parameters by which organizations will be able to justify the decisions taken by entrepreneurs in modern economic conditions to ensure the best final and intermediate benchmarks for themselves. The purpose of the study is aimed at creating a reliable system that integrates general and private indicators of e-business for the subsequent balancing of results, costs and extraction of marginal financial benefits. The objectives of the study are focused on annotating the activities of organizations that operate and implement business processes in the current economic environment, as well as integrating indicators based on it that reflect static and dynamic cause-and-effect relationships in the field of commerce. The methods for performing the research were chain substitutions supplemented with mathematical analysis, which will allow organizations to obtain complete and reliable information about the quality of e-business. The work is intended for managers and specialists of commercial organizations, educators and scientists engaged in the study of the economics of entrepreneurship.

The use of new sources of by-pass protein in the cow diets to optimize milk production and herd reproduction performance indicators in modern economic conditions is relevant. The article presents data on the use of a protein concentrate containing plant and animal components and its effect on the quality of the milk obtained, the state of the rumen bacterial community and reproduction indicators. The use of protein concentrate of both 1.0 kg and 1.5 kg/head/day contributed to improving the quality and increasing the yield of dry matter of cow's milk by 0.17-0.43 %. During the days in milk, with the use of protein concentrate it was observed that increase the content of Selenomonas by 1.7 % and 4.1%, which cleave the urea, indicates a more efficient use of nitrogen in the diet. The inclusion of protein concentrate in the composition of daily diets helps to improve reproduction indicators, reduce the duration of the service period and the number of semen doses spent.

The actual direction of scientific research in the field of risk management, today, is the formation of an effective strategy for managing the risks of economic activity, taking into account the peculiarities of the activity of the enterprise of the cluster structure in modern economic conditions, characterized by the variability of the economic environment and pronounced crisis phenomena. This article proposes and tests the tools for the formation of an adaptive risk management strategy for enterprises that are part of cluster structures, based on the provisions of game theory.

The article presents the exploring of legal support of non-cash settlements in economic activity. In the article, the complex analysis of the tendencies of the legal regulation of the cashless transfers in commercial activity has been done. Also, the article has been prepared some recommendations on improvement of non-cash settlements, taking into the consideration fact that there are different types of payments under modern economic conditions, which change the approaches to the specific features, protection, and the peculiarities of their usage. Besides, in the article, some problems of the legal regulation of cashless settlements have been investigated according to the papers of international academics from different countries. Also, some legal documents of the state Ukraine in this direction have been analysed in the paper. Among the documents was the Instruction on Cashless Payments in Ukraine in the National Currency; the Civil Code of Ukraine, etc. Therefore, the legal support of non-cash settlements in economic activity is critical and valuable because all the support, as well as all the conditions of the implementation of the modern informational and telecommunication technologies in the activities of the financial institutions, may increasing of the clients’ demand on the services of the cashless transfers.

The study of the issues of assessing the indicators of efficiency and intensification of finance in the activities of corporations operating in modern economic conditions is necessary and relevant. The research was conducted in order to identify a group of financial and economic indicators for assessing the financial efficiency of the corporation. In the course of the research a toolkit was developed, which is a group of indicators that allow corporations to analyze financial and economic activity in generalized and detailed forms. When selecting the resulting and factor indicators of efficiency and intensification, the author's position was based on taking into account the current economic situation, namely, the multiprofile activities of corporations (within and outside the state borders) and the high proportion of borrowed capital for business processes in the core and non-core types of entrepreneurship. The objects of the study in generalized and detailed forms were direct and indirect profitability. They refer to the resulting indicators of efficiency, calculated by comparing the profit and consumed capital. The formed indicators fully correspond to the modern economic situation and the economic nature of the categories of «efficiency» and «intensification». With their use it is possible to calculate the dependence not only between the resultant and factor indicators, but also to analyze the interaction of the factor indicators themselves. These factor indicators meet all the economic postulates and are fully adapted to the generally recognized economic requirements, in particular, financial and economic and financial management. The proposed approach will help to maximize the financial benefits through an objective analysis of the effectiveness and intensification of economic operations.

Modern economic conditions affecting the change in the external environment, negative processes both in Russia and around the world are aimed at the instability of entrepreneurial activity. Therefore, at this stage of modern development, the problem of the business risk management system becomes relevant. Entrepreneurial activity in the economy of any country is a priority. Due to it, most of the budget is formed in terms of tax payments, and it also provides the society's need for the benefits necessary for the economy. Entrepreneurs act as the link that connects the population of the country and the state. The main goal pursued by entrepreneurship is to obtain the maximum possible profit, but they are in a constantly changing external and internal environment. The activities of enterprises are constantly faced with a violation of the processes planned by the company, accidents, crises, and this affects the receipt of income. Thus, it becomes necessary to form its own risk management system in entrepreneurship, which will be aimed at avoiding surprises and mistakes, and, most importantly, at obtaining the desired financial result.

The tailing dump operation periodically leads to the failurThe article proves that modern economic conditions, which are characterized by instability of the socio-economic state, require improved approaches to the management of construction enterprises. The value of the factors, which determine the functioning of construction enterprises is increasing. The problem of ensuring financial and economic security in the system of interaction with stakeholders characterizes the modern aspects of their development. The importance of directions and peculiarities of stakeholder activity for the development of enterprises is determined. As a result of systematization of theoretical provisions, legal support and revealed features of functioning of construction enterprises, the types of stakeholders and indicators of the level of their interaction are determined. The ambiguity of changes in the formation and use of equity, cash and fulfillment of contractual obligations has been established. There is growth and focus on the quality of their implementation. The level of interaction of the studied construction enterprises with various groups of stakeholders is determined by the focus of considerable attention on ensuring relationships with customers. The measures affecting corporate relations to ensure financial and economic security of construction enterprises in the context of increasing the effectiveness of interaction with stakeholders are proposed.
