This paper describes a project for integrating a medical and diagnostic information system in a medical facility. At the moment, making effective and timely decisions in diagnosis and treatment is most important. Integration of systems has significantly improved the efficiency of decision-making by updating data. The unified information space allowed to increase the objectivity of diagnostics and increase the reliability of the information system. A critical factor in making a decision is the stage at which the disease is detected, as well as a description of what types of medical care are important for analysis. In addition, the need to synchronize on the basis of the detailed information for operational planning and routing of patients. Integration of solutions will increase the speed of passing examinations and the speed of making a final diagnosis. Thanks to the implemented solution, it became possible to increase the speed and improve the quality of services provided. The ability to synchronize activity planning based on effective diagnostics is essential.

In an organization, decision making hold an important role. That is why a decision made by managers should be a final decision that should be done by their subordinates or those who are related with the organization. In the effort to increase the quality of management information system, a research was held in X Resorts and Hotels Bandung to analyze management information system in the relation to decision making especially in Food and Beverage Service Department and recommendation of how to handle the problem occurred. From the questioner with data analyzing technique of spearman rank gained correlation result 0,84, with determination coefficient 71% which means the management information system has 71% level of influence to decision making, meanwhile the rest of the result (29%) shows other factors, which also were related with the decision making other than management information system. To solve with the problem, it is recommended that X Resorts and Hotels decrease the level of information product error in management information used and fasten the delivery of provided information.

Tsukamoto method is one method of fuzzy inference system on fuzzy logic for decision making. Steps of the decision making in this method, namely fuzzyfication (process changing the input into kabur), the establishment of fuzzy rules, fuzzy logic analysis, defuzzyfication (affirmation), as well as the conclusion and interpretation of the results. The results from this research are steps of the decision making in Tsukamoto method, namely fuzzyfication (process changing the input into kabur), the establishment of fuzzy rules by the general form IF a is A THEN B is B, fuzzy logic analysis to get alpha in every rule, defuzzyfication (affirmation) by weighted average method, as well as the conclusion and interpretation of the results. On customers at the case, in value of 16 the quality of services, the value of 17 the quality of goods, and value of 16 a price, a value of the results is 45,29063 and the level is low satisfaction

Abstract The issue of quality is a very important aspect of the operation of transport companies. In relation to the area of their activity it primarily focuses on the quality of services provided, which can be verified e.g. on the basis of timeliness of deliveries or accepted complaints. This allows for examining the quality after providing the service in order to take future pro-quality actions. However, is it possible to affect the quality of services provided before their provision? The transport process itself is preceded with a range of actions taken within the framework of detailed planning and organization, which can significantly influence the quality of services. The decisions made at the management level are conditioned by many factors determining the course of future events, however, this is not always enough to make the process run uninterruptedly. Therefore, it is important to structure basic actions at the initial stage so as to allow the smooth conduct of the decision-making process for the specific task in order to subsequently focus on the detailed analysis of the actions planned. In the paper, the author attempts to characterize the fundamental factors affecting the decisions taken during the planning and organization of the transport process. The objective of the conducted research is to verify initial decisions and their significance for the improvement in the quality of transport services provided. There was conducted the algorithmization of actions and interpretation of their importance for the quality of decisions taken at the preparatory stage and during transport.

Depending on the technical, institutional, economic and social limits of developing countries, as well as the population density in cities, nowadays, the volume of urban waste has increased considerably, and the management of this waste contributes to climate change, and air pollution, it directly affects many ecosystems and many species. Waste management faces serious problems such as irregular collection, informal sweeping activities, uncontrolled dumping and proliferation of illegal dumping. The latter constitute a real and permanent threat to the quality of life, this exponential increase in the urban population and the resulting accelerated phenomenon of urbanization have highlighted the need to develop sustainable and efficient waste management systems. Stakeholders are therefore required to consider alternative and available means of disposal, in particular by minimizing the damage caused to the ecosystem and to the human population, among these means of disposal, controlled landfills, considered as the last option in the waste hierarchy. In this study, attempts were made to locate a new landfill in Oum Azza using the AHP multi-criteria decision-making method to assess the different criteria considered during the prospecting and combining them with the geographic information system to acquire the results in the form of maps displayed on the optimal sites to house a new controlled landfill and minimize its terrible impact on the environment.

A coexistence decision-making (CDM) system for efficient TV whitespace (TVWS) sharing among whitespace objects (WSOs) is introduced in this paper. The proposed system is considered versatile in functionality as it jointly takes care of three distinct channel allocation features: (a) optimizing system quality of service (QoS) performance metrics, (b) improving TVWS utility, and (c) satisfying WSO channel demands. Regarding system QoS performance metrics, the TVWS sharing problem is defined as an optimization problem with an aim to maximize the system throughput and minimize unfairness in allocation. Supporting the WSOs channel demands in a TVWS sharing problem is a multifold task which requires elaborate consideration in different aspects of the system performance. To this end, the variations of the SNR of wireless frequency channels which result in variable throughput gain of the WSOs are also taken care of in the proposed CDM system. A fast channel allocation algorithm is then designed that implements the TVWS sharing mechanism in a reasonable amount of time. Additionally, the proposed algorithm improves the TVWS utility by promoting a novel frequency reuse method by exploiting the inter-WSO interference information. Simulation results show the superiority of the proposed algorithm over existing TVWS sharing algorithms.

Globalization is a phenomenon in which countries in the world directly or indirectly expect an interaction between people that is much more effective and efficient than previous times. Based on these circumstances, technology created to facilitate and improve the quality of human life shows its role. How is the effectiveness of implementing the SIAP (Education Application Information System) program online in improving the quality of services in the education sector in Banyuwangi Regency. The policy of implementing the B-DiSo (Banyuwangi Digital Society) program is impressed only as an ambition from the leadership, this can be seen from the obstacles in the development of digital friendly-based content, one of which is the application of online SIAP.

The study of success information system organized is still a study important in researchs systems information. It is caused by existence of the diversity of the results of research on the success of the the information system in organizations on various research an object that impact on variable user and the weapons of the analysis that adapted to the purposes of research (Delone & Mclean, 2003; Wu & Wang, 2006; Holsapple & Le-post, 2006). The purpose of this research is to test antaseden in the form of satisfaction in building intention use the information at RSUD Dr .Moewardi Surakarta. Research sample areas are employees at RSUD Dr .Moewardi as many as 200 respondents. Sampling technique use two stage clusters random sampling, a measuring instrument use testing spss and the testing of hypotheses use SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) with software AMOS. Based on the results of the analysis showed that all hypothesis supported that is significant the connection between satisfaction with the intention to continue, a significant relation between quality information with satisfaction user, a significant relation between quality the system with satisfaction users, and a significant relation exists between the quality of services with satisfaction users information system

The quality of a company's information system is essential and also its physical data model. In this article, the authors apply data mining techniques in order to generate knowledge from the information system's data model, and also to discover and understand hidden patterns within data that regulate the planning of flight hours of pilots and copilots in an airline. With this objective, they use Weka free software which offers a set of algorithms and visualization tools geared to data analysis and predictive modeling of information systems. Firstly, they apply clustering to study the information system and analyze data model; secondly, they apply association rules to discover connection patterns in data; and finally, they generate a decision tree to classify and extract more specific patterns. The authors suggest conclusions according these information system's data to improve future decision making in an airline's flight hours assignments.
