Aiming at the problems of complicated equipment types, low work efficiency in the computer room and safety management of the whole work process in the current dispatching automation computer room, the research on the intelligent companion tool cart with the management function of tools and equipment is proposed. Through the hardware research on the overall structure of the tool trolley according to the needs of the machine room work, the design and development of a three-layer intelligent companion tool trolley provides a self-cleaning operation platform for the maintenance staff of the automated machine room. Afterwards, hardware researches on sensors, communication interfaces, toolboxes, and power supplies were carried out. The power supply conducts hardware research, designs the management method of radio frequency scanning tools, and realizes the management of necessary tools and common spare parts for maintenance in the computer room. At the same time, it automatically accompanies and tracks the whole process of video recording, and realizes the safety control and intelligent management of tools and tools for debugging special laptops, which provide a basis for future software design.

The main attention is focused on the issues of implementation of the Suggestions (recommended practice) of Roszdravnadzor on organization of the internal quality and safety control of medical activities, as well as particular points of the Order of June 7, 2019 No. 381n “On Approval of Requirements for organization and conduction internal control of the quality and safety of medical care in hospitals”.

Abstract In this study, the radiation exposure of workers at workplaces registered and licensed between 2008 and 2017 for the production/sale/use of radioactive isotopes (RI) and radioactive generators (RG) was analysed to evaluate the quality of radiation safety management controls in use. The number of facilities using RIs increased by ~26% from 2008 to 2017 whereas the number of facilities using RGs increased by ~166% over the same period. There were 33 029 radiation workers in all fields in 2008, and the number increased by ~32% to 43 467 by 2017. However, the collective effective dose of radiation received by workers decreased in all industries except for those working in nuclear power plants. In other words, the quality of radiation safety management improved over that same time period due to the systematic, continuous introduction of safety mechanisms by the regulatory authority.

The article describes a new class of organizational and technical systems - intelligent aviation systems, whose operational principles provide the increased safety of an aircraft flight. The development of systems of this class is primarily explained by the need to record statistical data on the main causes of aviation accidents (human factor - up to 87%, failure of aviation equipment - up to 15%, external factors - 2% of all cases). A scientific problem is formulated related to the importance of creating methods for assessing and predicting the threat of an accident based on direct control of changes in the values of characteristics that affect flight safety. For this, it is proposed to use the methods and means of the scientific and technical direction of artificial intelligence, which will reveal the immediate causes of an aviation accident and prevent them using the flight safety management system. The technical characteristics are considered, the properties of the system under study are presented, which determine the principles of its functioning: intelligence, information content, speed, controllability, interdependence of subsystems, flight safety, including identification of the threat of an accident, its prediction and parry. The above principles of the functioning of the system under study, which are part of the methodology for managing the safety of an aircraft in flight, are implemented in a set of methods and algorithms. Among them should be noted the intelligent method for assessing the threat of an aviation accident, the method for predicting the threat of an accident, the method for supporting decision-making by the crew in the event of the threat of an accident, as well as the method for synthesizing the control law for countering the threat

There are many studies conducted about Barbie dolls. However, it has not been investigated how these toys reflected on gender perceptions of children. That is this topic is still an issue of concern. On the other hand, games give crucial clues regarding making sense of children’s worlds. Through this study, it was aimed to analyze the reflections of Barbie culture on children’s dramatic game processes. The design of the study was case study one of qualitative research designs aiming to obtain information in depth. The participants consisted of seven children in 5-year class of a nursery school and prefer to play in dramatic game center during game time. The data of the study was collected by observations. Within data collection, the whole process was recorded as videos in order to minimize data loss. In total, video record of 280 minutes was obtained. The data was analyzed by content analysis method. It was found out that children frequently emphasized physical features playing with Barbies, besides they involved in gendered conversations. Moreover, it was revealed that Barbie culture increased the gendered utterances of children when handled in terms of gender. Our study is parallel to the results of limited number of studies regarding this matter.Extended English abstract is in the end of PDF (TURKISH) file.ÖzetBarbie bebeklere ilişkin olarak yapılmış bir çok araştırma bulunmaktadır. Ancak bu oyuncakların çocukların toplumsal cinsiyet algılarına nasıl yansıdıkları yeterince araştırılmamıştır. Yani bu konu halen merak konusudur. Oyunlar ise çocukların dünyalarının anlaşılmasında önemli ipuçları sunarlar. Bu çalışmada Barbie kültürünün çocukların dramatik oyun süreçlerine yansımalarının incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın yöntemini derinlemesine bilgi edinilmesini amaçlayan nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden durum çalışması oluşturmaktadır.  Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu bir anaokulundaki 5 yaş sınıfına devam eden ve oyun zamanında dramatik oyun merkezinde oynamayı tercih eden yedi çocuk oluşturmuştur. Çalışmada veriler gözlemler yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Veri toplama sürecinde, veri kaybını en aza indirmek için sürecin tamamı kamera kaydına alınmıştır. Toplamda yaklaşık 280 dakikalık kamera kaydı elde edilmiştir. Veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada çocukların Barbie’lerle oynadıkları sırada sıkça fiziksel özelliklere vurgu yaptıkları, ayrıca cinsiyetçi söylemlerde bulundukları belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca «toplumsal cinsiyet» bakımından ele alındığında Barbie kültürünün çocukların cinsiyetçi söylemlerini beslediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmamız konuya ilişkin olarak yapılmış sınırlı sayıdaki çalışmanın sonuçlarıyla örtüşmektedir.

In this paper, we proposed a method of monitoring human driver by reconstructing trajectories which transportation vehicle followed. For safety and management of logistic transportation, it is important to monitor the states of driving behavior through the whole course of path. Since many accidents occur due to the reckless driving of the driver every year, continuous monitoring of the status of commercial vehicles is needed for safety through the entire path from start point to the destination. To monitor the reckless driving, we tried to monitor the trajectory of the vehicle by using vehicle's lateral acceleration signal. Using the correlation between steering angle and lateral acceleration, we could find the relationship between steering angle and acceleration, and finally it is possible to estimate the global direction of vehicle maneuvering. We conducted experiments to find the history of vehicle position on the curved road using Kalman Filter, and classified steering wheel condition (over-steering, and under-steering). The method is applied to central safety management system for safety control of vehicles transporting toxic gases.

With the rapid development of information technology construction in the power industry, research on network security has become a problem that cannot be ignored. This paper introduces the use of information communication network equipment at home and abroad in power system; analyzes the security risks of foreign network equipment in power system, shows the risk of power system network and the urgent need for localization of network equipment and analyzes the security of internal network of power system Risks; specific measures for the safety control of network equipment in the whole process are proposed to provide reference for power system network security protection.

Objective: To determine the main approaches to safety management of high-speed railway transport on the basis of modern international and domestic practices in the specified sphere. Methods: Analysis methods of security risks on railway transport were considered in accordance with modern international standards of management of interconnected indices’ complex, which include reliability, availability, maintainability and safety and cost (Life Cycle Cost – LCC) at all stages of transportation systems’ life cycle: EN 50126 (IEC 62278), EN 50128 (IEC 62279), EN 50129 (IEC 62425) and IEC 60300-3-3. Results: The main approaches to safety measures of high-speed railway lines (VSM) were detected. The former involve using a lifecycle concept of engineering systems and facilities, management methodology of RAMS/LCC interconnected indices’ complex at all stages of a life cycle, wide application of the process approach and the tools of quality and safety management systems, development and implementation of technological maturity assessment methodology for security management activities, as well as object-oriented and coherent improvement of regulatory base, the systems of administrative and control and permission authorities, technical and technological development, management of external, inland and allocated risks under market relations. Practical importance: The examined approaches of VSM safety control make it possible to obtain a priori estimates of safety control processes and thus determine the achieved level of safety together with the levels of technological maturity of railway organizations’ processes.
