In the development process of a certain CHINA VI proprietary brand car model, there exists the problem of intermittent “dada” sound in the cockpit during idling. After investigation, it’s determined that the air pulse noise generated when the canister purge solenoid valve is working, it is transmitted to the car panels through the pipeline, and then to the cockpit, which would cause a “dada” sound. By adding expansion chamber in the desorption pipe and designing part of the pipeline which fixed in the clamp as rubber pipe, the intensity of air pulse can be effectively reduced and the transmission path of air pulse vibration can be blocked. Through objective testing and subjective evaluation, the scheme can greatly reduce the idle noise of the cockpit, thus improving the NVH performance of the vehicle and bringing comfortable riding environment to the passengers.

Abstract. There is an ever-growing trend to pursue policies based on evidence-based and data-driven program evaluation research. In order to facilitate such evaluation research, electronic dashboards are increasingly used for translating sources of big and unstructured data into low-level summary visualizations understandable by layman policy-makers. In this paper, we report on the dashboard development process for an input-evaluation of new garden streets in the city of Antwerp. During this process, different lessons were learned. First, developers should start from a clearly defined policy question and analysis units in order to optimize the development process. Second, different types of key performance indicators exist, which should also be well-defined in advance so that appropriate data can be collected. Third, a dashboard should not be restricted to purely objective data-analyses but may also include features that facilitate subjective evaluation guided by assumptions and believes of the dashboard-user. These lessons helped us to make the dashboard requirements of Antwerp more concrete. Likewise, they may help other policy supporting dashboard developers to optimize their development processes.

SummaryIn this open multicenter study the safety and efficacy of recombinant factor VIII (rFVIII) was assessed in 39 previously treated patients with hemophilia A (factor VIII basal activity ≤15%).Recombinant FVIII was administered for prophylaxis and treatment of bleeding episodes and for surgical procedures. A total of 3679 infusions of rFVIII were given. Efficacy of rFVIII as assessed by subjective evaluation of response to infusion and mean annual consumption of rFVIII was comparable to that of plasma derived FVIII concentrates. The incremental recovery of FVIII (2.4 ± 0,83%/IU/kg, 2.12 ± 0.61%/IU/kg, resp.) was within the expected range. No clinical significant FVIII inhibitor was detected in this trial. Five of 16 susceptible patients showed a seroconversion for parvovirus B19. However, the results are ambiguous in two cases and might be explained otherwise in one further case. Thus, in two patients a reliable seroconversion for parvovirus B19 was observed.

The difficulty in class student state recognition is how to make feature judgments based on student facial expressions and movement state. At present, some intelligent models are not accurate in class student state recognition. In order to improve the model recognition effect, this study builds a two-level state detection framework based on deep learning and HMM feature recognition algorithm, and expands it as a multi-level detection model through a reasonable state classification method. In addition, this study selects continuous HMM or deep learning to reflect the dynamic generation characteristics of fatigue, and designs random human fatigue recognition experiments to complete the collection and preprocessing of EEG data, facial video data, and subjective evaluation data of classroom students. In addition to this, this study discretizes the feature indicators and builds a student state recognition model. Finally, the performance of the algorithm proposed in this paper is analyzed through experiments. The research results show that the algorithm proposed in this paper has certain advantages over the traditional algorithm in the recognition of classroom student state features.

Malaysia experienced a number of the entry of foreigners in the world, mainly as low-skilled workers. Malaysia has been experiencing shortage of workers in main sectors such as construction, agriculture, industrial and service. Foreign workers are workers came from other countries who come to work in Malaysia for a certain period, they are also known as economic’s workers. The study found that foreign workers give benefits for country development process in variuos sectors but with their numbers growing and reaching millions of peoples were disturbing economy and local communities. Keywords: Foreign worker, demand, economy, PATI, crime, security Abstrak: Malaysia mengalami jumlah kemasukan warga asing yang besar di dunia, terutamanya sebagai buruh berkemahiran rendah.

An accurate understanding of users' needs is essential for the development of innovative products. This article presents an exploratory method of user centered research in the context of the design process of technological products, conceived from the demands of a large information technology company. The method is oriented - but not restricted - to the initial stages of the product development process, and uses low-resolution prototypes and simulations of interactions, allowing users to imagine themselves in a future context through fictitious environments and scenarios in the ambit of ideation. The method is effective in identifying the requirements of the experience related to the product’s usage and allows rapid iteration on existing assumptions and greater exploration of design concepts that emerge throughout the investigation.
