As a new industry, cold chain logistics has attracted much attention. Under the strong support of national policies, the development of cold chain logistics has entered the fast lane. This study takes the energy consumption of cold chain logistics as the research object, uses the the energy consumption benchmark evaluation model of regression analysis to present the current situation of energy consumption of cold chain logistics from different dimensions, puts forward the contradictions and problems existing in the current development based on the SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis method. Finally, the development trend of cold chain logistics energy consumption is predicted and relevant suggestions are put forward. The purpose of this paper is to find out the rule of effect of each factor on energy consumption in cold chain logistics, and to provide the direction for energy-saving measures in production.

The primary factor in reducing building energy consumption is the wall energy, but thickening the walls simply and using traditional materials to reduce energy consumption has become unable to satisfy the development trend at the present stage. Energy-saving wall materials include organic wall insulation, inorganic wall insulation and composite wall insulation. According to the construction technology, insulation wall can be divided into internal insulation wall, sandwich insulation wall and external insulation wall etc.. Polyurethane foam and other new energy-saving materials are widely used, whicth will become the main energy-saving materials in the northern cold areas.

Currently most researches on photovoltaic are for a single field such as market, policy and technology. This paper with scenario analysis method, considers the impact of various factors to build a variety of possible development scenarios. It forecasts the development trend of Chinese photovoltaic industry with situational analysis. And it raises suggestions of resolution for the different scenarios.

In recent years, following with the development trend of large-scale and complexity in engineering, project management has been more and more difficult, both in China and abroad. Virtual Construction Mode (VCM), the modification and optimization of traditional project management mode, meets the needs for the current large-scale engineering management. With the strong support of Virtual Organization (VO) and Vitrual Technology (VT), VCM has the capacity to promote multi-party coordination, resource conservation, as well as scheme prioritization and so on.

Since the knowledge resource becomes an important part of enterprise resources, the knowledge management risks could significantly affect the enterprise operation efficiency. Controlling knowledge management risks is one of the enterprise management tasks; the managers and researchers focus on how to effectively evaluate the risks. This paper aims to solve this problem and puts forward an evaluation model of the uncertain risks of knowledge management. Based on set pair theory, a model is established to identify the knowledge management risk. Through the concept of connection number, knowledge management risk is divided into five levels. Meanwhile, the development trend of knowledge management risk is classified into same tendency, equal tendency, and contrary tendency by the concept of set pair theory. The application of this model is empirically verified with Chinese enterprises. Through both static and dynamic evaluations of the knowledge management risk, this paper can effectively analyze risk development trend and provide decision support for the enterprise manager about the uncertain risks of knowledge management.

Abstract The fault characteristic signal energy for early gear tooth breakage is relatively weak and easily drowned by other signals, which is not conducive to the study of the fault development stage. A multi-order modulated sideband RMS (Root Mean Square) trend analysis method is proposed to analyse the development trend of the broken gear fault characteristics. By using this method to analyse gear breakage faults, the multi-order modulated sideband RMS trend analysis method can effectively determine the fault deterioration and fault stabilisation stages.

The Smart Grid is the development trend of grid technology. For guiding the construction of smart grid scientifically, quantitative evaluation for the level of technology maturity of the Smart Grid construction is necessary. The evaluation results can be used for determining the stage of the current construction of Smart Grid and summarizing the problems which came up during the process of construction, also finding the gap between current satiation and individual goals to determine the direction and key job in next step. This paper take the characteristics and goals of domestic Smart Grid into account, build a maturity evaluation model which assess the smart grid maturity in three dimensionstime, production processes and technical features separately. By setting the primary and secondary parameter the model can be used for smart grid assessment in any time, scenes and region. The model make a comprehensive coverage of various aspects in the smart grid construction process and the results of evaluation can be analyzed from different dimension to find the short slab to guide the work in next step.

Capital enrichment (CE) results from capital flows, which reflect the capital distribution among different regions and industries. This paper constructs the evaluation model of resource allocation efficiency from the perspective of capital and innovation resources. It expounds on CE’s theoretical mechanism by using the panel data from 2011 to 2018 for system GMM estimation. It finds that the manufacturing capital allocation efficiency (CAE) and innovation resource allocation efficiency (IRAE) show a volatile development trend. Both static and dynamic panel models show that there is a significant U-shaped curvilinear relationship between CE and CAE, CE and IRAE. CE’s inhibitory effect on CAE and IRAE decreases with the improvement of CE until it exceeds the critical value of 8.27 and 8.93. After that, its impact on CAE and IRAE changes from negative to positive.
