Smile is one of the important emotions that is essential in computer vision tasks. The greatly influenced part due to it is the lips. By encountering the changes in lips of smile images with respect to no smile, a smile detecting model can design for the computer vision tasks. In this paper, the approach is to evaluate the spread of lips. The lips movement distance is evaluated with respect to the eyes. 68 landmark points of dlib are used for this purpose. The left and right corners of lips are evaluated with the left and right eyes respectively using the count of landmark points (l and r). The secondary parameters - average, Maximum, and maxavgsum of l and r are used for evaluating the lip expansion variation. For each value of these parameters that can attain from l and r, the count of no smile images below it and count of smile images above it is considered and calculated the attainable efficiency. The value of secondary parameter having the maximum efficiency is defined as the threshold. The maximum efficiency that is attained due to average, Maximum and maxavgsum are 80.06, 67.3 and 78.54 respectively at the thresholds 2, 3 and 4.5 respectively.

The paper identifies and defines augmentative and alternative communication, a new sub-discipline in applied linguistics whose primary parametre is linguistic competence whereas the secondary parameter is the phenomenon of speech inability and speech non-occurrence. At the same time it has been proven that linguistics of augmentative and alternative communication conducts primary, applied and implementation research having a hierarchical layout of scientific aims. It also enables to conduct a logopaedic analysis of mute and non-speaking persons. The postulates that govern it are presented in the last part of the text.

Abstract Common carp (Cyprinus carpio) is fish with high metabolism during transportation caused fish stress and could due to impare condition of fry fish and also lead to mortality post transpotation. As effort to minimize high metabolism during transportation was use bandotan leaf as nature antimetabolic so that we need to know how far bandotan effect to condition by digestibility and respiration of common carp fry during post transportation critical periode. The aim of this study was to know condition of common carp fry for 3 days post transportation by digestibility and respiration with bandotan leaf. This study used Complete Random Design. The treatment were A (water 0,5 l) B (bandotan leaf water dose 3,25 g/l) dan C (bandotan leaf water dose 4,5 g/l), each treatment with 6 replications. Primary parameter were digestibility (%) and respiration (time). Secondary parameter were mortality (%), and water quality (disolve oxygen, temperature, ammonia and pH). The result show that bandotan leaf was significantly influenced (p<0,05) to digestibility common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fry at 48 hour post transportion. Bandotan leaf significantly influenced (p<0,05) to respiration common carp (Cyprinus carpio) fry for 72 hour post transportion. Dose of bandotan leaf was 4,5 g/l could used to common carp fry transportation without mortality that was caused by change of digestibility and respiration response.

AbstractThe chromosome manipulation in fish is one of the strategy that will be used to produce of the high generation and good quality in its genetics, as follow fast to grow, disease resistant, high survival, tolerate with environment exchange and easy to be cultured. One of manipulation chromosome the method in fish used thermal temperature shock. The aim of the study was to know the thermal temperature shock and the time after fertilization forward hatching rate and abnormality of nile fish larvae and also to know the thermal temperature shock and the time after fertilization that resulted the best hatching rate and abnormality in nile fish larvae. The method was Factorial Completed Randomized Design as experimental design. The treatment used temperatures shock were 40ºC, 41ºC and 42ºC as long as 2,5 minutes, with the time of 80, 85 and 90 minutes after fertilization, each treatment was four replications. The primary parameter was hatching rate and abnormality of nile fish larvae and the secondary parameter were fertilization and water quality. The result showed that the thermal temperature shock was significantly influenced to hatch rate and abnormality, but the time of shocking after fertilization and the interaction between them showed were not significantly influenced to hatch rate and abnormality. The highest of hatching rate and abnormality percentage was showed by the treatment with shocking 40°C was 90,77 percent and 2,60 percent.

AbstractShrimp are susceptible to a wide variety of pathogens, one of each were viruses. Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV) is one of virus attack in vannamei. Shrimp had been infected by WSBV will showed high mortality. One of Strategies for prophylaxis and control of WSBV is enhancement of disease resistant by using vaccines. Recently, quasi-immune response have been reported by which Penaeus japonicus surviving from WSBV infections possess a resistance against challenge WSBV (Venegas et al., 2000). This study was used Lithopenaeus vannamei that been vaccination with inactived-formaline WSBV virus cell or it called Whole Cell Killed Virus (WCKV) to know its responses to WSBV. The aim of this study was to know the effect Whole Cell Killed Virus vaccine to survival rate vannamei shrimp (Lithopenaeus vannamei) infected by Whitespot Baculovirus (WSBV). This study used descriptive study. The efficacy of vaccines made of inactivated WSSV with different dose. The dose are P1 (dose 0,01µg/ml each shrimp), P2 (dose 0,02 µg/ml each shrimp), P3 (dose 0,03 µg/ml each shrimp) dan P4 (non-vaccine (kontrol) injected by PBS). Primary parameter was survival rate (%). Secondary parameter was water quality which of temperature, pH, salinity and dissolved oxygen. The result showed that survival rate of L. Vannamei with different dose of WCKV vaccines was increases.

This chapter offers a critique of traditional Western accounts of timbre to propose that, instead of a secondary parameter subordinated to pitch and rhythm, timbre is a general category—a condition of possibility for listening—that depends on embodied perception and makes difference audible. The chapter draws from phenomenology as well as psychoacoustic and ethnographic research, focusing on case studies ranging from Fatima Al Qadiri to Julius Eastman, alongside ethnographic analyses of Barundi Whispered Inanga, sonic encounters in nineteenth-century Colombia, and readings of Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Eduard Hanslick, and Guido Adler, to provide a broader account of timbre that encompasses the imbrication of acoustic components with memory, affect, and language. In this respect, timbre emerges as an important critical and musicological category that helps us address issues of embodied difference and culturally dependent forms of listening, while reassessing the prominence of Eurocentric conceptions of musical values.

NT-proBNP is an inactive fragment of BNP secreted by stretched ventricle as response to wall stress in patients with heart failure. As a specific cardiac marker, elevated NT-proBNP correlates well with heart failure severity. The principle of heart failure therapy is modulation on neurohormonal activation. ARB can modulate neurohormon on RAA system, that result in decreasing NT-proBNP level and favorable outcomes. Reduction in NT-proBNP more than biologic variability (> 25%) shows a therapy response. This study was to analyze change of NT-proBNP after ARB therapy in ambulatory HF patients. This observational prospective study was carried from September to December 2015. Blood sampling was performed on patients who meet the inclusion criteria of the study at first visit and after 2 months therapy. NT-proBNP was measured by IMMULITE® as primary parameter and creatinin as secondary parameter. There are 14 patients met the inclusion criteria of the study (11 males and 3 females). ARB therapy used in patients were Valsartan (64%), Telmisartan (22%) and Candesartan (14%). After 2 months ARB therapy, a decrease in level of NT-proBNP with initial median 3092.5 (216 – 32112) pg/ml to 2135.5 (350 – 16172) pg/ml respectively were statistically significant (p=0.003). And the secondary parameter creatinin serum convert to eGFR shows a change in eGFR with initial median 73.33 (37.05 – 266.68) ml/minute to 81.04 (39.31 – 167.02) ml/minute respectively were statistically not significant (p=0.657). There were 7 patients (50%) have a decrease > 25%. In this study, we found that ARB therapy can change NT-proBNP level significantly after 2 months therapy.
