The role of digital technologies in education is increasing. Digital technologies are characterized by both positive and negative effects. But everyone sees that digital technologies lead to a radical change in socio-economic reality and open up new opportunities. It is necessary to have knowledge and skills of working with modern digital technologies and use them in the professional training of students. The methods of our research are content analysis of scientific literature on the problems of quality management of professional training and modern digital technologies in the education system, observation, training in a remote mode, and a survey of students on the use of digital technologies in the process of distance learning. The development and use of distance learning technologies in the system of professional training of students involves: determining the sequence of operations; development and selection of appropriate methods and tools for each operation; creation of optimal conditions for the learning process. It is difficult to describe the algorithms of the quality management system of professional training and determine the set of methods of realization that make up the management process, but it is possible with proper training of teachers. Digital technologies make it possible to increase the computer literacy of the teaching staff, to update its creative potential, to include teachers in innovative activities related to the search for technologies for managing the quality of professional training of students in a blended educational environment.

Under the conditions of a growing competition in the field of educational services and the increasing demands of the labor market for well-educated and highly qualified workforce, the quality of professional efficiency assumes a particular significance. Taking into consideration the present situation concerning the security of the EU borders and problems created by the migration as well as the challenges they pose, the quality management systems and their effectiveness are vital also for educational institutions training specialists for the needs of the departments of the Ministry of the Interior. The research is aimed at establishing the most effective principles for working out the quality management system of vocational training in regard to one of the basic elements of the quality system: the resource of internal quality in an educational institution. The paper reflects and provides the analysis of the research process and outcomes that have been obtained from the interviews conducted among twenty Baltic State experts in the field of professional training of border guards and police employees, and by evaluating the resources and elements of quality management system according to the criterion “Impact on the study process quality”. The obtained research and empirical data provide scientifically valid frame for the actions of education establishments of law enforcement institutions on defining the principles at working out the quality management system.

Abstract Issues of education quality have acquired special relevance since the beginning of the 20th century. Implementation of the idea of quality in the educational organisation is promoted by use of the international ISO standards regulating quality of the management system. Certification of a quality management system in an organisation ensures its sustainable development. Experience of such work exemplified by additional medical education organisation is presented in the article. The present paper addresses approaches to implementation of the following quality management principles: customer focus; leadership; involvement of people; process approach; continuous improvement; evidence-based decision making; relationship management; system approach to management. The structure of processes in the medical education institution is presented including the major process “Professional training and retraining in the field of health care”, main (core) processes: “Educational activities” and “Scientific activities”; management processes: “Strategic planning”, “Documentation management”, “Records management”, “Internal audits”, “Nonconformity management”, “Corrective and preventive actions”, “Monitoring and measurement of processes and educational services”, “Quality management system analysis by senior management”; supporting processes: “Personnel management”, “Work environment management and information support”, “Financial and economic support”, “Library services”, “Methodical support of the educational process and training for teachers”, “Publishing activities”. All processes are designated in a consistent model with special codes, which helps to streamline the document management system in the organisation.

Further development is based not on private technical solutions, but on the reengineering of the management system aimed at activating the psychological and pedagogical resources of the University.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to identifying, discussing and analyzing the existing education and training programs related to quality management system (QMS) in Spain. Design/methodology/approach Exhaustive search of the education system database was used to map the multifaceted of Spanish education system and professional training in addition to their relationships with the labor market. Thereafter, a thorough scan of the existing training related to management system standards was used to classify them into different subgroups as well as identifying possible education and the professional trainings related to QMS. Findings The overall results showed that general education in Spain and in particular related to QMS can be classified into four different groups including: official university, unofficial university, official non-university and unofficial non-university. Moreover, this study observed that the general concern about the employment and earnings in Spain has led the local, autonomous communities and national government to launch specific measures designed to both continue to increase the quality of the workforce with the QMS backgrounds and to ease the difficulties encountered when entering the labor market. Originality/value This study is the first to analyze and map the multifaceted character of Spanish education system and professional training related to QMS. The findings of this study may be useful for organizations trying to evaluate their QMS efforts, thus, engage their people in order to face the competitive challenges that lie ahead.

Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the global challenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and they are requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how to guarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of the purposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers. The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of the employees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), the impact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to execute more effective production process. However, it has required manpower protection accordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of quality management system and safety and healthy at work management system have impacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are the employees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1 Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latent variables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of data processing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantly impacted job performance of employees.Keywords : Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Healthy at Work System ( SHWS / SMK3), and Job Performance of Employees
