Abstract This study aims to examine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service quality of the lecturer at Malang State University. This study will also investigate the effect on user satisfaction and its impact on net benefits for users of UM Information System Expenses. This study applies a modification of the information system success model from DeLone & McLean. The model is analyzed by modeling the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on components or variants (component based) that are popular with Partial Least Square (PLS) using SmartPLS version 3.2.8. The results of this study are expected to be adopted as input and consideration in developing, improving, and improving the performance of the UM BKD information system. The research design used in this study is quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 93 UM PNS lecturers who were actively teaching. The questionnaire was online distributed by accessing the page provided. The results showed that there was a positive but not significant effect between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the use of the BKD system. However, there is a positive and significant influence between system quality, information quality, and service quality on the BKD system user satisfaction, between the uses of the BKD system on net benefits, and between the satisfaction of the BKD system users on net benefits. The implementation of BKD UM information system can be declared successful because there is a positive correlation between variables.

Research aimed to analyze several influences of system quality, information quality and perceived usefulness to user satisfaction on financial accounting software and its impact on individual performance. Sampling technique was using purposive sampling based on questionnaires distributed to users of financial accounting software who work at international freight forwarding. The number of samples was 200 respondents. The analytical method used was Structure Equation Models (SEM) with Lisrel 8.75 full version. The result of study showed that system quality and information quality have significant influenced the perceived usefulness. System quality, information quality, and perceived usefulness have significant influenced to user satisfaction. User satisfaction had significant influenced to individual performance. The highest influence from overall model was shown by the influence of system quality on perceived usefulness.

The aim of this paper is to examine one of the most crucial factors in the “Technology Acceptance Model” proposed by Davis (perceived usefulness) in moderating the “DeLone and McLean” success model in the context of educational portal in Higher Education. Questionnaires were distributed online to 200 respondents and deserved to be analyzed. The respondents were regular students at the University of Bengkulu. Data analysis used Smart-PLS version 3.2.9. The research findings indicated an influence of “system quality, information quality, and service quality partially on user satisfaction” of the educational portal information systems. The result shows that perceived usefulness can strengthen the relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality to the satisfaction of customer. This research contributes to the development of perceived usefulness variable as a moderating variable affecting the quality of a system, quality of information, and quality of service partially on user satisfaction and finding strategies needed by the University of Bengkulu effective and efficient information system.

Background: The increasing usage and development of e-commerce in Indonesia, demands competition between e-commerce that exists. To be successful e-commerce should be balanced with a good information system. Some clinical research has established what factors that affected the success, including DeLone and McLean. According to their e-commerce success model, there are six variables that affect e-commerce success, system quality, information quality, service quality, use, user satisfaction, and net benefitObjective: The study aims to analyze the relationship between system quality, information quality and service quality to user satisfaction and use. In addition, the study aims to analyze the relationship between user satisfaction and use to a net benefit. Methods: This study draws on the DeLone and McLean Model of Information System (IS) success model. It is a quantitative study that was conducted in the form of a survey of 110 users of each Lazada, Bukalapak, and Shopee users. Results: By applying DeLone and McLean model, this findings confirmed four hypotheses were significant in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee. Conclusion:There were significant effect between the system quality on user satisfaction, service quality on use, service quality on user satisfaction and user satisfaction on net benefits. Meanwhile, system quality had insignificant effect to use and also information quality to use in Bukalapak, Lazada, and Shopee. Keywords: DeLone and McLean model,E-Commerce Success, Information System Success Measurement, IS Success Model

The purpose of our study aimed to identify attributes capable of improving physicians’ satisfaction levels with the use of a hospital information system (HIS). A model inclusive of system quality, information quality, and service quality related to an HIS is used to form antecedents of user satisfaction. Survey methodology was used to collect an attributive set representing the system quality, information quality, and service quality made available from 150 physicians at a large health-care system in southern Taiwan. Responses were segmented into low and high satisfaction and analyzed with partial least squares and importance-performance analysis. The results reveal that system quality, information quality, and service quality may be used to significantly predict physicians’ satisfaction. Two system quality attributes (reliability and response time) were identified as the highest priorities for intervention by low- and high-satisfaction users. Low-satisfaction users further expect improvement of the HIS service quality to take place. The subject health-care system should produce coping interventions for those high priorities to enhance the satisfaction of physicians.
