Abstract This leukodepleted PRC (PRC-LD) is considered capable of preventing reactions related to blood transfusions because it contains only a small number of leukocytes. The blood component of PRC-LD has also been shown to prevent or reduce transfusion reactions. Leukodepleted is a procedure to reduce the number of leukocytes in the blood or blood components to be transfused to a minimum of <1x106 leukocytes/unit (European standard) or reduce the number of leukocytes >99%. The purpose of this study was to see the difference in leukocyte values in the PRC and PRC-LD components. The method used is analytic, namely research that aims to determine the relationship between variables within the scope of the laboratory. The method used is a comparative study. This study used 30 samples of PRC products and 30 samples of Leucodepleted PRC products at UTD PMI Surabaya City with 450 cc bags. The study was conducted in October - December 2019. The result was that the leukocyte value in the PRC blood component contained blood quality that did not meet the specifications as many as 30 bags (100%) had leukocyte levels >1x106 per bag. Meanwhile, the blood component of PRC-LD contains blood quality that meets the specifications as many as 30 bags (100%), having leukocyte levels <1x106 per bag. Conclusion The quality of PRC Leukodepleted blood component products, the quality of leukocyte levels that meet the specifications, there are 30 blood bags (100%). In order to understand the effects of geographical provenances of teak on wood properties and improve the quality of afforestation in china, research was carried on wood properties of eight provenances of teak at age 27 in Ledong Country, Hainan Island. The slices revealed that the constructional characteristics from different geographical provenances of teak were very similar. But the effect of geographical provenance on teak wood properties was highly significant. The relationship results for properties of teak showed that properties of most wood species had the obvious relation with basic density, which can be used to guide the selection of the teak provenance in the early planting to improve the quality of teak.

This study aimed to identify the relationship between obtaining the academic accreditation and quality of academic performance with respect to some elements of the quality related to the students and faculty members as the most important elements of the inputs and outputs of the educational process. This study was conducted on faculty members in six of the scientific colleges at King Saud University in Riyadh, three of them obtained the accreditation and three of them did not. A Quotas sample has been withdrawn consisted of 296 single, where a questionnaire was distributed. The volume of responses was 246 weighing 83%. The study found out that (67.9 %) of the respondents in the colleges that received accreditation believes that there is a development in the quality of academic performance in college after obtaining the academic accreditation. The study also showed that (62.2 %) of the respondents in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it believes that obtaining the accreditation necessarily leads to a quality in academic performance. As it turns out from the study that there is no relationship between obtaining academic accreditation and the quality of students that is, to obtain accreditation does not necessarily lead to quality learning outcomes of students, where it turns through the views of the respondents that the quality of the outputs of the educational process of students in colleges did not receive the accreditation is higher than in colleges obtained it. The results also showed that there is no relationship between obtaining an academic accreditation and quality performance among faculty members, it became clear that the faculty members in colleges who obtained the accreditation or did not obtain it agree on the quality of the performance of a faculty member.

Abstract. Recently, Garfinkel and Critchley (2013) proposed to distinguish between three facets of interoception: interoceptive sensibility, interoceptive accuracy, and interoceptive awareness. This pilot study investigated how these facets interrelate to each other and whether interoceptive awareness is related to the metacognitive awareness of memory performance. A sample of 24 healthy students completed a heartbeat perception task (HPT) and a memory task. Judgments of confidence were requested for each task. Participants filled in questionnaires assessing interoceptive sensibility, depression, anxiety, and socio-demographic characteristics. The three facets of interoception were found to be uncorrelated and interoceptive awareness was not related to metacognitive awareness of memory performance. Whereas memory performance was significantly related to metamemory awareness, interoceptive accuracy (HPT) and interoceptive awareness were not correlated. Results suggest that future research on interoception should assess all facets of interoception in order to capture the multifaceted quality of the construct.

The scientific problem of economics “Managing the quality of human life” is formulated on the basis of artificial intelligence, algebra of logic and logical-probabilistic calculus. Managing the quality of human life is represented by managing the processes of his treatment, training and decision making. Events in these processes and the corresponding logical variables relate to the behavior of a person, other persons and infrastructure. The processes of the quality of human life are modeled, analyzed and managed with the participation of the person himself. Scenarios and structural, logical and probabilistic models of managing the quality of human life are given. Special software for quality management is described. The relationship of human quality of life and the digital economy is examined. We consider the role of public opinion in the management of the “bottom” based on the synthesis of many studies on the management of the economics and the state. The bottom management is also feedback from the top management.
