At present, the college English testing system has become an indispensable system in many universities. However, the English test system is not highly humanized due to problems such as unreasonable framework structure. This paper combines data mining technology to build a college English test framework. The college English test system software based on data mining mainly realizes the computer program to automatically generate test papers, set the test time to automatically judge the test takers’ test results, and give out results on the spot. The test takers log in to complete the test through the test system software. The examination system software solves the functions of printing test papers, arranging invigilation classrooms, invigilating teachers, invigilating process, collecting test papers, scoring and analyzing test papers in traditional examinations. Finally, this paper analyzes the performance of this paper through experimental research. The research results show that the system constructed in this paper has certain practical effects.

LTX-77 test system is a large IC test system that is used for various kinds of analog IC, digital IC and analog digital mixed IC. It can be used to test DC parameters, AC parameters and logic functions. In the paper, the IC test platform is LTX-77 test system. IC ADC0804 was tested as the test object. The test method of IC is described in the view of actual test. The test results show that the test system is convenient and accurate, which has important practical value for IC manufacturers and users.

The bonded MoS2 films are widely used as solid lubricants in aerospace mechanisms due to their excellent tribological properties. Traditionally, the MoS2 was directly bonded on the Al substrate that was only treated by the technique named of sandblast. For improving the tribological properties of MoS2 films, micro arc oxidation (MAO) instead of sandblast was introduced as a new technique for treating of Al substrate. In this article, the tribological properties of MoS2 films which were bonded on different surface of Al substrate as mentioned above were discussed, respectively. It was concluded from the test results that the MoS2 films bonded on substrate treated by MAO have better tribological properties than those samples treated by sandblast. The endurance life against abrasion of the former is as high as twenty times of the latter by the stand test method of ball on disk using the UMT Multi-Specimen Test System. This test results could be illustrated by the following reasons. The first is the porous microstructures of MAO ceramic coatings on the Al substrate. The coatings have numerous pits to be good at increasing the binding force with the MoS2 films, and the pits can also provide a MoS2 lubricants reservoir during processes of friction. Both of them improved the MoS2 film’s ability of wear-protective. The second is that hardness of the coating is higher than the Al, and this ensures well wearing resistance, especially in practical application to big load-supporting moving parts, such as bearing, gear, etc…

Experimental study on combustor outlet temperature field of heavy-duty gas turbine had been finished on high-pressure test system. Experimental results indicate: The OTDF is sensitive to diameter of dilution holes, and the RTDF is sensitive to location of dilution holes. The test results have important guiding significance and reference value to design, commission and working about the similar combustor.

Abstract This paper experimentally investigated the creep and fatigue behaviors of a low-pressure turbine (LPT) blade with 600 hours of service using a novel test system. Pure low cycle fatigue (LCF), pure creep and creep-fatigue interaction (CFI) experiments on the full-scale serviced blades were conducted respectively. Test results showed that the increasing of deformation amplitude was divided into three stages under both pure LCF and creep-fatigue loadings. The deformation of each blade increased rapidly until failure when the test cycle exceeded the 80% of their overall life under the pure LCF and CFI condition. The hold period in creep-fatigue tests shortens the first stage of whole life and has no influence on the proportion of crack initiation life to overall life. The fractures in pure LCF, pure creep and creep-fatigue tests emerged transgranular, intergranular and both transgranular and intergranular behaviors respectively. The crack initiated and propagated in a specific zone of the blade under all the experimental loadings, which limited its creep-fatigue resistance. At last, the remaining life of turbine blade was estimated conservatively by introducing the safety limit into a statistical method.

Heavy-equipment airdrops are mainly used to deliver relief supplies and heavy weapons. Given the heavy weight of the goods, the tension of the extraction and brake ropes of the parachute significantly affects the safety of the aircraft. On the basis of the measurement and installation characteristics of the parachute rope, this study designed the structure of a nondestructive pressure-type parachute rope tension sensor and set the location of the strain gauge patch using the ANSYS simulation software to obtain a high sensor sensitivity. The temperature error of the tension sensor is compensated, and the precision is improved using the LSSVM-PSO (Least Squares Support Vector Machine-Particle Swarm Optimization) algorithm. The developed tension sensor is applied to the extraction parachute test system to measure the traction of 2 and 8 m2 parachutes. Test results show that the maximum weight of the platform these two parachutes can draw and the effect of parachute opening can be calculated.

Until now, no effective method to measure CCD photoelectric parameters. To solve the problem, a novel measurement method that combines hardware with software is proposed, and it can let hardware and software collaborate with each other to finish assignment together. Firstly, the ideal relation between output voltage and input exposure quantity of CCD is given. Secondly, some main photoelectric parameters of CCD are elaborated. Then based on the principle, test system of CCD photoelectric parameters that combines hardware with software is designed. Lastly, the real relation between output voltage and input exposure quantity of CCD is given, and the test results of experiment of each photoelectric parameter are obtained according to the relation. What’s more, analysis and comparison of the results of the experiment are given in this paper. The method is reliable and the precision is high in the experiment.

This article describes the research and development of automatic switch test and control system. It introduces the hardware structure of the test system, designs and builds the signal conditioning circuit. Applying of virtual instrument design software to achieve the purpose of control the system, and acquisition and processing of test data. And take some effective measures to curb the noise interference signals. The experimental results show that the system can fulfill accurately online monitoring for the parameters in the test process. The test results can be used as a standard to determine whether the switch qualified.

In this study, the electric current effects in the deformation of light weight alloys are investigated to improve the formability. To begin with, a test system is built up to carry out the tensile test with heavy electric current flowing through the specimen. The evolutions of the flow stresses and failure elongations were obtained using this test system. The thermal and athermal effect such as electro-plastic effect of metallic materials induced by high density current make significant reduction of the flow stress, which is beneficial to the forming process of less formable metal. From the uniaxial test results, pulse current-assisted deep drawing test were conducted. The experimental results demonstrate that electrically assisted warm forming provides lower energy consumption and higher efficiency.

Nowadays, communication protocols are used in safety-critical automotive applications. Among the communication protocols, FlexRay, with real-time and reliable characters, is expected to become the communication backbone for future automotive systems. Therefore, a DC motor speed control system based on FlexRay network is presented in this paper to verify these characters. The following works have been done in this paper: study the FlexRay protocol specification, design the structure, programming, analyze the test results to get transmission delay time. Using the test system, FlexRay network was verified that message can be transferred quickly and correctly.
