Information systems research has clearly recognized that knowledge management systems (KMSs) have different characteristics and requirements than those of a classic management information system (MIS). Beginning with the relationship drawn between data, information, and knowledge (Alavi & Leidner, 1999, 2001; Bhatt, 2001; Ulrich, 2001; Spiegler, 2000, 2003; Tuomi, 2000), through to the essential nature of unstructured and semi-structured information vs. structured information (Wu, Ling, Lee, & Dobbie, 2001; Lai, Carlsen, Christiansson, & Svidt, 2003; Fensel et al., 2002; Chou & Chow, 2000), there are many elements and areas in which the two diverge.

The main goal of this study is to operationalize the emission, exchange and use of digital calibration certificates, through structured information and the specification of a system of information. The purpose of digital calibration certificates, is not only the transformation of a physical format to a digital one, but mainly the application of the real digitalization concept, i.e., the use of digital technologies to change a business model and supply new opportunities with added value. Besides the easiness in the exchange of calibration results, the future development of a system to exchange digital calibration certificates will allow customers to receive and analyze certificates faster, reducing execution times and costs associated to the metrological confirmation process, as well as to avoid human error and their consequences. The application of a system adapted to calibration certificates, and the implementation and testing at a National Measurement Institute as IPQ, based on XML, with examples from different areas will be presented. This study will then result in the creation of national working group in Portugal for the digitalization of calibration certificates to a broader market, with the first trial cases implemented in these two laboratories, INEGI-LAC and IPQ-LNM.

This research aims to develop a student data management system at 9 Tapung Junior High School (SMP) Negeri 9 Tapung, which has not documented using a computer or school web using text-based programming languages like HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and PHP. The student information system design at SMP Negeri 9 Tapung in its manufacture uses a literacy methodology where each phase can be carries repeatedly until it gets the desired results. The phase of system manufacture is the investigation, analysis, design, and implementation. To make this application, the author uses PHP and MySQL. This development research results create a student information system application that can display school data, student data, which graphics form, and its development, including data on the development of honesty and discipline. The system also displays the student interests and talents observed, extracurricular activities, student violations, and achievement. This application still needs development, refinement, the addition of features, and suggestions, and criticism from all related parties to create a better and structured information system to improve the quality and character of SMP Negeri 9 Tapung.

Analysis of information security threats in the system elements and assessment process, the decision-maker's subjective judgment threat level information and to obtain an objective evaluation by testing different forms of information and data, it is difficult for a direct threat assessment, proposed based on Bayesian network and OWA operator information security threat assessment model. First, combined with expert knowledge Bayesian network inference rules introduced conditional probability matrix, in order to build an information security threat assessment model. Secondly, based on OWA operator build the expert group decision making information system threat level of the target's subjective judgment information, and as a Bayesian network model of the target information system threat level of a priori information, and objective evaluation of information as a shell Julius observation node network model, which integrates the subjective and objective information security threat level. Finally, a simulation example shows that the model is reasonable and effective.

In order to guarantee the operation safety, maintenance and servicing to the EMU often need to stop high voltage power supply, and switch to the ground power supply. This paper proposes a ground power information system of EMU, in this system, industrial field bus is composed of the single-phase power box, socket box and gateway, it is connected to the centralized control cabinet and the self-diagnostic terminal through the hub that constitute the information network, to realize the free transfer and exchange of data, and the centralized information management and control of the whole system, has a good promotion prospects.

The guidelines for carrying out a forensic medical examination in cases of alcohol poisoning are developed by the working group of the Association of Forensic Medical Experts and posted in the information system of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation (Electronic rubric of clinical recommendations, Guidelines section). The presented guidelines contain structured information on the issues of forensic medical examination in cases of alcohol poisoning: terms and definitions; stages of ethanol biotransformation and variants of thanatogenesis; factors affecting the acceleration or deceleration of ethanol resorption and elimination; principles underlying the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of alcohol poisoning; rules regarding sampling, storage and transportation of biological objects intended for forensic chemical analysis; issues pertaining to the filling-in of a medical certificate of death and assigning a code to it; as well as making a forensic diagnosis.Differential diagnosis of the cause of death using the procedures given in the guidelines can improve the comprehensiveness, completeness and validity of the forensic medical examination of a corpse in the event of death caused by alcohol poisoning.
