Abstract This article describes the methods and means for determining the technical condition of electrical equipment in power supply systems, particularly in transformer substations. There are many ways to determine the technical condition of electrical equipment. However, their implementation requires complex and additional equipment and devices. In addition, these tests must be carried out when the power supply system is off. This will lead to a decrease in the quality of electrical energy. Determination of the technical condition of electrical equipment using thermal imagers is performed under the voltage and in operating modes, the measurement process does not affect the parameters of the power supply system. The results of research in energy enterprises of the Syrdarya region are presented.

Abstract This article solves the problem of a quantitative assessment of the occurrence of destruction in the intersystem interactions of the transport system and the electrical system of the seaport, in the conditions of the technological process in the seaport, which indicates its significant impact on the electrical system, as a result of which the reliability of the berthing power line is significantly reduced. The intersystem interactions that occur during the implementation of the technological process, as experience shows, are the causes of critical situations that occur at the border of areas of different physical nature, and the consequences are recorded, in the case under consideration, in the electrical system. A mathematical model describing intersystem destruction in quantitative form is presented in this paper using a logical-probabilistic model that reflects internal and external relationships. In the object under study, the destructive cause (collision) and the consequence (accumulation of electrical damage in the insulation of the cable line) are in the same object (the mooring power supply unit), and this is limited to the effects of intersystem destruction. In such a statement, the object of power supply of the technological process and equipment is considered as a composite object containing a cable line and an electric contact column. The problem being formulated is an important and relevant scientific task, which includes not only the question of identifying the causes of increased electrical wear of the power line, but also the development of methods for obtaining quantitative results, and in practical terms also involves the diagnosis of the technical condition of electrical equipment and timely preventive maintenance.

Thermographic control of electrical equipment allows you to draw preliminary conclusions about the technical condition of insulation, contact joints, windings, structural elements and cooling systems of electrical equipment of voltage classes 0.4 ÷ 750 kV. However, it should be borne in mind that the results of temperature measurement and assessment of the thermal state of electrical equipment are influenced by such factors as: environmental conditions, qualifications of personnel performing thermographic control and data interpretation, the need to improve regulatory documents for assessing the thermal state of electrical equipment and develop unified algorithms analysis of the results of thermographic examinations and gradation of the development of defects in electrical equipment. Modern research in the field of thermographic control of electrical equipment is developing in several directions, namely: the use of automated (stationary or mobile) systems for collecting thermographic data; development of algorithms for processing thermal images that reduce the influence of extraneous noise on the values of the measured temperatures, select the image of the object being examined, select the optimal level of contrast of the thermal image to detect thermal anomalies; using statistical processing of thermal fields of thermal monitoring objects and making decisions about the thermal state of equipment using neural networks, machine learning and expert knowledge. Automation of the analysis of thermographic control data is an urgent scientific and practical task, the solution of which will improve the quality of maintenance, repairs, extension of the operating life and operational management of electrical equipment in conditions of a significant level of aging of the main production assets of electric companies and change of generations of staff. Measuring current transformers of voltage classes 330 ÷ 750 kV are critical elements in the distribution schemes of electric power and in electric networks, and their technical condition directly affects the reliability of electric networks and power supply to consumers. The paper considers the reasons for the development of defects in current transformers of voltage classes 330 ÷ 750 kV, and also proposes relationships to take into account the influence of the air flow rate and the actual value of the emissivity of the structural element of the current transformers, as well as elements of the algorithms for analyzing data from thermal imaging surveys to reduce the influence of environmental factors and qualification level of the personnel performing the analysis, diagnostic results.

Purpose and methods. Improving the accuracy of identification for the technical condition of the internal combustion engine (ICE) in operational conditions using the engine measurement expert system (EMSE) is addressed by adjusting the computer dynamic model of the internal combustion engine. Results. Algorithmic schemes of computer models for the state of the ICE are obtained using the equations of its dynamics, which takes into account the factors such as the movement of the fuel supply body, the force on the hook - the load. The structural schemes of modeling at the input of a step-by-step action are presented. A promising method of tuning the model in the EMSE is proposed, which consists of measuring its working processes, in particular the angular acceleration of the crankshaft, for a specific brand of ICE. Then the corresponding set of models of its technical condition is obtained: normal, permissible, limit, pre-accident and emergency. By adjusting the values of the coefficients of these models in the EMSE, they achieve their coincidence with the actual state of the ICE. The identification error is minimized using the gradient method of steepest descent. The presence of several computer models is a practical advantage in the examination of the technical condition of the tested engines allowing its effective implementation in operational conditions. In this case, based on the experience of operation, the computer model closest to the actual state of the ICE is adjusted. At the same time, the efficiency of localization of ICE malfunctions increases, since the coefficients reflecting the state of the engine components and systems are consistently adjusted. Conclusions. The application of the proposed methodology using the criterion of minimizing the identification error by the gradient method allows implementation of this effective method for identifying the state of the ICE. It increases the reliability of determining the technical state of the ICE and its components by adjusting the computer model

Maintenance of the power equipment system is based on the industry standard of averaged volumes of standard maintenance and repair of power equipment, frequency and duration of the preventive measures, the nomenclature and consumption of materials and spare parts to perform operations. One of the more efficient uses of electrical equipment is to improve its maintenance system through the development and implementation of service strategies for the actual condition. The work proved the necessary conditions for the realization of electric service strategy on defining the main diagnostic parameter. The general mathematical model is proposed to implement the service strategy. The model is based on a study of basic parameters using random monotone normal type of process and diagnostic controlled parameter with three discrete product states (working, the state of preventive actions, and failure) and continuous operating time. The results of studies of the new techniques development for improving the operation of electrical systems are presented.
