The features of the hardware and technological design of the AM-1360 series ammonia synthesis units operating in Ukraine are established, the main of which is the use of heat-using ammonia-water absorption and refrigeration units in the secondary condensation complex. The analysis of the functioning of the absorption and refrigeration units has been carried out. A significant dependence of their efficiency on external disturbances, such as temperature and humidity of atmospheric air, has been established. This causes significant fluctuations in the cooling temperature of the circulating gas in the evaporators of absorption-refrigeration units, which significantly affects the efficiency of ammonia production in general. Based on the results of the analysis of the existing information system, implemented on the basis of the TDC-3000 microprocessor complex, recommendations for its improvement were developed, the presence of which makes it possible to abandon daily analyzes and carry out only control ones to check measuring instruments. Algorithmic support has been developed, implemented in the MATLAB package and tested according to the data of industrial operation of absorption and refrigeration units of the ammonia synthesis unit. This allows the operator, in real production conditions, to obtain operational information on the numerical indicators of the efficiency of operation of absorption and refrigeration units, which characterize their operation to the greatest extent (circulation rate, cooling capacity, circulating gas cooling temperature and thermal coefficient) and make a decision on the possibility of reducing the cooling temperature. of circulation gas in evaporators by changing the frequency of circulation of solutions The created algorithmic software in the MATLAB environment allows embedding a client module, the so-called OPC client. The latter provides technology for free programming of access to current data.

This work is devoted to the analysis of algorithmic support of multimedia content recommender systems and the development of a web service toincrease the efficiency of learning foreign languages using a recommender system that personalized the selection of educational content for the user.To form a list of necessary multimedia content, the main criteria of the recommender system were selected, the basic needs of users were identified,which the system should solve, since increasing the efficiency of learning a foreign language is achieved not only by choosing teaching methods, butalso by watching multimedia content, namely news, films, educational videos, clips, etc. Therefore, in order to form a list of the necessary multimediacontent, the main criteria of the recommender system were formed, the main needs of users were identified, which the system must solve. From theside of the method for implementing algorithmic support, various types of data filtering were considered, from modern technical methods to librariesto ensure the functionality of the system, and the algorithm based on hybrid filtering was chosen, in which known user ratings are used to predict thepreferences of another user. Functional requirements have been developed and a web service has been proposed that allows a comprehensive impact onuser learning when learning a foreign language, software implementation of which is made using Java Script, Python and additional libraries. Thisimplementation allows you to build a process for tracking changes in user requirements and transfer information to the database (DB) and, afteranalyzing the input data, change the proposed multimedia content to the user. In the course of further research, it is planned to conduct practicalexperiments, taking into account the specifics of certain methods of teaching foreign languages and the use of statistical data to assess the effectivenessof the algorithm of the proposed recommender system.

A unified method of disclosing blind ranges, reducing or eliminating measurement ambiguity has been proposed and investigated, which allows, within the framework of a typical long-range detection session of an air object by a pulse-Doppler radar, to reduce time costs, expand information content, and unify algorithmic support of a detection session. At the heart of: unified adaptive-robust procedures for controlling radiation parameters (guaranteeing the observability of an object) and processing ambiguous quasi-measurements of range (in absence of detection) and real measurement (in initial detection).

Появление судов с колесным движительно-рулевым комплексом, обладающих рядом специфических конструктивных и динамических особенностей, потребовало новых подходов к созданию алгоритмической и аппаратной базы для создания систем управления, обеспечивающих безопасную и эффективную эксплуатацию судов этого типа. Представлена структура судовой электростанции, ее особенности, связанные с обеспечением работы электропривода гребных колес и выполнения функций энергосбережения и резервирования. Приведены этапы развития комплексной системы контроля и управления для судов с колесным движительно-рулевым комплексом. Рассмотрена структура распределенной системы и ее аппаратная база, дающая широкие возможности автоматизации как отдельных подсистем и судовых технологических процессов, так и судна в целом. Приведены отдельные алгоритмы управления, реализованные в системе. Система позволяет модернизировать алгоритмическое обеспечение в процессе эксплуатации судна по мере возникновения ситуаций, требующих его коррекции. Обновление программных модулей не требует изменения структуры системы или аппаратной части системы. The appearance of ships with wheeled propulsion/steering system with a number of specific structural and dynamic features required new approaches to creation of algorithmic and hardware base for creation of control systems ensuring safe and efficient operation of this type of ships. The structure of the ship's power plant, its features related to ensuring the operation of the electric drive of the propeller wheels and performing the functions of energy saving and redundancy are presented. The stages of development of integrated control and management system for ships with wheeled propulsion/steering system are given in the article. The distribution system structure and its hardware base are considered. The hardware base gives ample opportunities for automation both individual subsystems and the ship technological processes, and the ship as a whole. Some control algorithms implemented in the system are described. The system makes it possible to upgrade algorithmic support during the operation of the vessel as situations requiring its adjustment arise. Updating software modules does not require changing the system structure or the system hardware.

Abstract The article discusses the issues of information and algorithmic support of the expert system for assessing the operating modes and technical condition of electrical equipment. The peculiarities of the considered diagnostic method is the analysis of diagrams that are highly sensitive to insignificant deviations of the values of the signal parameters (current consumption) from the reference values, as well as stability during the analysis period. The results of computer modeling and experimental research of electrical equipment are described in order to obtain a set of reference diagrams. The possibility of using the method in intelligent systems of electrical equipment real-time monitoring is shown.

Abstract The widespread use of microprocessor-based digital protective relay from various manufacturers, the expansion of the programmable protective relay terminals’ functional composition, the lack of hardware, software and algorithmic support unification, problems of electromagnetic protection necessitate consideration of the issues of digital protective relay operational control automation [1-3]. The authors believe that the attention paid by operating services to the means and methods of the AC electric-traction netware protective relay Functional check is insufficient. Monitoring the correct protection functioning in real time when it is triggered by a short circuit makes it possible to identify all types of incorrect actions of the instrument units until the failure of the entire protection as a whole. The most common failures, such as “false response” and “unnecessary operation”, are detected with a probability close to unity [4-6]. The article discusses the principles of building a system of protective relay Functional check, applicable for all types of electric-traction netware protection that are currently in operation. Logical equations are given to identify incorrect actions of protective relay.

Computer technology is presented to solve the inverse problem of magnetic field vector measurements using software and algorithmic support for an automated system to interpret potential fields. The technology includes constructing a numerical model of the magnetic field of the studied area, forming an initial approximation model, assessing the depth of the sources and their magnetization. An approximation structure is used to describe the sources of anomalies (a set of uniformly magnetized polygonal prisms). To solve the problem, we used real vector measurements of the magnetic field by the components Xа, Ya, Zа, Та in the sections of Gruzsko South and Gruzsko Severnaya. Geologically, the area belongs to the central part of the Ukrainian Shield — the Kirovograd tectonic megablock. The area of work is confined to the Subotsko-Moshorin latitudinal fault zone. The possibility of comparing the results of the interpretation of anomalies on each profile by the components of the anomalous magnetic field increases the reliability of the geological interpretation of magnetic prospecting data compared to the interpretation of modular surveys. The presence of vector measurements greatly facilitates the ability to determine the parameters of anomalous objects, which makes it possible to obtain more reliable solutions to the inverse problem. The use of vector information makes it possible to localize geological sources more successfully, thereby reducing the amount of work.

With the advancement of urbanization and the impact of industrial pollution, the issue of urban ventilation has attracted increasing attention. Research on urban ventilation corridors is a hotspot in the field of urban planning. Traditional studies on ventilation corridors mostly focus on qualitative or simulated research on urban climate issues such as the intensified urban heat island effect, serious environmental pollution, and insufficient climate adaptability. Based on the high-precision urban remote sensing image data obtained by aeromagnetic oblique photography, this paper calculates the frontal area density of the city with reference to the urban wind statistics. Based on the existing urban patterns, template matching technology was used to automatically excavate urban ventilation corridors, which provides scientific and reasonable algorithmic support for the rapid construction of potential urban ventilation corridor paths. It also provides technical methods and decision basis for low-carbon urban planning, ecological planning and microclimate optimization design. This method was proved to be effective through experiments in Deqing city, Zhejiang Province, China.

The method of averaging modified periodograms is one of the main methods for estimating the power spectral density (PSD). The aim of this work was the development of mathematical and algorithmic support, which can increase the computational efficiency of signals digital spectral analysis by this method.The solution to this problem is based on the use of binary-sign stochastic quantization for converting the analyzed signal into a digital code. A special feature of this quantization is the use of a randomizing uniformly distributed auxiliary signal as a stochastic continuous quantization threshold (threshold function). Taking into account the theory of discrete-event modeling the result of binary-sign quantization is interpreted as a chronological sequence of instantaneous events in which its values change. In accordance with this we have a set of time samples that uniquely determine the result of binary-sign quantization in discrete-time form. Discrete-event modeling made it possible to discretize the process of calculating PSD estimates. As a result, the calculation of PSD estimates was reduced to discrete processing of the cosine and sine Fourier transforms for window functions. These Fourier transforms are calculated analytically based on the applied window functions. The obtained mathematical equations for calculating the PSD estimates practically do not require multiplication operations. The main operations of these equations are addition and subtraction. As a consequence, the time spent on digital spectral analysis of signals is reduced.Numerical experiments have shown that the developed mathematical and algorithmic support allows us to calculate the PSD estimates by the method of averaging modified periodograms with a high frequency resolution and accuracy even for a sufficiently low signal-to-noise ratio. This result is especially important for spectral analysis of broadband signals.The developed software module is a problem-oriented component that can be used as part of metrologically significant software for the operational analysis of complex signals.
