This paper focuses on how interpersonal communication is built to achieveagreement and uses phenomenological approach. It is based on a research on therelationship between lecturer and student in the process of thesis consultation inSTAIN Purwokerto. This paper explains that the model of their relationship is a role model, inwhich the role is formed through a surrounding structure. Form and context ofinterpersonal communication happen in a kind of face to face dialogues andindividually. The process of communication hardly found in groups, or withcommunication media such as telephone and internet. Seen from its effectiveness,it is found that most of the interpersonal communications are effective enough tobuild agreement between the individuals involved in the process.

In order to search after a new way of the propulsion system of tracked vehicle, a novel structure form of electro-mechanical transmission was developed in this paper, through analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing projects of electric drive system for tracked vehicle. It could increase the rate of power exertion obviously and synthesize the mechanical and electrical strongpoint. And based on the structure form, an electro-mechanical transmission was designed with double electromotor added planetary mechanism of steering power coupling and gearshift, considering engineering realization. And then straight-line driving and steering performances of the transmission were calculated which proved that the novel electro-mechanical transmission could meet the requirement of tracked vehicle propulsion well.

The paper studies features of the hydration process of the modified blended cement for fiber cement panels (FCP) using differential thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis, electron microscopy and infrared spectroscopy. It is found that deeper hydration process in silicate phase, denser and finer crystalline structure form in fiber cement matrix based on the modified blended cement. Generalization of this result to the case of fiber cement panels makes it possible to achieve formation of a denser and homogeneous structure with increased physical and mechanical properties.

This article provides an overview of writing for publication in peer-reviewed journals. While the main focus is on writing a research article, it also provides guidance on factors influencing journal selection, including journal scope, intended audience for the findings, open access requirements, and journal citation metrics. Finally, it covers the standard content of a scientific journal article, providing general advice and guidance regarding the information researchers would typically include in their published papers.

Suspend-dome structure form which colligates advantages of cable dome and reticulated shell is a new type spatial hybrid structure system. This article introduced the configuration and principle of suspend-dome structure system, and researched the structural behavior influence by altering the joint stiffness, vector height of the suspend-dome and the loop cable pretension. The results show that suspend-dome structure should make comprehensive consideration on interaction between vector height, prestress application and other factors, and relevant optimizing design method can be adopted in the design.

An automated process for building a prosodic structure form transcribed speech recordings in French is presented, based on the incremental prosodic model [1, 2, 3]. In this model, the prosodic structure is defined incrementally by dependency relations instantiated by melodic contours located on the last syllable of the last word of stress groups, subject to a rhythmic constrain limiting the gap between successive stressed syllable to a 250-1250 ms range. Although they frequently contain lexical words (noun, verb, adverb, adjective), stress groups in French can also include only grammatical words (pronoun, conjunction, preposition). Melodic contours are phonologically defined from their melodic rise or fall and their glissando value ensuring their function as dependency markers between stress groups. The algorithm proceeds from an orthographic transcription as follows: 1. Automatic segmentation of the orthographic text into IPA and word tiers 2. Automatic annotation of stressed vowels in three classes (followed by 250 ms silence, above the glissando threshold and lexical category based) 3. Assignment of melodic contours from fundamental frequency values at stressed vowels boundaries. Comparisons with automatic and manual stressed syllable annotation on existing corpora are given, showing the validity of the phonological rules implemented in the algorithm.

Statically indeterminate frame, composed of beams and columns, is a widely used structure form in civil engineering. The frame carrying capacity under various actions is related to the absolute stiffness of frame components and relative beam-column line stiffness ratio. The matrix displacement method and programming based on MATLAB were employed in this study to calculate the internal forces and displacements of a 2-bay 2-story frame structure under the action of horizontal loads. The influence of the beam-column line stiffness ratio on the frame load capacity was discussed based on the calculated result. Furthermore some advises were provided about the reasonable beam-column line stiffness ratio for engineering design.

Sight-stabilizing mechanisms controlled by diaphragm springs and other damping elements is an important subordinate system of airborne sight stabilizing System. The performances of sight-stabilizing system depend on the characteristics of kinematics and dynamics of the system in a great extent. Among various external moments acting on the rod of the manipulator, such as those moments caused by damper, positioning spring, and restoration spring, the forces by diaphragm springs are most obvious. According to the structure form and motion peculiarity, the rod can be equivalent to a rigid body turning around a fix point. Simulation results reveal that the moment of the restoration spring to the rod is proportional to the angular displacement, and that the moment is the most prominent factor influencing the operating performances among all these moments. Through reasonable adjustments of structural parameters of the restoration spring, the performances of the sight-stabilizing system can be improved greatly; the analysis method provides a basis for guiding the design of concerned structural parameters of sight-stabilizing system.
