Abstract: Day by day, the population of the country is increasing and the requirement of the power is also increasing in many ways. So, reforming this energy back to usable form is the major solution for future needs. In this Footstep power generation project, power is generated by human’s footsteps, so as to charge the battery by storing the power generated with the help of piezo sensors. The power stored in the battery, used to charge the mobile phones using RFID card. This system is powered by Atmega 328 microcontroller, it consists of Arduino IDE, RFID Sensor, USB Cable and LCD. When power is on in the system, the system enters into the registration mode. Three users can registered. Once all the users entered in the system, then the system asks to swipe the card and connect the charger. Initially all the user is given 5 minutes of charging time as default. When card is swiped and the user is authorized, the system turns on for charging the Mobile phone within a given time period. Mobile phone is one of the developing communication tools today. The global debate and controversy regarding the health effects of cell phones continues. There are concerns that radio frequency energy (radio waves) emitted can cause health problems, especially to hearing function. The aim of the study was to find out how "the description of hearing loss with the use of mobile phones in Pekanbaru 12 SMA. The type of research used is descriptive with probality sampling sampling technique where the sample in this study is to take respondents based on random or coincidental in SMA Negeri 12 Pekanbaru which amounted to 249 respondents. Data collection tools using questionnaires as well as examination of auditory function by means of the rinne test used is univariate. The results of the research which was conducted on 23 July - 28 July 2018 showed that of 249 respondents (100%) were all mobile users and from the results of rinne test, 66 respondents (26.5%) had positive hearing loss and 183 respondents (73 , 5%) negative did not experience hearing loss.

The energy-harvesting radio frequency (RF) can be an attractive alternative energy capable of replacing all or some of the board batteries. The RF waves are present in several high frequencies ([Formula: see text] GHz) and at low power (a few [Formula: see text]W). An energy-harvesting circuit designed must provide 1[Formula: see text]V voltage at minimum that is able to operate an actuator or a sensor. The RF-DC rectifier is the main component of an energy-harvesting circuit. This paper presents a new design RF-DC rectifier circuit using the MOSFET transistors, the capacitors and the inductors. Our proposed circuit is a combination of an Inductor–Capacitor–Inductor–Capacitor (LCLC) serie-parallel resonant tank (SPRT) and rectifier cascade using the Dynamic threshold Voltage Cancellation (DVC) and the technique of the Internal threshold Voltage Cancellation (IVC). Our proposed circuit operates in dual frequencies [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]GHz and [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]GHz with a low input power [Formula: see text][Formula: see text][Formula: see text]W ([Formula: see text][Formula: see text]dbm) and [Formula: see text][Formula: see text][Formula: see text]W ([Formula: see text][Formula: see text]dbm), respectively. This circuit gives a Power Conversion Efficiency (PCE) of 56.9% and an output voltage [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]V for the frequency 2.543[Formula: see text]GHz and a PCE of 62.6% and an output voltage [Formula: see text][Formula: see text]V for the frequency 4[Formula: see text]GHz. The pre-layout simulations were performed using the Advanced Design System (ADS) and the technology used is CMOS 0.18[Formula: see text][Formula: see text]m from TSMC. The simulations were performed on the proposed circuit composed by three stages.
