Virtual education is distance teaching in which teachers and students are in different places but can be connected to each other via the internet network. The virtual education system is divided into two, namely Learning Management System (LMS) and virtual classes. One of virtual education is video conferencing (vicon). A fully capable network is required to comply with Quality of Service (QoS) standards for real-time applications. This study analyzes the QoS of vicon features in LMS at the University of Nasional that is BigBlueButtonBN. Based on the QoS parameters obtained 25% throughput, 100% packet loss, 84.75% delay, 37.5% jitter and 58.5% MOS. Based on the bandwidth requirements of each parameter, the results are 61.2% or 27.9411MB. The MOS value for video 100 is 4, which results in very good images on this vicon.Keywords:BigblueButtonBN; Learning Management System; Mean Opinion Score; Quality of Service; Video Conference

<span>This study aimed to develop and investigate the impact of the implementation of the Mobile-Learning Management System, which we call elektronik Bimbingan Baca al-Qur’an (e-BBQ, a word in the Indonesian Language), in fostering student’s worship. This research was conducted at Universitas Negeri Malang in the odd semester of the 2018-2019 academic year with ADDIE research design. The implementation stage was carried out with a one-group pretest-posttest design. As a result, the e-BBQ developed was in the form of applications and websites with some menus including Al-Qur'an learning, worship, training, and log in instructor. The evaluation by experts, as well as students and instructors showed that the products developed were suitable for use. e-BBQ has a positive effect; the quality of student’s worship increased significantly after participating in learning by utilizing e-BBQ. e-BBQ is considered to be an interesting medium for learning Islamic religion, able to make learning more enjoyable, and raise the student’s learning motivation</span>

Currently the entire field has been supported by technology, especially the world of education in the learning process to determine the quality of a college graduate. In the world of education Perguruan Tinggi Raharja has implemented iLearning learning methods to achieve the learning objectives. Graduate students are given learning experiences using methods iLearning the learning process using the media Ten Pillar IT iLearning (TPi). But the learning process is not running properly and still undeniably versatile use paper as a method of learning in general, Therefore at this time to achieve the learning objectives very effectively implement methods Learning Management System (LMS) iDu which can be accessed online anytime and anywhere easily. The purpose of this study to determine measure the success of the learning process at MIT class that still use manual systems in the learning process . This study uses a quantitative approach with descriptive correlational survey method . Sample collection techniques in this study was based on the results of the student survey MIT classes . Data collector by using questionnaires and documentation . Results from the study showed that the better level the results of the learning process to use iDu’s system where students could complete the learning easily anywhere and anytime . In this journal Identified there are three (3) the problems faced and the solutions given are by utilizing campus Learning Management System (LSM) iDu. Do 8 (eight) literature review as a post-graduate study materials. And there were 13 (thirteen) advantages and 1 (one) shortcomings of this study. The implementation is done in the course MasteringInformation Technology (MIT). This study is expected to improve the quality of graduates from graduate students in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

The objectives of writing this study were to: 1) to obtain the best methods and techniques in the limited face-to-face learning management system in Rantepao Christian Senior High School; 2) contributing advice to the school management team in order to improve the quality of learning during the Covid 19 pandemic; 3) contributing advice to educators and education personnel in order to improve face-to-face learning management during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used in this writing is a qualitative method with a literature review approach and participant responses via google form to students and teachers at Rantepao Christian High School. In the analisis using the problem tree approach, target tree, and alternative solution tree in getting the expected results. The results show that the impact of a learning management system that is suitable for school conditions can provide time-effective and cost-efficient convenience for students and teachers in achieving learning objectives.   Keywords: learning management, face-to-face learning, Covid-19 pandemic

The educational system at all levels in India had been criticized for a long time for lagging behind modern and western education resulting in calls for improvement and transformation. The Internet applications such as E-learning are being considered by many educationists and experts as an opportunity knock at doors of Indian education system to leverage change and reform. Many Universities in India have adopted Learning Management System for E-learning purpose that has been identified as the most acceptable and a foreseen Tool present to tame various challenges in education. In this chapter, the status and quality of E-learning in Indian Universities has been discussed to fill the void in the literature on this particular topic. Therefore, the first objective of this study is to discuss the current Status and present an analytical overview of Learning Management System in Indian Universities. The second objective of this study is to evaluate Learning Management System by collecting facts about its diffusion, acceptance and its use in Indian Universities.

Abstrak Semakin berkembang pesatnya teknologi sejalan pula dengan semakin berkembangnya kualitas Pendidikan khusunya jenjang Perguruan Tinggi. Pembelajaran daring atau online melalui e-learning yang biasa disebut Learning Management System (LMS) merupakan cerminan kualitas dari Perguruan Tinggi yang mana harus mampu memanfaatkan peran terknologi tersebut untuk dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran jarak jauh. Pengembangan LMS harus didesain dan dikembangkan secara maksimal untuk menunjang segala keperluan yang dibutuhkan pengguna LMS tersebut yaitu mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga kependidikan. Pengembangan LMS ini disusun berdasarkan model ADDIE yaitu dengan Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation. Hasil rancangan berupa menganalisis kompetensi, analisis karakteristik sumber daya manusia (SDM), dan analisis instruksional yang mana dari Perguruan Tinggi menemukan permasalahan di lapangan terkait penggunaan LMS sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, maka diputuskan bahwa rencana pembelajaran semester (RPS) adalah desain pokok untuk mengembangkan LMS yang mana RPS harus sesuai dan memuat skema pembelajaran semester serta capaian pembelajaran mata kuliah, sehingga seluruh dosen akan mengikuti pelatihan pembuatan RPS yang muatan materinya disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan para dosen dalam penggunaan LMS sebagai media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan desain yang telah disusun maka tim pengembangan Learning Management System (LMS) melakukan kajian materi dan mengembangkan modul pelatihan penggunaan LMS dengan mengidentifikasi fitur-fitur yang ada bagi dosen dan mahasiswa. Selanjutnya adalah menerapkan sistem dan desain pelatihan pengembangan serta penggunaan LMS yang telah disusun sehingga tujuan - tujuan yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya bisa tercapai dengan baik. Setelah itu dilakukan evaluasi untuk seluruh materi yang telah diberikan dalam penggunaan dan pengembangan LMS serta masukan terkait kendala serta tambahan fitur di LMS oleh pengguna. Abstract The rapid development of technology is also in line with the development of the quality of education, especially at the higher education level. Online learning or online through e-learning which is commonly called Learning Management System (LMS) is a reflection of the quality of Higher Education which must be able to take advantage of the role of technology to be able to develop distance learning models. LMS development must be designed and developed optimally to support all the needs needed by the LMS users, namely students, lecturers, and education staff. The development of this LMS is based on the ADDIE model, namely Analysis, Design, Development or Production, Implementation or Delivery, and Evaluation. The results of the design are in the form of analyzing competencies, analyzing the characteristics of human resources (HR), and instructional analysis which universities find problems in the field related to the use of LMS as a learning medium. Based on the results of the analysis, it was decided that the semester learning plan (RPS) is the main design for developing an LMS in which the RPS must be appropriate and contain the semester learning scheme and the learning outcomes of the courses so that all lecturers will attend training in making RPS whose material content is adjusted to the needs of the students. lecturers in using LMS as a learning medium. Based on the results of the analysis and design that have been prepared, the Learning Management System (LMS) development team conducts a material review and develops a training module for using the LMS by identifying the features available for lecturers and students. Next is to implement the system and design of development training and use of the LMS that has been prepared so that the goals that have been previously set can be achieved properly. After that, an evaluation is carried out for all the materials that have been provided in the use and development of the LMS as well as input related to obstacles and additional features in the LMS by users.

AbstrakKementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan melaksanakan program yang disebut dengan Program Keahlian Ganda yang bertujuan untuk melakukan penataan dan pemenuhan guru produktif di SMK untuk mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan vokasi serta pendidikan dan pelatihan keterampilan kerja. Program ini dilaksanakan selama 12 bulan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: 1) belajar mandiri terbimbing yang dilaksanakan di SMK sekolah tempat guru mengajar (On-Service Training), 2) pendidikan dan pelatihan (In-Service Training), 3) magang kerja di dunia usaha dan dunia industri (DU/DI), dan 4) diakhiri dengan sertifikasi keahlian di LSP dan sertifikasi guru dalam jabatan melalui PLPG. Untuk mendukung program tersebut khususnya dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring, digunakanlah sebuah learning management system yang selanjutnya disebut LMS Program Keahlian Ganda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi LMS Program Keahlian Ganda tersebut khususnya pada aspek usability menggunakan teknik kuesioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 20 orang peserta Program Keahlian Ganda. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan analisis Mann Whitney U Test dan kuesioner SUS menunjukkan pengguna merasa kurang puas menggunakan LMS Program Keahlian Ganda dilihat dari hasil perhitungan skor kuesioner SUS yang didapat sebesar 49,75 masih belum mampu melampaui standar kuesioner SUS sebesar 68.00. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut disimpulkan bahwa LMS Program Keahlian Ganda belum memiliki usability yang baik karena belum memberikan tingkat kepuasan pengguna yang baik. Kata Kunci: evaluasi, usability, Mann Whitney U Test, SUS.AbstractThe Ministry of Education and Culture conducts the arrangement and fulfillment of productive teachers in SMK to support the improvement of the quality of vocational education as well as education and vocational skills training. This program is implemented for 12 months through several stages: 1) self-directed guided learning conducted at SMK schools where the teacher teaches (On-Service Training), 2) education and training (In-Service Training), 3) apprenticeship in the business world and the industrial world (DU / DI); and 4) ends with certification of expertise in LSP and certification of teachers in positions through the PLPG. To support the program especially in the implementation of online learning, used a learning management system, hereinafter called LMS Dual Expertise Program. This study aims to evaluate the LMS Dual Expertise Program, especially on aspects of usability using questionnaire techniques. The sample in this research is 20 participants of Dual Expertise Program. Result of research based on analysis Mann Whitney U Test and SUS show user feel less satisfied using LMS Dual Expertise Program seen from result of calculation SUS questionnaire score obtained equal to 49,75. Based on the results of data analysis, it was concluded that LMS Dual Skills Program has not good usability because it has not provided user satisfaction level that surpassed SUSS standard questionnaire that is 68,00. Keywords: evaluation, usability, Mann Whitney U Test, SUS.

Government Training Institutions have very complex challenges and are required to produce quality human resources. In order to increase the capacity and quality of human resources in Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, Apparatus Training Center of Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries has an important role in supporting the achievement of vision and mission and the application of the work culture values of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. One of the strategic step that can be taken by Apparatus Training Center of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is to transform into a Corporate University (CorpU). The purpose of this study is to analyze the strategy of Apparatus Training Center of Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries towards CorpU. This study use SOAR analysis by calculating the IFE-EFE matrix. Based on the result of SOAR analysis, Apparatus Training Center of Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is in OA strategy quadrant which is to take advantage of existing opportunities to achieve the expected results by developing a Learning Management System that become a integration center of all knowledge and learning management adaot Apparatus Training Center of Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries
