This paper attempts to use the intervention analysis model to study the impact of the release of the central Number 1 Documents on the stock price fluctuation of listed agricultural companies in China, and get the intervention value of the policy event on the stock return rate while separating the influence of the policy event. The results of the empirical study on the data of the study showed that the effect of the intervention on the results of the intervention was based on the publication of the “Number 1 Documents" in 2012 ~ 2013 as the intervention event. The results of the empirical study on the significance of biological breeding index and land transfer index (data from 2013) Intervention model, is consistent with the interpretation of the “Number 1 Documents”.

This study aims to examine the performance of Sharia Banking in Indonesia after experiencing slowing growth due to the impact of the United States crisis in 2008/2009. Factors used to measure the performance of sharia banking represented by ROA are CAR, NPF, BOPO, NM and FDR. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis with sample of research of Bank Muamalat, Bank Mega Syariah, and Bank Syariah Mandiri with the period of research from the first quarter 2008 to the fourth quarter 2011. The result of this research that is NM and FDR have positive significant effect on ROA, while BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA, CAR and NPF have no influence on ROA.

This study aims to determine the influence of online transportation on employment opportunities and welfare in Medan City. The method used is a quantitative approach based on the path analysis with a simple linear regression analysis model. The results of the study showed that around 64,9% variables of online transportation explained by changes in variables of employment opportunities and welfare in in Medan City, while the test 35,1% is explained by other factors. About 33,4% of the variables of online transportation affected by employment opportunities and around 31.5% of the online transportation variables aff ected the welfare variable. The significance of the indirect test results indicates that there was an indirect effect of the variable online transportation on welfare through employment opportunities signifi cantly. The impact of this study is there is a significant influence on employment opportunities and community welfare in in Medan City with an Online Motorcycle taxi that can absorb labor and increase the income of UMKM through various services available in the online motorcycle taxi application.

In this research, the primary purpose is to know and analyze the impact of gross domestic, regional products in the agriculture sector, local minimum salary, and investing toward employment in the agriculture sector in Batanghari District. This research was carried out in Batanghari District, Jambi Province, using secondary data for 19 years since 2000-2018, Sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). The data analysis model is econometric using multiple regression analysis methods using SPSS version 22 as the research data processor. According to the estimation result, it was found partially, PDRB agriculture sector has a positive impact and is significant toward employment in the agriculture sector in Batanghari District. At the same time, local minimum salary variables and investment do not positively impact a career in Batanghari District.  Keywords: Employment, PRDB in the agriculture sector, provincial minimum salary, investment

The population used in this study is all customers of Bank BRI Branch Pemalang who do complaints. While this sample was 150 customers were considered to have been adequately represent the population studied. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method that is the customers who never make a complaint at Bank BRI. Analysis model used in this research is descriptive analysis, multiple linear regression analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The study found that 1) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable procedural fairness to the satisfaction of the recovery, 2) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable distributive fairness to the satisfaction of recovery 3) there is a positive and significant effect on the variable fairness interaction to the satisfaction of the recovery and 4) There is a positive and significant effect on the variable satisfaction on customer loyalty BRI Bank Branch Pemalang. The implication of this research is recommended to Bank BRI Branch Pemalang to pay attention to fairness in service recovery both procedural fairness, distributive fairness and interactional fairness to increase the satisfaction of the recovery so expect customer loyalty will increase, especially in providing the right solution in the handling of a complaint.   Keywords: procedural fairness, distributive fairness, interactional fairness, loyalty

Traditionally branding was seen as a mark of identification whereas now branding focuses on creating loyalty to the brand and helps in building long-lasting relationships with the customers. This empirical study highlights the impact of brand equity on television. Indian television market has numerous brands and the customers have the freedom to choose their brand according to their preferences and taste. Different brands provide different services, different outlooks and different prices. The customers have wide choice. The sample size of 120 who used television was analysed in order to determine the impact of brand equity. One sample t-test, bi-variate correlation and regression analysis was the tools used in the study. Findings in the study showed that relationship between brand equity and customer satisfaction was positive.

Motivation and Organizational Commitment are determinant factors that directly influence the success of the organization. Work motivation is the process that initiates and maintains goal-directed performance, Commitment encourages employees to voluntarily engage in the organization and have an intention to be members of the organization for the long term. This study investigates the relationship between motivation and organizational commitment. An online survey was conducted with 207 participants across Kosovo. The results of regression analysis show that motivation has a significant effect on organizational commitment. The model summary shows that work motivation explains 36% of the change in organizational commitment. The coefficient of work motivation) shows that work motivation has a strong and positive effect on organizational commitment. Positive and strong correlation found between work motivation (WM) and organizational commitment (OC). As much the employees are motivated that means they automatically will increase the job performance.
