In order to realize the sensor signal acquisition and analysis of data, according to data acquisition system design ideas of the PCI bus, applying to CPLD complex programmable controller and CH365 interface chip and combined with the actual needs of data collection ,designed a kind of low cost, high speed process controller. CPLD realizes data cache control and the control of reading. This design can gather 16 roads analog signals and real-time pulse signal of 8 roads on the same time, which includes a 16-bit digital output channel and a 32-bit counter, could be used in the real-time control.

In this paper, we introduced features of data acquisition card based on PCI bus, and combined with researching on timing data collection system in the reducer test, built data acquisition system aiming at parameters of the reducer, and by using VC+ + to program, we achieved display on timing and real-time acquisition curve of data of torque and speed of the reducer, and have got good results.

Control actuator vibration testing system is one of the key devices throughout the whole manufacturing line of missiles. To meet the requirements of fast acquirement real-time show, automatic test convenient for user to modify during the control actuator based on virtual instrument developing environment LabVIEW and PCI bus technology is built. Hardware composition, software development, as well as other various functions in some kind of control actuator vibration testing system, such as the analog signals generating, sampling, recurring,auto-detecting and etc., are discussed in this paper. Practices prove this system works well with stable performance, and meet the requirements of design.

According to characteristics of abdominal minimally invasive robotic surgical tasks, based on performant industrial computer platform, an extended multifunctional hardware communicates with PCI-bus is designed, a master-slave control system is studied. In order to solve the problem of low responsivity caused by traditional inverse kinematics transformation method, a algorithm based on equivalent differential transformation suitable for real-time master-slave surgical robot control is put forward, and the accumulated error of the algorithm is eliminated by feedback mechanism. A fast trajectory planning method efficient in real-time master-slave surgical robot control is put forward to replace traditional trajectory prediction and off-line calculation. Finally, in order to avoid the impact on the accuracy of the system coursed by hand-trembling of operators, a digital filter is designed to help filtering the master manipulator signal.

The motion control system of CNC engraving machine,structured as NC embedded PC , is consists of the NC, a motion controller working as the lower computer, and the IPC, working as the supervisory computer. Both of them perform real time data communication through the PCI bus using DPRAM communication technology. It has many advantages such as consuming less response time, high speed and accuracy and so on. The experiment proves that the CNC system equipped with this technology has sensitive response and good real-time performance and stability.

Real time data acquisition system has been paid wild attention to due to exponentially expanding industrial control and measurement. Of many industrial bus, PCI (peripheral component interconnect) bus is a very useful communication protocol available for off-the-shelf PC and high speed acquisition. In the document, an implementation solution of data real-time acquisition based on PCI bus is described. The data acquisition system mainly consists of signal regulation circuit, AD conversion, LVDS transmission, PCI controller. XC3S700 of XILINX FPGA was used as the core chip to bridge and control all parts, which has rich internal resource. Driving program of PCI bus was designed by VC in industrial computer. Test results show that the system can collect multi-channel signal concurrently, steadily and in real time, and has some application value.

The RT-LAB real-time simulation software can expediently and rapidly apply the Simulink model to the hard-in-the-loop simulation system and greatly save the expenses for development, experiment and measurement, thus cutting down the development cycle. The use of the self-made PCI board in the RT-LAB software requires the development of its driver module by the user himself. This paper presents the idea and development processes of the PCI bus-based board driver with the RT-LAB software. Taking as an example the NI-6230 multifunctional data acquisition board driver, the paper also presents the PCI board driver's key codes and their compilation with the RT-LAB software.

The amount of intrusion detection calculation based on software is heavy, which can not satisfy the needs of modern network bandwidth; the intrusion detection technology based on hardware is an ideal method for accelerating network processing. The thesis proposes a design scheme for FPGA-based real time intrusion detection NIC, and introduces the hardware and software structure of the system n details. The system communicates with the operation system directly via PCI bus, achieves the organic combination of software detection and hardware detection, and overcomes the slow response speed of the system when only software is used for intrusion detection. In system hardware detection, with FPGA as core, arranging various intrusion detection algorithms in FPGA for parallel running can improve the real time and reliability of the system.
