Beginning in the 21st century, e-business enterprises need to take vigorous tactics in facing greater challenges in a booming cyber commerce era. In today’s e-business environment, innovative interface technologies change with each passing day, customers’ (users’) satisfaction are more and more discerning, and market demands can fluctuate unpredictably. While facing constant changes in the lower-profit and high customer-service cyber commerce environment, it is important to know how to break through the current Information Technology (IT) industrial situation, maintain the enterprises’ owned advantage and continuously make a profit under a booming transition. In this research, nineteen sub-criteria are categorized into five factors (criteria) by the measurement of factor analysis. Three basic types of innovative business websites (portals, cyber commerce and social community) in an e-business environment are then evaluated by nineteen assessable criteria of five characteristics of innovation interface technology through the use of the Analytical Network Process (ANP) approach. The specific feature of the ANP model is to establish a pairwise comparative matrix and furthermore, to calculate the priority vector weights (eigenvector) of each assessable characteristic, criteria and sub-criteria. The factor analysis can utilize more measure matrix to benefit the deviation of ANP approach due to less data from expert’s opinions. Additionally, in the content, the analytical hierarchical relations are definitely expressed in four levels among each characteristic of innovative interface technology (IIT), criterion and sub-criteria. Moreover, based on the empirical analysis, the enterprises are able to choose the best potential business website with highest economic value added (EVA) through this research in order to maximize financial profits and benefits from an innovative perspective. Finally, some suggestions for managers and researchers are inductively formed to further determine the best development of innovative interface technologies in a thriving cyber commerce environment.

In this cross-validation study, the authors examined the psychometric properties of a measure of academic behaviors associated with college and career readiness intended for high school students. An exploratory factor analysis (EFA) was conducted with a randomly selected portion of the sample ( n = 413) and resulted in four reliable factors: Goal-driven Behaviors, Persistence, Study Skills, and Self-Monitoring. A confirmatory factor analysis was conducted with the remaining sample ( n = 610). Goodness-of-fit indices indicated acceptable model fit. Follow-up analyses revealed significant differences in factor scores among 9th grade students according to gender and race but no significant differences between students in grades 10 through 12, showing the measure functions similarly across students for the most part and particularly for students approaching graduation. Implications for use as a value-added assessment in secondary environments are discussed.

Kata Kunci: Reaksi pasar, modification indices, SEM Abstract Market reaction movements and financial ratios and also the Economic Value Added are becoming hot topics, especially with the development of capital markets in the our country. Through SEM, the resulting model is able to construct indicators of financial ratios to stock movements. SEM is a quantitative modeling of factors that show a causal relationship between several dependent and independent factors through its indicators. SEM analysis is a combination of factor analysis (Confirmatory Factor Analysis), path analysis (Path Analysis) and regression analysis. To get a better model, this analysis is combined by correlating errors based on Modification indices. Modification indices will cause a decrease in Chi-square and changes in CMINDF and RMSEA values will be better. Likewise on p-value, GFI, and TLI. So that it can be concluded that the effect of the correlation between measurement errors in financial ratio variables in the market reaction variable and between EVA variables resulted in a significant change in the goodness of the model.

This paper, on one hand, demonstrates how employees can be involved in production process, and, on the other hand, it helps to observe the interconnection between theory and practical application of management. Purpose of the article: The purpose of the research was in defining and determining the influence of intrinsic and extrinsic motivators for IT professionals in Latvia. Methods: The data for the research was collected with the help of online survey held in December 2019 using online survey panels. The targeting criteria for the respondents was the employment on position of IT employee, company located in Latvia and employed full time. Sample size was 1500 respondents. The research used factor analysis, which allowed defining intrinsic and extrinsic motivators and evaluating their significance and method of multidimensional linear regression to determine the influence of personal characteristics of employees on types of motivation. Findings & Value added: Factor analysis of motivations shows that there are five types of motivators, which make IT professionals work more productively, stay late at work if needed and do the best they can to solve the task set by their management. These are material stimulators, respect, responsibility, fear and self-realization. The results of the research can be well interpreted with the help of McGregor Theory, who demonstrated that there is a need of combination of extrinsic and intrinsic motivators. The findings can be used in building appropriate motivation strategy for IT professionals.

Research background: The commercial banks are adopting online services for their transactions to stay competitive and fulfill the customers' needs. There is a dire need to satisfy online customers in a competitive environment. Thus, this paper employed the ES-QUAL model and two mediating variables and outlined the recommendations to the management of the online banking industry to develop effective strategies. Purpose of the article: The undertaken research aimed to examine the electronic banking service quality and customer satisfaction. For this purpose, we employed the ES-QUAL model and examined the direct impact of ES-QUAL dimensions and customer’s satisfaction. The secondary task of this paper is to investigate the mediation effect of customer's trust and the perceived value in an association between the ES-QUAL model and customer satisfaction. Finally, we examine and check whether customer satisfaction translates into the business performance of commercial banks or not. Methods: To achieve the overall goal of this research, SEM-based multivariate approach has been used, including confirmatory factor analysis, exploratory factor analysis, and multiple approaches (normal theory, and bootstrapping) to examine the moderation between the exogenous and endogenous variables. For the validation of hypotheses and results, a financial analysis has been performed simultaneously with the primary analysis. The research is done for a sample of 910 respondents of the account holders of five top commercial banks of Pakistan. Findings & Value added: The outcomes of the direct investigation revealed an affirmative, and potent impact of ES-QUAL dimensions on customer’s satisfaction. The outcomes of the indirect relationship exhibited that the perceived value and trust mediate ES-QUAL dimensions and customer satisfaction. The secondary data of selected five commercial banks and ratios analysis validated the results of the ES-QUAL model, and it is concluded that the results are linear with the outcomes of customers' satisfaction of primary analysis.

A model to predict the wastewater emission in China was established with comprehensive factor analysis, combining the ARMA and OLS methods. Applied the model, the wastewater emission from 2013 to 2015 in China was predicted. Industry characteristics of wastewater emission between the whole nation and Haihe River basin were analyzed using the 1999 and 2002 water conservancy input-occupancy-output (IOO) tables. The results showed that the national wastewater emission of 2013-2015 will reach 72998, 76897 and 81071 million tons respectively, and industries like paper printing and educational goods manufacturing, chemical industry, discharged a large amount of wastewater and their wastewater emission by unit value added were also very high. In the meantime, wastewater by unit value added of metal smelting and rolling processing industry went down largely from 1999 to 2002, which revealed that the strict supervision had positive effects on reducing wastewater emission.

Nowadays, many industries do not depend on labor intensive, but have transformed to rely on intensive technology. Industry is considered potential strategy to raise value-added for its effort to alter raw or intermediate goods to finished goods. In this study, value-added approach is used to measure the role of technology - capital and energy. A lot of work has been done analyzing restricted variables in single study, but there is still a significant gap where research did not determine differences between measures. This paper aims to discuss the similarities of many technology – capital and energy related variables in Central Java Industries and analyzes their profile change to regional value-added from 2007 to 2017.  Data related to technology – capital and energy are collected from Statistics Indonesia (Badan Pusat Statistik). The variables are examined using exploration factor analysis, multiple linear regression, and cluster analysis. The result shows that the energy consumption has the greatest effect on value-added rising during the study period, while technology - capital does not. Hence, policymaker should maintain the availability of energy for industries. Then, except for Kudus Regency and Semarang Municipality, policymaker should pay attention to the growth of value-added of the entire regions.
