Halal global market shows a significant growth in line with the increasing numbers of world Muslims population. The increasing demand of halal products market is expected to continue to rise in the future. It is therefore, a need to have a standard implementation for halal product all over the world in order to assure the uniformity of halal certification accreditation. By such, this study is to investigate halal standards, and its implementations in Asian countries. In conducting this study, a qualitative approach was applied by utilising library research in collecting the related data. Result of this study indicates that halal standards in Malaysia and other South East Asian countries (Indonesia, Thailand, Brunei and Singapore) are regulated and governed by their own responsible party. Referring to the implementation halal standard, each country has its own characteristics of halal assurance system.Keywords: South East Asian Countries, Standard Halal, Assurance system.

South America relations with East Asian countries have flourished during the last decade. This dynamism was fueled by the economic trade complementarities, and the increasing demand of Asian economies of primary products and its manufactures. Our aim in this paper is to identify and analyze the latest developments of interregional initiatives between Southeast Asia and South America, considering also the contributions of bilateral and multilateral policies in enhancing the interregional links.

Japanese shares of export and manufacturing value-added in the global market have declined significantly, whereas those in China have risen sharply. This paper examines how recent increases in offshoring by Japanese firms relates to the changes in the composition of export, the structure of national production, and the international distribution of manufacturing value-added in Japan, China, East Asian countries, the United States, and European countries, on the basis of our original survey of Japanese firm's offshoring and the statistics of export and manufacturing production of these countries. It also discusses how the net cost saving of offshoring due to wage differentials and institutional factors will affect the sustainability of Japanese offshoring.

This paper is discusion the polygamy is still a controversial problem, although much discussed and examined. The difference of opinion among scholars make this problem continues to potentially raises the agree and disagree. Even though it has been regulated in Act Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the compilation of Islamic law (KHI), this does not necessarily make the problem of polygamy is complete. Not a few perpetrators of polygamy choose married under the hand or by sirri. This research uses qualitative approach by implementing thematic interpretation method (maudhu'i) to obtain a comprehensive understanding about polygamy in the Qur'an. The Data obtained through the study of a library research by sharing the data that comes from the various verse of the Qur'an, hadith, book fiqh, research results, books and the news in various media outlets in order to complete the interpretation of the verses of polygamy. Based on the results of this research it is known that the verses of the Qur'an gives a very tight restrictions for those who want to in polygamy. Justice that the conditions of polygamy is not only were quantitative but also qualitative research. In the context of historical-socio, the command of polygamy is intended as a form of the solution to avoid injustice to orphans women. Even if polygamy still want to do, should the husband marrying the widows who have lighten the orphan.

The East Asian region plays an important economic role in the system of world economic relations, includ-ing one fifth of the world's population with a rapidly growing middle class and mobility that creates high consumer demand. The specifics of the functioning of international business in the key East Asian countries, including gov-ernment regulation, forms of doing business, characteristic features and stages of the formation of international business, differ significantly from those adopted in Western countries. Due to this, the study of the development and functioning of international business in the region is a relevant area of research. The article discusses the main specific features of the Asian business model, analyzes the specificity and forms of functioning of international business in the East Asian countries.
