Background: The study was conducted to evaluate the effect of floor enrichment with rubber mattress of calving pen on prepartum calving behaviour of Tharparkar cow during the winter season. Methods: A total 28 Tharparkar cows were taken in study during winter season (November to March) and divided into two groups each contain 14 animals. One group placed in floor enriched with rubber mattress and other group kept on bare concrete floor calving pen. Preparturient behaviours like lying time, standing time, lying bout duration, number of lying bouts, rumination time ,rumination bouts, self grooming and frequency of self grooming were evaluated on -12 hr, -7th day, -14th day and -21st day prepartum for period of 12 hr in a day. Repeated Meausures ANOVA was used for the analysis of the data. Result: It was found that lying time, lying bout duration was significantly more in rubber mattress group as compare to concrete floor. However, 12 hr before parturition standing time was significantly high compare to any other observational day within the group. Similarly, rubber mattress had positive effect on rumination time, lying duration and self grooming frequency as compare to bare concrete floor. It was concluded that rubber mattress had beneficial effect in calving pen of Tharparkar cow during winter season due to its softness and insulating property. It provided comfort and warmth to the parturient cows. which was evident by increase in rumination time, more lying duration and reduced self grooming frequency.

Abstract Kombucha is a fermented tea beverage with the addition of a kombucha starter called SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast). This research aimed to know the microbiological, chemical and antibacterial activity from various concentrations of turmeric kombucha. The data result was analyzed by descriptive analysis with one factor of turmeric concentration (0.4%; 0.8%; 1.2%; 1.6%; 2%). The best treatment was selected using Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCMD) method with the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) technique. The best treatment was obtained on turmeric kombucha 0.8%. Based on analysis, the best treatment is turmeric kombucha 0.8% with characteristics as follows: pH 2.92; total acid 0.28%; total phenol 147.45 μg GAE/ml; total sugar 8%, total microbial 2.5 x 107 CFU/ml, inhibition zone diameters for E.coli 3.13 mm; whereas black tea kombucha has pH 2.81; total acid 0.58%; total phenol 716.02 μg GAE/ml; total sugar 7.83%, total microbial 1.3 × 108 CFU/ml and inhibition zone diameters for E.coli 2.50 mm.

The research data was in quotation form (word, phrase, and sentence) which is related to the problems of “Jendela Rara'' short story and “Rumah Tanpa Jendela” movie. The researcher used the document analysis technique for collecting the research data. Moreover, the data analysis technique used by the researcher was a flow analysis technique, which consisted of three elements such as, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion verification. The data result formed as a structural analysis while experiencing a transformation from a short story and film.

The data result is analyzed using Wilcoxon differentiate test for resilience and perceived stress scores before and after the training. The result shows a difference between resilience and perceived stress scores before and after the training session with a significance score of 0,005 (p<0,05). Young learners were aged 5-6 have a golden age to master a new language since they have good memorization in their brains. It is similar to the phenomenon at Halimah Kindergarten Prenduan Sumenep. 11 students had mastered their first language (Indonesian) 8 of 11 students among them cannot answer the teacher's question about English vocabulary of profession after the teacher taught learning vocabulary in the classroom. Additionally, the students are still difficult to answer the questions. Ultimately, this research measures whether kindergartens students learning vocabulary with the Multisensory Method have better-memorizing vocabulary and the significant impact of the Multisensory Method after treatment. The researcher conducted research using a quantitative approach with consist pre-experimental design. The data was obtained by observing pre-test and post-test. Likewise, documentation was used to legitimize the data. The data result found that learning vocabulary for the young learner is easier to understand if the teacher applies a multisensory method (t value: 5.164) which is higher than t table 2.23. Hence, the multisensory method is an excellent method to be applied for kindergarten in the classroom.
