This study attempts to comparatively explore the correlation between transformational leadership characteristics of school administrators and school safety in teachers’ views. The sample of the research with a survey model consists of a total of 744 teachers employed in the central districts of the province of Mersin. In the research, the “Transformational Leadership Scale” and the “School Safety Scale” are incorporated as data gathering instruments. Arithmetic mean, standard deviation, pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple linear regression analysis technique are employed for the analysis of the data obtained from the study. It has been concluded that the transformational leadership characteristics of the participant school administrators are significant predictors of school safety in the participant teachers’ views.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

Business competition is currently increasingly stringent requires that marketers develop marketing strategy that is telling. Companies that win business competition can solidify the company's position to survive in the future. This research study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on customer satisfaction of Multipurpose Shop Matahari in Pondok Gede Plaza simultaneously and partially. The study population is all customers of multipurpose store Matahari. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique, with survey data and questionnaire to 130 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the quality of service and customer value positively and significantly affect the customer satisfaction, service quality and customer value positively and partially significant to customer satisfaction.

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.

<p>The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Islamic advertising (Islamic advertising messages, Islamic story illustrations and Muslim advertising stars) Mahatahari Dept. Store against the buying interest of prospective Mahatahari Dept. Store in Central Java. This research was conducted in Central Java Province with a sample size taken as many as 120 respondents with a purposive sampling method. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using the Likert scale to measure 13 indicators. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that Islamic advertising messages, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars had a positive and significant effect on consumers' buying interest. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be explained that the simultaneous influence of Islamic advertising message variables, illustrations of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars on consumer buying interest. While the partial results of the illustrative variable of Islamic stories and Muslim advertising stars have a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, but Islamic advertising message variables have no effect on buying interest.</p>

This research has a purpose to know whether relationship marketing and service quality have positive influence to loyalty of customer of saving sikoci at Bank of Nagari branch of Simpang Empat either partially or simultaneously and know which variable is more dominant. The data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire. The sample used is 100 customer, with sampling technique using accidental sampling technique. Data analysis technique in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results obtained in this study are as follows: (1) Trust has positive effect (944) &lt;(1,984) and not significant (0,348)&gt; (0,05) to loyalty. (2)) Commitment has positive (8,218)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (3) Tangibles has negative (-2,430)&gt; (1,984) and significant (0,017) &lt;(0,05) effect on loyalty. (4) Reliability negatively (-1.570) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 120&gt; 0.05 to loyalty. (5) Responsiveness has positive effect (5,922)&gt; t table (1,984) and significant (0,000) &lt;(0,05) to loyalty. (6) Warranty has positive effect (1,199) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 234&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. (7) Empathy has positive effect (186) &lt;(1,984) and insignificant 0, 853&gt; 0,05 to loyalty. From the value of Adjusted R Squere simultaneously produced 566. It means that 56.6% of loyalty variables are influenced by independent variables and the remaining 43.4% is influenced by othervariables.

<p>This research aims to find the effect of produck knowledge, brand image, brand ambassador against purchasing decisions top white coffie products in students of the faculy of economics and Islamic busines (FEBI) IAIN Kudus 2016-2017. Many factors motivate consumers to make purchasing decisions. Purchasing decisions are consumer behavior in deciding whether to buy a product or not. Usually consuimers will consider before going to decide on a purchase a product that will buy. This research uses quantitative research, the population in this study amounted to 1.091 Student. While the sample used 92 student. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that product knowledge has an effect on purchasing decisions. Brand image affects purchasing decisions and brand ambassador influences decision making. And together Product Knowledge, Brand Image, Brand Ambassador influence purchasing decisions.</p>

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence through data analysis of the influence of work culture, organizational commitment, and strandar operational procedures on employee work productivity at PT Kimia Farma Apotek Tbk (Persero) East Bandung Region. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verifikatif method with quantitative approach and using multiple linear regression analysis. Technique of collecting data that is used is by observation at 6 pharmacy chemical pharmacy of East Bandung area through questionnaires completed by interview. the esult of this study indicate that both partially and simultaneously between work culture, organizational commitment and standart operational process have a positive effect on employee work productivity. It means that the more work culture organizational commitment, and ordinary operational procedures, will make the work productivity of employees more and more tense. As well as the most dominant most affecting work productivity is comitment organization, meaning with high organizational commitment, automatically employees will work hard for the company, proud of the company and have good emission ties the company.

 ABSTRAK Kontribusi UKM untuk pertumbuhan perekonomian membuat kinerja UKM perlu untuk ditingkatkan. Dalam hal ini ada banyak faktor yang harus dipertimbangkan dalam meningkatkan kinerja di UKM-UKM seperti kewirausahaan dan orientasi pasar, sehingga kajian yang telah dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paling penting dari orientasi pasar dan kewirausahaan pada kinerja usaha UKM. Penelitian dikerjakan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel diambil dari 50 pelaku UKM yang dibina oleh Dinas Perdagangan Surabaya. Pengumpulan data dalam kajian ini dikerjakan dengan menyebarkan angket kuesioner. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Temuan-temuan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa orientasi kewirausahaan dan pasar mempunyai pengaruh signifikan baik itu parsial dan secara simultan pada kinerja usaha pada UKM-UKM. Kata kunci: orientasi kewirausahaan, orientasi pasar, kinerja usaha  Strategi Orientasi Kewirausahaan, Orientasi Pasar dan Pengaruhnya Pada Kinerja Usaha Di Unit Usaha Kecil-Menengah (UKM) ABSTRACT SMEs contribution to economic growth makes the MSMEs performance need to be improved. This research is done by using quantitative approach. The samples taken are 50 SMEs business players built by Department of Commerce Surabaya. Data collection in this study was done by distributing questionnaires. Analysis technique of data is multiple linear regression analysis. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi minat orang tua memilih sekolah di SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan dengan populasi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang tahun 2017 dan sampelnya siswa/siswi kelas X SMKN 2 Semarang berjumlah 120 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah angket dan dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik analissi data menggunakan uji prasyarat analisis dengan menggunakan uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas dan uji heteroskidastisitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda., teknik pengumpulan data dengan angket, dan pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Sarana dan Prasasara, kualifikasi akademik guru, dan kompetensi lulusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 Semarang, 2) Produk pendidikan dan biaya pendidikan tidak berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap minat orang tua dalam memilih sekolah SMK N 2 SemarangKata Kunci:Faktor-faktor,minat,orangtua,Sekolah menengah kejuruan.Abstract This study aims to explore the factors that influence parents' interest in choosing a school at SMK Negeri 2 Semarang. This type of research is a quantitative research approach with a population of class X of SMK 2 Semarang in 2017 and a sample of students in grade X of SMKN 2 Semarang totaling 120 respondents. The instruments used were questionnaires and documentation, while the data analysis technique used the analysis prerequisite test using normality test, multicollinearity test and heteroskidasticity test and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, data collection techniques with questionnaires, and data processing using the SPSS version 20 program. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Facilities and Presasara, teacher academic qualifications, and graduate competency have a significant effect on parents 'interest in choosing SMKN 2 Semarang, 2) Education products and education costs do not significantly influence parents' interest in chose the SMKN 2 SemarangKeywords:Factors,Interest,parent,vocational high school

As the power of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating student teacher performance will be very supportive. One way to improve teacher performance is to pay attention to factors that can improve teacher performance. Paying attention to the factors that affect the teacher's performance delivered by Gibson, its relation to teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Islam Foundation Nahdlatul Wathan Wanasaba as an object of research will be seen from three variables; (1) organizational variables related to leadership; (2) psychological variables include personality in the form of work ethic and (3) individual variables include the ability or competence of teachers.Based on the above circumstances, the purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the effect of transformational leadership, work ethics and competency in a pasial (separate) and simultaneously (together) manner on teacher performance at the Tarbiyatul Islam NW Wanasaba East Lombok Foundation. To meet these objectives, multiple linear regression analysis is carried out, namely t test and F test. Before conducting multiple linear regression analysis, first classical assumptions are tested of all variables that are valid and reliability. Finally, interpret the results and conclusions.After multiple linear regression analysis is done, the result that is spatially and simultaneous transformational leadership, work ethic and competence significantly affect the performance of teachers at the Islamic Foundation NW Wanasaba Tarbiyatul East Lombok.Keywords :independent variable, dependent variable, Partial, simultaneous
