The importance of the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities is objective to the importance of ideological and political theory courses. At present, the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities has big problems in both macro and micro aspects. This paper combines artificial intelligence technology to build an intelligent management system for ideological and political education in colleges and universities based on artificial intelligence, and conducts classroom supervision through intelligent recognition of student status. The KNN outlier detection algorithm based on KD-Tree is proposed to extract the state information of class students. Through data simulation, it can be known that the KD-KNN outlier detection algorithm proposed in this paper significantly improves the efficiency of the algorithm while ensuring the accuracy of the KNN algorithm classification. Through experimental research, it can be seen that the construction of this system not only clarifies the direction of management from a macro perspective, but also reveals specific methods of management from a micro perspective, and to a certain extent effectively solves the problems in the management of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities.

Humanistic curriculum theory has important guiding significance for the reform of Ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities. This article utilizes the synthetic study method to carry on the discussion about China’s cooperative education model that has tried out in the university. In 1985, the Textile Institute of Shanghai Engineering Technology University studied the experiences of Waterloo University, they experimented one year three semesters cooperative education model jointly with 6 factories. Since then, China's colleges and universities began to experiment the cooperative education model and showed different types of it. This paper classifies and sums up the types of cooperative education model that divided by the organizational form, the production and study time and the way of cooperation in age 80-90 for the 20th century in China. The models were divided into 14 kinds of test patterns, and these models are briefly outlined.

With emerging engineering education becoming a new strategic direction of the higher engineering education reform in China, it is an important issue faced by colleges and universities to comprehensively improve their abilities of training talent, conducting scientific research and serving the society. As an important force of social cooperative education in colleges and universities, alumni are not only the embodiment of high school achievements, but also an important educational resource in colleges and universities. By grasping the advantages of alumni as educational resources, alumni education should be carried out throughout the whole process of alumni work, and the concept of “all staff, all process, all aspects, all society and all heart” service for students and prospective alumni should be established.
