As an important force of social cooperative education in colleges and universities, alumni are not only the embodiment of high school achievements, but also an important educational resource in colleges and universities. By grasping the advantages of alumni as educational resources, alumni education should be carried out throughout the whole process of alumni work, and the concept of “all staff, all process, all aspects, all society and all heart” service for students and prospective alumni should be established. A high-quality alumni education team should be established, rich alumni education programs should be developed, key alumni education fields should be focused, intensive alumni education resources should be expanded, and a win-win cooperation mode between universities and alumni should be established. Taking the initiative to transform the advantages of alumni resources accumulated over a long period of time into the advantages of continuously improving the quality of personnel training, providing a solid social foundation for the school’s education work.

The Impact

The long lifecycle, also known as durability and the permanence / invariability in the quality of papers and cardbords for graphic art, are today the basic requirements, imposed by printed art in terms of high quality parameters. These two factors are a manifestation, depending on different internal chemical-composition properties of the paper consistency and external influences of the ambience. Longevity and permanence are perceived as a function of aging and are actually observed at a later point in time. It is important to clarify that they are terms with different contents where „durability” is perceived as the ability of the paper or cardboard to resist the impact of wear during use, and the „permanence” is the possibility of product to remain chemically and physically stable for a long period of time.

The core of engineering education Accreditation is to estimate engineering education qualification of each institute and make a direction for institutes development. The purpose of Accreditation is to improve universities ability to educate high quality engineers and to enhance Chinese engineering education and to make pace with international engineering education. Educational resources that affect the engineering education accreditation is one of important factors, Therefore, the model of educational resource for engineering education Accreditation becomes very important to insure the quality of Accreditation. This paper use Cloud Hierarchical Analysis (CHA) to deal with the fuzziness and uncertainty in the engineering education Accreditation. The Cloud Hierarchical Analysis can efficiently describe the fuzziness and randomness of judgment graphically by cloud figure and provide a picture for decision maker. Using cloud operator and geometric mean method to calculate the Cloud weights for each positive reciprocal Cloud matrix, and these weights are combined to determine the final Cloud scores for the alternatives. Finally, the calculation results show that Cloud Hierarchical Analysis model is suitable for educational resources of engineering education Accreditation.

Text from the Introduction: An increasing nrunber of students of social conditions are coming to regard the country school as one of the most pressing problems of our national life. In building, equipment, curriculum, teaching, and results the country school is far below the standard now reached by the elementary school in the city; and no high school at all is provided for a large majority of pupils in the country. Some of the hindrances to rural school betterment are a clumsy, inefficient organization and a lack of funds. When the resources are rneagre it is difficult to procure adequate buildings and equipment and to employ skilled teachers, supervisors, and administrators. In ability to raise money for schools, the city is, as a rule, far superior to the rural community. But the possession of money alone will not insure a high quality of these material and human agencies. There must be an organization by means of which these may be obtained and directed.

With the advancement of "high quality vocational school scheme" and "double first-class college" construction in China, more and more colleges and universities have begun to adopt modern apprenticeship to create a new "dual subject" education model. Maintaining the availability of high quality of seed on-time is one of the major problems in the production of large white ginger seed rhizomes (LWG). LWG seeds cannot be stored for a long period of time because it is easily wrinkled and sprouted during the storage. This study aimed to understand the effect of PBZ treatment time and concentration on the quality of LWG seeds during the storage. This study used a randomized square experimental design with three replications. The main plot is the time of application of paclobutrazol: 1) 4 months after planting (MAP) and 2)  5 MAP, and as subplots are five levels of PBZ concentration : 0, 100, 200, 300 and 4 00 ppm. The results showed the treatment of PBZ 400 ppm at 4 and 5 MAP was the best concentration in increasing the shelf life of LWG seeds: growth speed (4.8% / etmal ), seedling height (60.38 cm) and dry weight of seedlings (1.51 g) after stored for 4 months compared with no PBZ treatment.
