The development of management accounting promotes the integration of business and finance, and with the continuous development of information technology and the advent of the era of big data, the development of corporate financial informatization provides tools for the integration of business and finance. This paper improves the big data technology, improves the traditional accounting process, combines the big data technology to build a computerized accounting system, and obtains scientific and effective accounting information processing results through intelligent big data processing. The design goal of the enterprise accounting management system is that the system can efficiently complete the enterprise cost budget accounting work after the design is completed and ensure the normal and stable progress of the enterprise cost budget accounting work. Through the experimental research results, it can be known that the computerized intelligent accounting system based on big data technology constructed in this article has certain effects.

The changes in information technology nowadays has influenced in many aspects, include the accounting system. In manual accounting, employees need to perform the whole accounting cycle manually on a periodic basis, while in computerized accounting; employees can use computer and accounting software to perform the job. By using AIS the tasks can perform easily and any kinds of report can be made easily. The changing in accounting system can impact the audit process. Audit need to adjust the system, both in audit process and personnel who conduct the audit. The personnel should have a good understanding of clients’ business process and knowledge about information technology, therefore audit will result in a good internal control. Internal control can detect whether organization’s objective can be achieved effectively and efficiently. The implementation of internal control on AIS audit meets some constraint namely need of continuous monitoring of internal control especially for network breakdown, hacked system, virus threatened, and difficulty tracing the audit trails.

Abstract With the rapid implementation of made in China 2025 plan and the rapid development and application of information technology such as artificial intelligence, big data technology, industrial Internet of things and 5G, information technology has been integrated into every link of the whole life management cycle of mechanical products, such as tool condition detection and mechanical fault diagnosis in machining process. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to study the application of big data technology in mechanical intelligent fault diagnosis. In the process of this study, the decision number algorithm and data mining algorithm are used to study the experiment, and some mechanical faults in the past are analyzed and studied. Summary of the experimental results show that the use of decision number algorithm and data mining algorithm in the experiment has achieved good results, through these methods and big data technology, we can quickly diagnose the fault of mechanical equipment, accurately locate the fault location of mechanical equipment. Mechanical intelligent fault diagnosis based on big data technology can improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis, reduce enterprise costs and improve economic performance.

This paper aims to explore the role of applying information technology governance using the COBIT 5 framework in improving the security of accounting information systems. The paper also aims to assess the level of governance of information technology in the Trade Bank of Iraq TBI through COBIT 5 processes, including 4 dimensions of planning and organization, acquisition and implementation, support and delivery, and monitoring. The study uses a qualitative approach through a case study conducted at the Iraqi Bank of Commerce. The results show that applying the COBIT 5 governance mechanisms of information technology reduces data processing risks and improves automated accounting information systems' security. The results also show that the Trade Bank of Iraq can implement the COBIT 5 Framework. Also, the accounting system used in the Bank has all the features of information technology governance that, on the one hand, ensure confidentiality of customer information and, on the other hand, prevent the system from penetrating. The results of the current study provide a better understanding of stakeholders on the nature of IT governance in the light of the COBIT 5 framework and its role in enhancing accounting information security.

Under the background of intelligent technologies, art designers need to use information technology to assist the design of art factors and fully realize the integration of art design and information technology. Multisensor information fusion technology can more intuitively and visually carry out a more comprehensive grasp of the objectives to be designed, maximize the positive effects of art design, and achieve its overall optimization and can also help art designers get rid of the traditional monolithic and obsolete design concepts. Based on multisensor information fusion technology under wireless virtual reality environment, principles of signal acquisition and preprocessing, feature extraction, and fusion calculation, to analyze the information processing process of multisensor information fusion, conduct the model construction and performance evaluation for intelligent art design, and propose an intelligent art design model based on multisensor information fusion technology, we discuss the realization of multisensor information fusion algorithm in intelligent art design and finally carry out a simulation experiment and its result analysis by taking the environment design of a parent-child restaurant as an example. The study results show that using multisensor information fusion in the environmental design of parent-child restaurant is better than using a single sensor for that; at the same time, using force sensors has a better environmental design effect than using vibration sensors. The multisensor information fusion technology can automatically analyze the observation information of several sources obtained in time sequence under certain criteria and comprehensively perform information processing for the completion of the decision-making and estimation tasks required for intelligent art design.
