Robotic Mobile Fulfillment System (RMFS) is a new type of parts-to-picker order picking system and has become the development trend of e-commerce logistics distribution centers. There are usually a large number of tasks need to be allocated to many robots and the picking time for e-commerce orders is usually very tight, which puts forward higher requirements for the efficiency of multirobot task allocation (MRTA) in e-commerce RMFS. Current researches on MRTA in RMFS seldom consider task correlation and the balance among picking stations. In this paper, a task time cost model considering task correlation is built according to the characteristics of the picking process. Then, a multirobot task allocation model minimizing the overall picking time is established considering both the picking time balance of picking stations and the load balance of robots. Finally, a four-stage balanced heuristic auction algorithm is designed to solve the task allocation model and the tasks with execution sequence for each robot are obtained. By comparing with the traditional task time cost model and the algorithm without considering the balance among picking stations, it is found that the proposed model and algorithm can significantly shorten the overall picking time.

In order to improve production quality and efficiency of cigarette trademark, new type reel cigarette trademark on soft package adopts production mode of reel to reel, which becomes the development trend. This technique makes higher requirements on double-position connection lettering and detection technology of holographic / concave and protruding lettering. This experiment uses on-line quality examination system to conduct the relevant examinations on double-position lettering of holographic / protruding lettering of cigarette packet and makes the analysis. The experiment shows that: holographic lettering quality varies with the amount of lettering and lettering speed. For protruding lettering unit, electrified aluminium in vertical direction has a better result than that in horizontal direction. This study lays a foundation for normal production of machine and further quality inspection after lettering.

The characteristics and the application prospect are analyzed. It is concluded that bionic flapping-wing flying has better lift fore generation efficiency, which is the development trend of aerial vehicles. By the scaling effect analysis on bionic flying mechanism, it is presented that bionic flying could be realized more easily when the sizes are decreased. In this article, the flying mechanism of inset and Aves was studied and the high lift force mechanism of flapping-winging was concluded. In order to make the flapping-flying easier, we design a new type flapping-flying mechanism. A set of flapping-wing move comparatively. It can provide lift force all the time. We test the lift force in the condition of different speed and different frequency. The lift effect is validated on a simple suspend flight device. An experimental platform to measure the aerodynamic force is devised and developed by ourselves. On this equipment, the aerodynamics force of the prototype is test. The result is that enhancing speed or frequency can improve lift force in evidence

Energy in the transportation sector has become a hot issue all over the world because it can affect the energy security of nations. Finding a new type of energy to replace fossil energy is a top concern of many countries, including biofuels. Over the past two decades, there have been many studies on the use of biodiesel and its mix for diesel engines, the results are very positive. In Vietnam, there have also been studies on the use of biodiesel and its mixes on road transport vehicles. However, in the field of waterway transport, there has not been any specific research. Through a comprehensive synthesis of the application situation and research directions in the world, as well as the ability to produce biodiesel in Vietnam, the article wishes to create a premise to develop more research to find develop new technology solutions to apply clean fuels, especially biofuels on the domestic fleet, in line with the development trend of the world on the use of biodiesel fuel.

The informationization of tax management is the development trend of tax industry, with the development of GIS technology, that’s to say geographic information system, which is a new type of geographic data space management technology by using GIS we can achieve the good efficient management in tax economic management, but there are also many problems caused by using GIS, such as making it hard for the tax authorities to implement effective management on similar revenue, blurred tax source management object, problems on tax silver cooperation and so on. This paper analyzes the advantages and drawbacks in the application of GIS technology, and in order to solve these problems, designing a tax sources economy management information system which has functions of basic query analysis and auxiliary decision functions. Along with the development of computer technology and management system, the level of tax informationization will continuously improve.

This article observed a new strategy to the problem of tasks clustering and allocation for very large distributed real-time problems, in which software is consolidated hierarchically and hardware potentially spans various shared or dedicated links. Here, execution and communication times have been considered as a number. Existing strategies for tasks clustering and allocation are based on either executability or communication. This study's analytical model is a recurrence conjuration of two stages: formation of clusters and clusters allocation. A modified hierarchical clustering (MHC) algorithm is derived to cluster high communicated tasks and also an algorithm is developed for proper allocation of task clusters onto suitable processors in order to achieve optimal fuzzy response time and fuzzy system. Yang's and Hamming's distances are taken to demonstrate the impact of distance measures on the performance of the proposed model.

Aim to analyze the development trend of ground fissures, new type of deformation monitoring device was developed. The device was used to measure the deformation of ground fissures in metal mine. The results showed it was feasible to monitoring the three-dimensional deformation. This study could provide reference for the similar condition mine.

A new type of formwork systems based on the use of BIM technologies and formwork sheets from polymeric materials for the erection of standard and individual building structures with a fi ne fi nish have been proposed. The statistical data on the development trend of monolithic housing construction in Russia and the world are given. The advantages and disadvantages of this technology are presented, it is shown how to deal with them. A system of paraffi n formwork has been proposed to facilitate restoration work, as well as works on the construction of architecturally expressive parts of the facades (moldings, sandriks, bulk compositions). An algorithm for working with it using spatial scanning of facades and 3D printing has been developed.

This paper aims to decide on the number of facilities and their locations, procurement for pre and post-disaster, and allocation to mitigate the effects of large-scale emergencies. A two-stage stochastic mixed integer programming model is proposed that combines facility location- prepositioning, decisions on pre-stocking levels for emergency supplies, and allocation of located distribution centers (DCs) to affected locations and distribution of those supplies to several demand locations after large-scale emergencies with uncertainty in demand. Also, the use of the model is demonstrated through a case study for prepositioning of supplies in probable large-scale emergencies in the eastern and southeastern Anatolian sides of Turkey. The results provide a framework for relief organizations to determine the location and number of DCs in different settings, by using the proposed model considering the main parameters, as; capacity of facilities, probability of being affected for each demand points, severity of events, maximum distance between a demand point and distribution center.
