By collecting theoretical research and practical cases on the application of big data in agricultural production and management at home and abroad, this article is based on the actual production and management of rural farmers, deeply analyzes the current situation of big data construction, and finds a model suitable for the development of local agricultural big data. We establish an agricultural big data system suitable for rural characteristics and provide suggestions and suggestions. First of all, this article is based on actual research. Through interviews and questionnaires on the occupational differentiation and agricultural production management of local farmers, the relevant theoretical connections are made, through descriptive statistical analysis of data, and Stata is used for intersectionality. This study uses modular construction methods to build a complete industrialized farm house system and, on this basis, combines the nature of family industry and family intergenerational relationship to divide the unit types and combinations of industrialized modular farm houses. In corresponding analysis and discussion, the test shows that the professional differentiation of farmers is related to the willingness of agricultural production management and agricultural production management behavior. Secondly, this paper uses logistic model to carry out empirical analysis of influencing factors and conducts research on the influencing factors of agricultural production management willingness and agricultural production management behaviors of farmers with different occupational differentiation degrees and models agricultural production management willingness and agricultural production management behaviors, respectively, for empirical testing. Farmers’ professional differentiation has related influence factors on agricultural production management willingness and land transfer behavior. After analyzing the results of the model, this article concludes that the occupational differentiation of farmers has a significant impact on the willingness of agricultural production management, and the specific manifestations are significant in many aspects such as farmers’ age, education level, whether they have nonagricultural employment skills, and the number of family agricultural labors. The professional differentiation of farmers also has a significant impact on agricultural production management behavior, which is specifically manifested in many aspects such as farmers’ age, education level, nonagricultural employment skills, and geographical location of land.

The fluctuation of the stock market has always been a matter of great concern to investors. People always hope to judge the trend of the stock market through the trend of the K line, so as to obtain the price difference through trading, Therefore, it is a theoretical research concerned by the academic circles to carry out empirical research through big data stock volatility prediction algorithm, so as to establish a model to predict the trend of the stock market. After decades of development, China's stock market has gradually matured in continuous exploration. However, compared with the stock market in developed countries, there are still imperfections. For example, the market value of China's stock market does not improve well with economic growth. Year-on-year growth and the development of the real economy. By studying the historical data from 2002 to 2017, we use the Multivariate Mixed Criterion Fuzzy Model (MMCFM) to predict the price changes in the stock market, and obtain the market in China through error statistical analysis. (SSE) is more unstable than the US stock market. Therefore, Multivariate Mixing Criterion (MMC) can be used as a reference indicator to visually measure market maturity. In this paper, we establish a multivariate mixed criteria fuzzy model, and use big data to predict the stock volatility. The algorithm verifies the reliability and accuracy of the model, which has a good reference value for investors.

Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sebagai daerah pasang surut memiliki keunikan dalam bentuk bangunan rumah dan ini tentunya berdampak pada budaya masyarakat yang sengaja membuang sampah ke bawah rumah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan sampah pemukiman, untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman serta untuk menganalisis hubungan karakteristik masyarakat dan lingkungan pemukiman dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman sehingga terwujud kebersihan dan keindahan keberlanjutan lingkungan pemukiman di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir. Berdasarkan hasil analisis distribusi frekuensi yang dilakukan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir adalah tingkat pendidikan, pendapatan, luas halaman, keadaan lingkungan, sikap terhadap lingkungan dan persepsi masyarakat. Tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat dikategorikan rendah atau kurang yaitu sebesar 56,0%, sedang atau cukup sebesar 25,0% dan tinggi atau baik sebesar 19,0%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis chi-square karakteristik masyarakat dan lingkungan pemukiman berhubungan positif sangat nyata dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman di Kecamatan Tungkal Ilir Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, karakteristik masyarakat yang tidak memiliki hubungan dengan tingkat partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengelolaan sampah pemukiman adalah lama tinggal.Kata kunci: pengelolaan sampah pemukiman, karakteristik masyarakat, partisipasi masyarakatEnglish Title: Civil Society Participation in Household Garbage Management at Tungkal Ilir Subdistrict West Tanjung Jabung RegencyABSTRACTSubdistrict Tungkal Ilir West Tanjung Jabung regency astidal area hasa distinctive form of house and it certainly affected to society culture which intentionally throw the garbage downwards the house. In result of distribution frequency anlaysis stated factors that influence society participation level in household garbage management at Tungkal Ilir subdistrict are education level, earning, yard, environment circumstance, attitude to environment and society perception. Level of society participation in household garbage management in Tungkal Ilir subdistrict West Tanjung Jabung categorized low or less that equal to 56,0%, medium or enough equal to 25,0 % and high or good equal to 19,0%. In this study, based on the water function zoning and the related analyses on the current situations and tendency of the pollutions on water environments in Sichuan province, concluded that the primary cause responsible for the deterioration of water resources is the discharge of agriculture wastewater, and the strengthening of agricultural production management as well as the reduction of the agricultural wastewater discharge are the key points to alleviate the water-quality deterioration.

Abstract Big data analytics (BDA) in e-commerce, which is an emerging field that started in 2006, deeply affects the development of global e-commerce, especially its layout and performance in the U.S. and China. This paper seeks to examine the relative influence of theoretical research of BDA in e-commerce to explain the differences between the U.S. and China by adopting a statistical analysis method on the basis of samples collected from two main literature databases, Web of Science and CNKI, aimed at the U.S. and China. The results of this study help clarify doubts regarding the development of China’s e-commerce, which exceeds that of the U.S. today, in view of the theoretical comparison of BDA in e-commerce between them.

Agricultural mechanization has become the main mode of agricultural production and represents the development direction of modern agriculture. The amount of data generated in the agricultural production process is extremely huge, so it is necessary to introduce the concept and analysis method of big data. Combining agricultural robots with big data can improve the performance and application effect of robots. This paper combines big data, WLAN technology and robot technology to realize man-machine remote cooperation platform. This gives full play to the advantages that people are good at object recognition and robots are good at execution, and improves the fruit picking efficiency. The target fruit positioning and recognition system aided by machine vision is adopted to realize the accurate positioning of the fruit to be picked. Design of LFM control signal fitting based on big data clustering. In order to verify the feasibility of the scheme, taking the tomato picking robot as an example, the communication error and control accuracy using big data and WIFI (Wireless Fidelity) technology were tested, and the positioning and navigation efficiency with and without remote monitoring system was compared. Test results show that using big data and WIFI remote monitoring technology can effectively improve the efficiency and accuracy of positioning and navigation of remote operating system, which is of great significance for the design of automatic control system of picking robot.

The construction industry is facing a data tsunami, while emerging information technologies (IT) show great potential for the effective processing of these data or information. However, a comprehensive review for technological change, the resulting process, and organizational changes in the Big Data context, especially from the angle of whole lifecycle of construction project, is lacking. To fill the void, related works published in the databases of Web of Science, Science Direct, and American Society of Civil Engineers library are systematically reviewed. The general trend in emerging IT application in terms of construction project management (CPM) phases, technology and application, and research topics are revealed. Following this analysis, the particularized proposals in relation to each of the main topics within CPM is discussed. Furthermore, according to the advances and limitations of the current literature, corresponding future agendas such as the implementation of comprehensive data-driven CPM scenario are proposed to bridge the gaps between theoretical research and practical demands.

Today modular construction is gaining popularity in the arrangement of production facilities. The purpose of the research is the theoretical substantiation of the choice of the optimal thickness of thermal insulation for external protections of modular buildings taking into account the evaluation criteria based on the method of hierarchy analysis. The article reflects the possibility of using modular buildings for residential and public needs. Given the peculiarities of the use of thermal insulation materials, such structures are erected in a short period of time due to the use of ready-made modules. It is also proposed to use multicriteria analysis to compare different thicknesses of thermal insulation of a modular building. The obtained results are presented in the form of petal diagrams and diagrams of global priorities, which made it possible to make an in-depth assessment of several thicknesses of thermal insulation. When conducting theoretical research, it should be noted that the importance of each of the criteria was taken into account for the selection of thermal insulation. An expert assessment was performed to determine the thickness of thermal insulation, which can be used for lightweight prefabricated structures of modular buildings. As a result of research, it was found that the most suitable thermal insulation material is polyurethane.

The improvement of agricultural production efficiency and the transformation of production mode are the core of promoting agricultural modernization. Taking Chongqing as a sample case, this paper uses DEA-CCR Model, Malmquist Index and Tobit Model to calculate and analyze its agricultural production efficiency and its influencing factors, and accurately identifies the problems existing in its agricultural transformation and development. It has an important policy reference value for improving agricultural innovation and competitiveness, promoting the steady development of rural revitalization, and realizing agricultural modernization, which also provides some reference and enlightenment for countries or regions with similar characteristics of mountain agriculture development in the world to enhance regional agricultural production efficiency. Through empirical analysis and investigation, it is found that the overall agricultural production efficiency of Chongqing remains at the productivity level of 0.8 from 2009 to 2018, with an average annual growth rate of 12.8%, but there is a large gap in the level of regional development. Through Malmquist Index decomposition, it is found that agricultural technology progress has the greatest contribution to the improvement of production efficiency. Financial support for agriculture, urbanization level, regional economic development level and highway mileage have a significant positive impact on production efficiency, while the level of farmers’ disposable income has a negative impact on the increase of production efficiency, and the income gap between urban and rural residents fails to pass the significance test.
