Objective. To explore the practice of comprehensive pharmacy management mode under the strategy of healthy China. Methods. Combining with hospital practice, the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive pharmacy management mode were discussed and considered. Results. The comprehensive pharmacy has advantages in improving work efficiency, optimizing resource allocation, refining pharmacy management, checking the compatibility of Chinese and Western medicines, and improving service quality, and it also increases the labor intensity of staff and is prone to prescription dispensing errors. Conclusion. Hospitals with mature conditions and permission can use the management mode of comprehensive pharmacy.

Traditional coating shell marking process is complex, has long production period, high labor intensity, and endangers health. In order to solve these problems, this paper studied and designed a kind of automatic production line of precision molding in coating shell making process. The production line was controlled by a single-chip microcomputer to automatically achieve the process of dipping, sanding, hardening and drying. It not only improved work efficiency and saved labor, but also reduced the body harm of workers.

Mobile IPv6 solves the problem of node mobility though the protocol handoff process requires high cost and affects service quality. Currently, mobile IPv6 fast mobility and hierarchical mobility handoff technology enjoy wide applications, but there are still weaknesses. In view of the advantages and disadvantages of these two technologies, this paper puts forward a new fast hierarchical handoff scheme of mobile IPv6. Simulation results show that the handoff delay of fast hierarchical mobile IPv6 is shorter than that of fast mobile IPv6 and hierarchical mobile IPv6, which can reduce data packet drop-out and improve network performance.

The cutting pick is primarily used in footing excavation such as coal mining and roadway excavation, so the performance of cutting tooth directly affect the mining capacity, the driving efficiency, and the service life of the tool. The quality of domestic mining pick is lower than that abroad, especially the tooth body wear of the whole shearer picks accounts for half of its overall failure. Thus tooth body 40Cr was treated by various heat treatment processes in this experiment, so as to improve the hardness and wear resistance of cutting tooth, analysis the surface wear scar of morphology, research the wear mechanism, that made for reducing the consumption of cutting tooth, improving work efficiency, and easing the labor intensity of workers undergound.

This research includes descriptive research type of research that aims to explain the relationship between the variables studied. This research is categorized as cross sectional which will be done starting from May 2018 to get the data needed in writing this thesis, researcher conduct research to Garuda customer which located in Indonesia. Primary data is data collected by the researchers themselves from the object of research. Primary data in question through questionnaires given / distributed to Garuda's customers as respondents. Secondary data collection is relatively easy, but has advantages and disadvantages. Researcher obtain secondary data from PT company profile. GARUDA, journals, books, internet and other reading materials related to the factors to be studied. In this study, the variables used and classified into independent variables (independent variables) are service quality (x1), price (x2) and promotion (x3) and dependent variable (non-free variable) ie customer satisfaction (y) .2. It was found that the variable of service quality, price and promotion have contribution or ability to explain the variance of the purchase decision variable by 48,3% while for the rest equal to 51,7% explained by other variable not examined here.

Bed resources are the platform in which most medical and health resources in the hospital play a role and carry the core functions of the health service system. How to improve the efficiency of the use of bed resources through scientific management measures and methods and ultimately achieve the optimization of overall health resources is the focus of hospital management teams. This paper analyzes the previous research models of knowledge related to queuing theory in medical services. From the perspective of the hospital and the patient, several indicators such as the average total number of people, the utilization rate of bed resources, the patient stop rate, and the patient average waiting time are defined to measure the performance of the triage queue calling model, which makes the patient queue more reasonable. According to the actual task requirements of a hospital, a Markov queuing strategy based on Markov service is proposed. A mathematical queuing model is constructed, and the process of solving steady-state probability based on Markov theory is analyzed. Through the comparative analysis of simulation experiments, the advantages and disadvantages of the service Markov queuing model and the applicable scope are obtained. Based on the theory of the queuing method, a queuing network model of bed resource allocation is established in principle. Experimental results show that the queuing strategy of bed resource allocation based on Markov optimization effectively improves resource utilization and patient satisfaction and can well meet the individual needs of different patients. It does not only provide specific optimization measures for the object of empirical research but also provides a reference for the development of hospital bed resource allocation in theory.

With the rapid development of technologies, such as big data, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, the work cooperation among cities and the resources involved in business exchanges are deeply complementary. At the same time, information security has become one of the challenges for smart cities, which is ubiquitous and easy to cause public security issues. For this reason, this research modeled the actual problems and then made decisions on resource allocation by considering full cooperation and non-cooperation situations. Their influence with respect to city size, probability of intrusion by illegal users, and propagation probability of one-time intrusion were analyzed. Based on these foundation works, this research proposed incentive mechanisms to ensure the optimized information security for smart cities. These mechanisms ensure that cities not only voluntarily increase the intensity of resource allocation to information security, but also make the co-operation in line with the reality. Therefore, this balances the advantages and disadvantages of non-cooperation and full cooperation, so as to ensure that the information security level of urban agglomerations reaches the optimal state.

The Pig is an important tool during the process of oil-gas pipeline’s production, replacement, daily operation and management. Its outer diameter is 2% to 5% larger than the inner diameter of pipelines. It stays a clamping state in the pipelines. The fluid pressure difference before and after the Pig push it from the beginning to the end of the pipelines in order to clear all kinds of impurities in the pipelines and detect the internal and external wall corrosion status of the pipelines or achieve other goals. But during the cleaning-up operation, it is difficult for the Pig to get in and out of the pipelines because of its heavy weight. So a Pig and Pigging ball handling trolley is designed in this paper to push and pull the Pig or Pigging ball to get in and out of the Pig launcher & receiver device. This handling trolley will mechanize the Pigging operations, reduce the labor intensity and improve the work efficiency.

This paper introduces the structure and working principle of a new type of automatic medicine renewing and final alarming intravenous infusion device. The control system and the choosing of stepping motor are also discussed. Experiments show that this device can open and close the infusion tubes effectively so the medicine can be renewed automatically, and sound the alarm finally. With this device, the unattended infusion can be realized, the medical labor intensity can be effectively reduced, the clinical safety and work efficiency can be improved.
