We report a flexible and portable biosensor for real-time monitoring body exercise intensity without power supply. The biosensor consists of ZnO NWs and flexible PDMS substrate. The flexible and portable biosensor can be attached to tester’s skin surface. Through piezoelectric signal, exercise intensity can be real-time monitored in sport process. After sweating, the sweat on the skin can flow to the modified ZnO NWs according to the set route through the guide channel of PDMS substrate. It also can monitor the variations of lactic acid concentration in sweat, and the output piezoelectric voltage depends on the sweat concentration, so as to judge the exercise intensity of sport. The biosensor can charge miniature capacitor and the capacitor can charge other small electronic equipment. This multidisciplinary study point out a new development direction of human exercise intensity monitoring and sport big data transmission in the field of sport science, and promote the development of self-powered flexible multifunctional nano-system.

The paper presents modern PLC's network to Physiological parameter monitoring technology. In this paper a founding method and implement of the system for personal and real-time monitoring is described, including the operation of the whole system. The tests demonstrate that the system is stable, reliable as well as high timely and accuracy. This paper accords with the trend that the network is becoming the new development direction of Measurement Technology and Instrument. While the abnormal incidences happen, the system can immediately give an alarm automatically, in order to save the valued time for patients first aid. The system can monitor the patients continuancely for 24 hours. Just take the very small device of data collection and wireless transmission subsystem, the Patients can move freely in a certain area.

How to coordinate heterogeneous database to realize sharing and consistency of information not only is an important research subject in the database filed, but also is an emerging research hot spot in the field of database system. As a new development direction of computer software, it applies some new techniques to integrate the existing systems to develop new applications. The paper analyzes CSCW, XML, JDBC and heterogeneous database, and proposes a solution of heterogeneous database. The solution absorbs the thoughts of database meta data, middle ware and LDAP directory service.
