Outcomes of Multimodal Training for Healthcare Professionals at an AIDS Education and Training Center

Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. The issue of translational education of healthcare professionals is a major one. It is clear that a great degree of upskilling is already required and, to keep pace with the science, this must be ongoing. Stakeholders need to achieve this together - with agreed-on standards across the board so that no patient is denied a suitable, virtually tailor-made treatment due to a lack of knowledge or understanding on behalf of the healthcare professional treating and diagnosing him or her. A key partner in tackling this is the healthcare community, and one way to achieve the goal is through increased EU-wide investment in translational education and training of healthcare professionals.

The Trade Education and Training Center (Pusdiklat Perdagangan) participates in the development of competencies and skills of the Indonesian people. One of contribution is organizing webinars through the learning management system (LMS) Kudagang. As an education and training center that organizes infographic webinars, Pusdiklat Perdagangan hopes to provide the best service. Therefore, evaluation is a mandatory thing that must be done. The infographic became a webinar topic that was given to participants, both academics and professionals. To provide optimal service, Pusdiklat Perdagangan evaluates webinar activities through participant suggestions. The purpose of this study is to identify things that need to be addressed and improved in the implementation of future webinars so that the quality of services provided is optimal and identify topics and webinar materials that are really needed by the community. Suggestions from participants in the form of text are processed and analyzed using text mining. The data analysis consisted of two parts: (1) analysis of suggestions regarding the webinar activities; (2) suggestions for the next webinar topic. The results of the analysis of participant suggestions indicate several things that need to be improved in the implementation of the webinar, including the audio quality, the practice duration, the technique in delivering material, and the role of the host in guiding the webinar activities. The webinar topic suggestions given by the participants to Pusdiklat Perdagangan are advanced infographics, social media management, public speaking, effective communication, and how to write scientific articles

The objectives of this study are: 1) To identify the factors that cause indiscipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 2) To analyze why the discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri is not optimal. 3) To identify how the work discipline is at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. 4) To formulate efforts to improve work discipline at the Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri. This research is more appropriate to use a qualitative approach. The results showed that the work discipline of police officers would affect their performance in serving the community. Pusdik Binmas Lemdiklat Polri has carried out its duties as well as possible, this of course cannot be separated from the participation and support of the leadership who always provides guidance, direction and instructions in carrying out their duties, so that every member of the Head of Education and Training Center for the National Education and Training Center of the Police tries to provide the best service to the community . As the specific conclusions of this study, as follows: The desired work discipline in improving services to the community; The form of work discipline, and its application. The industrial revolution 4.0 is a digital-based era that demands the quality of human resources (HR) who have high skills. The Education and Training Center (ETC) is one of the institutions that plays role in increasing the quality level of human resources. This study aims to see the effect simultaneously and partially between the competence of instructors and infrastructure on the quality of ETC graduates in the face of the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. in Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study consists of all ETCs in Indragiri Hulu, there are 15 ETCs and all ETCs were sampled. Multiple regression and correlation analysis using SPSS 22.0 was used to determine whether or not there is an influence and relationship between variables. The results of the study concluded (1) the competence of instructors and infrastructure simultaneously had a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (2) Instructor competence partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. (3) Facilities partially has a significant effect on the quality of graduates. The variable that has the greatest contribution to the quality of ETC graduates in Indragiri Hulu Regency is the competence of the instructor followed by infrastructure. In this case, of education it will be very difficult for ETC graduates to compete in the world of work. Because this is a factor caused from within the ETC itself.

Contrary to traditional thinking and teaching, it is not illness that dictates the health-seeking behaviour of a population but the healthcare system itself, and—most importantly—our actions as healthcare professionals. A scourge affecting clinical practice in the developed world today is the medicalization of all interactions, accompanied by overinvestigation, overdiagnosis, and overtreatment. The medical profession retains its traditional duty, wherever possible, to diagnose disease and treat or cure illness appropriately, also to comfort the sick, irrespective of the ability to cure. At the same time, a long-held principle of medicine at all levels is to do no harm, while at the same time supporting the maintenance of health and protecting those who are well. This chapter explains how maintaining the balance between these apparent conflicting precepts is a scarce skill that needs to be taught by example during the education and training of the modern doctor.

Corruptions in Indonesia are found in the public service sector. Bandung Education Training Center is a Training Center for the Ministry of Religion in the West Java Province which serves the public in the education and training sector. The purpose of this study was to describe the corruption perceptions by participants in training services at Bandung Education and Training Center. The research methodology used is descriptive quantitative analysis, using survey methods by processing data using the index formula. The research population was all training participants who have participated in training in Bandung Education and Training Center, the research sample was 545 respondents spread across 27 cities in West Java Province. The results of the study were that all training participants received the same education and training services, in all types of training that were followed, education technical training, religious technical training, and administrative technical training. The corruption perceptions of training participants in training services at Bandung Education and Training Center were on the corruption perception index of 4.32, meaning that the training services at Bandung Education and Training Center were in very good qualifications which did not indicate corruption Key Word: Perception, corruption, training services
