An experiment was conducted to examine colour rendition specification criteria. Twenty-five participants each evaluated 90 lighting scenes in a room filled with objects. The lighting scenes included nine chromaticity groups, each with 10 systematically-varied colour rendition conditions designed to meet or not meet previously proposed colour preference specification criteria using the ANSI/IES TM-30-18 measures: Fidelity Index ( Rf), Gamut Index ( Rg) and red Local Chroma Shift ( Rcs,h1). The colour rendition conditions did not meet the criterion for none, one, two or all three of these measures. Participants, who chromatically adapted to each chromaticity group, rated the objects' colour appearance on eight-point scales for saturated–dull, normal–shifted and like-dislike (preference), as well as a binary for acceptable or unacceptable. The findings corroborate past work, but also indicate that colour preference criteria could be adjusted slightly to improve performance, with Tier A having Rf ≥ 78, Rg ≥ 95 and −1% ≤  Rcs,h1 ≤ 15%, Tier B having Rf ≥ 74, Rg ≥ 92 and −7% ≤  Rcs,h1 ≤ 19%, and Tier C having Rf ≥ 70, Rg ≥ 89 and −12% ≤  Rcs,h1 ≤ 23%. A companion regression analysis shows models based on Rf, Rg and Rcs,h1 were superior in predicting colour preference compared to those using other measures of colour rendition.

This study discusses the direct relationship between job crafting, work engagement and sustainable on employee performance at the Telecommunications Directorate of the Directorate General of Postal and Information Technology in Jakarta. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable can be considered as proactive work from work to change their work and work resources to make their work more useful, satisfying, and interesting. job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will have a positive impact on work in a company, one of the impacts is to improve performance, which is one important part of a company. In this study, there were 60 employees and all employees were used as research samples. By using regression analysis, correlation, F-test and T-test. This study shows that employee research is significant with the level of craft work and work results. And employees will truly succeed or survive in the companies that compose them to ensure the safety, health and welfare of their workers. This is evidenced by the results of SPSS calculations which show that the value of the regression coefficient for job crafting  (X1) is 0.553, work engagement (X2) is 0.288 and sustainable (X3) is 0.231 meaning that if there is an increase in employee performance (Y) also will increase for X1 is 0.553, X2 is 0.288 and X3 is 0.231. So it can be concluded that the job crafting, work engagement and sustainable will affect the performance of employees in the Telecommunications Directorate at the Directorate General of Postal and Information in Jakarta.

This study was conducted to determine whether there is an effect of compensation on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. Human resources play an important role in every company, because of that the company must be able to improve performance in the company by providing compensation in accordance with its achievements. This research is a quantitative approach because this research is presented with numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of the data, and the appearance of the results. In this study, the population studied was 60 employees. Based on the results of a simple linear regression analysis concluded that compensation affects the performance of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Manado. This is evidenced by the results of the hypothesis test (t-test).

Organizational performance  is an important issue for researchers and managers including managers in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) for it can be the indicator of success. It also provides accurate information for startegic decision making. Many factors influence organizational performance. One of them is knowledge management (KM) practices. Theoretically and empirically, effective KM practices improve performance. Many researches have been conducted in regard of HEI performance. Unfortunately, in the context of private HEIs in the City of Jambi, the literature and empirical evidences are very rare. This current research aims to fill the gap. It also aims to examine its link with organizational performance. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaire to randomly-selected lecturers and employees. Further, the data was analyzed with regression analysis by applying SPSS V.26. The result shows that knowledge dissemination and knowledge storage system partially and simultenously affect organizational performance. Interestingly, the constanta value in the regression model is negative. This implies that performance might be decreased if KM is not implemented. Then, it is suggested to private HEI operators especially those in the City of Jambi implement KM.

The impact of the management accounting practices on manufacturing firms in the developing countries cannot be overlook. Management accounting practices adopts and put to practice by these firms has always yielded result, but before management accounting practices are adopted by these firms there are factors that determine their adoption. This paper purposely looks into factors that determine the adoption of management accounting practices by manufacturing firms in Ghana. Various literatures has brought to light that that both internal and external environmental factor such firm size, market rivalry (competition), level of qualification of accounting staff and advanced production technology as the major factors that affect MAPs adoption and want to make analysis with Ghanaian manufacturing firms does these factors affect their choice of MAPs This study gathered Data from 200 manufacturing firms in Ghana through questionnaires and regression analysis were done using SPSS to determine the impact these factors have on the adoption of MAPs by these manufacturing firms in Ghana. The study identified determinants such as, firm size, market rivalry (competition), level of qualification of accounting staff and advanced production technology has a positive significant impact on the adoption of management accounting practices by manufacturing firms in Ghana. The study recommends that it is important for organizations to identify the best MAPs which can be include in the firms operations to improve performance and longevity of the organization KEYWORDS: Ghana, Management accounting practices, firm size, market rivalry (competition), qualification of accounting staff and advanced production technology

With the assumption that the vertices have numerical values. The aim of this paper is to construct regression models to estimate the values from their relationship on the graph by defining the vertex and the numerical value as an independent variable and a dependent variable, respectively. Given the condition that near vertices have close values, k-Nearest Neighbor regression models (KNN) has been proposed. However, the condition is not satisfied when some near vertices have different values. To overcome such difficulty, c-regression which classify data points int o some clusters has been proposed to improve performance of regression analysis. We moreover propose new c-regression models on a graph with fuzzy numbers on vertices and show some numerical examples.

This study aimed to analyze influence of psychological empowerment, effort and satisfaction on performance. In addition, this study also aims to analyze the influence of mediating variables of satisfaction relationship between psychological empowerment and effort on performance. Population and samples taken from doormat maker who are members of the UD. Anugrah 2017 for about 700 people . Samples taken from 106 maker/supplier. Data collection’s methods used by questionnaires. The analytic technique used is regression analysis with Path Analysis. The results showed that : 1). Psychological empowerment effect positive and significant satisfaction. 2). Effort have an positive effect and significant satisfaction. 3). satisfaction have an positive effect and significant on performance. 4). Psychological empowerment have an positive effect and significant on performance. 5). Effort have an positive effect and significant on performance.

Abstract. Depression in older adults can be explained by Erikson’s theory on the conflict of ego integrity versus hopelessness. The study investigated the relationship between past acceptance, hopelessness, death anxiety, and depressive symptoms in 100 older (≥50 years) adults. The total Beck Hopelessness (BHS), Geriatric Depression (GDS), and Accepting the Past (ACPAST) subscale scores of the depressed group were higher, while the total Death Anxiety (DAS) and Reminiscing the Past (REM) subscale scores of both groups were similar. A regression analysis revealed that the BHS, DAS, and ACPAST predicted the GDS. Past acceptance seems to be important for ego integrity in older adults.
