In this study high quality of Al doped ZnO (ZAO) thin films were prepared by RF magnetron sputtering on glass substrates at room temperature in order to study the thickness effect upon their structure, electrical and optical properties. XRD results show that the films are polycrystalline and with strongly preferred (002) orientation perpendicular to substrate surface whatever the thickness is. The crystallite size was calculated by Williamson-Hall method, while it increases as the film thickness increased. The lattice stress is mainly caused by the growth process. Hall measurements revealed electrical parameter very dependent upon thickness when the thickness of ZAO film is lower than 700 nm. The resistivity decreased and the carrier concentration and Hall mobility increases as the film thickness increased. When film thickness becomes larger, only a little change in the above properties was observed. All the films have high transmittance above 90% in visible range. Red shift of the absorption edge was observed as thickness increased. The optical energy bandgap decreased from 3.41eV to 3.30 eV with the increase of film thickness.

The Influence of Resin against the Change of Color on the Wall PaintThe quality of the paint is determined by the resin used. Synthetic resins for polymer paints are made by combining several monomers to achieve various characteristics. The incorporation of some monomers such as polyvinyl acetate resin, acrylic vinyl resin and acrylic styrene resin which act as a binder can affect the quality of the paint especially the color change. The purpose of this study is to find the color changes that occur on the wall paint by using Poly Styrene Acrylic , Poly Vinyl Acetate and Poly Vinyl Acrylic. From the results of the measurement of color difference, significant color change occurs in the Poly Vinyl Acetate (PVAc) + Poly Vinyl Acrylic (PVA) and Poly Styrene Acrylic (PSA). The results of the quality test of the three resins based on pH test, scrub test and viscosity test, PSA has better quality compared to PVA + PVAc and PVA resin. From the color difference measurement test, some things need to be considered, are temperature, film thickness, substrate color/background color and measurement conditions (measured in wet sample/in plate/dry surface) and test on resin added additive according to the type of each resin. Keywords: Paint, Resin, Color Changes, Poly Vinyl Acetate, Poly Styrene.ABSTRAK Kualitas dari cat sangat ditentukan oleh resin yang digunakan.

In this paper, the effect of deposition velocity on bonding degree is studied in the aspects of experiment and theory. The experimental results show that the bonding quality of the adjacent filaments is weakened with increasing of deposition velocity. In addition, on the premise of guaranteeing every point in the building process to remain at the optimal temperature, the quantitative relationships between interval and filled area, deposition velocity are investigated by using the technique of deactivate and reactivate element of finite element. On the base of the quantitative relationships, the variable deposition velocity printing method is proposed for the first time. Namely, to reap the best bonding quality of filaments the time of completing one layer can be determined according to the filled area, and then, the optimal deposition velocity can be obtained according to the quantitative relationship between the interval and the deposition velocity. Printing the model at this speed can obtain the part with the best bonding quality between adjacent layers.

The working principle and motion process of an aviation wet clutch are analyzed. The initial velocity before the friction pair engaged is solved. The transient Reynolds equation is modified, and an oil film bearing capacity model and a micro-convex bearing capacity model are derived. The film thickness equation between N friction pairs and a pressure-plate is derived. A dynamic engaged model of springs, pistons, friction pairs, and pressure plates are established. The torque balance equation is established of two pairs of friction pairs. The friction torque, rate of change in the oil film, and law of relative change in speed are obtained. The results demonstrate that the spring preload and the viscosity of the lubricating oil have a significant influence on the engagement characteristics. Increasing the quality of the friction plate will reduce the time of engagement, whereas the quality of the friction plate has slight effect on the friction torque characteristics and oil film thickness. The initial speed generated by the collision process will reduce the output speed, sharply increase the torque peak at the lock, and increase the shift shock.

Geopolymers show great potential for use as binders in developing and manufacturing multifunctional wood products. The objective of this study was to improve the bonding quality of a geopolymer binder, with wood veneers, using different manufacturing parameters. To this end, we produced five layered plywood panels treated with various lay-up times (1, 5, 10, 15 min), panel compressibility values during hot pressing (5%, 10%, 15%, and 30% compression), veneer roughness values (low, medium, and high roughness), press temperatures (120, 140, and 160 °C), and veneer layouts via changing the middle layer position of plywood relative to the surface layers. The results show that the shear strength and thickness swelling were negatively influenced by increasing the lay-up time of resinated veneers and panel compressibility. Increasing the veneer roughness significantly increased the panels’ properties. Furthermore, the panels produced with a pressing temperature of 140 °C showed the best performances. The veneer layouts also significantly changed the physical and mechanical properties of the plywood panels. Generally speaking, the results obtained in this study show that improving the bonding quality of geopolymer binders with wood can be done through the manipulation of plywood manufacturing parameters.
