Rohingya crisis is a crucial topic for recent time in world media. Due to injustice massacre on Rohingya, they took place in our country. This massacre was illegal and breaks the law of human rights. After arriving the Rohingya in Bangladesh, I have seen it had some adverse economic impacts on our Bangladeshi economy. From my study, I have seen it has effects on our tourism industry, unemployment, price hiking, banking sector, food security, and environment and so on. But the impact of Rohingya crisis on tourism industry was intolerable. At the end of my study, I have suggested some polices to solve the Rohingya crisis.

Mount Agung eruptions have an impact on economic losses, especially the banking sector in Bali. Entrepreneurs and bank debtors, especially in Karangasem Regency and its surroundings, ask for relief from the implementation of the provisions of their credit agreements in terms of time, interest and also obligations performance.  It is a legal research that focuses on analyzing the utilitarian approach used by the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (Otoritas Jasa Keuangan/OJK) in the form of Banking-relaxation policy in supporting the local society who affected by natural disaster. It has been concluded that local society who affected by the eruption of Mount Agung in Karangasem Regency Bali may use ‘force majeure’ to suspend their obligation performance in any economic matters, including loan banking. In addressing this issue, OJK plays a role by issuing financial policy for the 3 years period that is expected to give a margin of appreciation for local society to re-arrange their economic situation after the disaster. Such policy, seems has not properly been implemented by all banks in related area. Therefore, a utilitarian approach that inspired the OJK financial relaxation policy should be improved by taking into consideration the concerns on cultural-economic issues, the real declining and uncertain situation of the local economy, and the fragile tourism industry in Karangasem regency.

The stability of Russian banking sector is threatened by three negative tendencies - overheating of the credit market, significant decrease of banks capital adequacy ratios, and growing problems associated with banks lending to affiliated non-financial corporations. The co-existence of these processes reflects the crisis of the model of private investments in Russian banking sector, which was observed during the last 20 years. This paper analyzes the measures of the Bank of Russia undertaken to maintain the stability of the banking sector using the methodology of credit risk stress-testing. Based on this methodology we conclude that the Bank of Russias actions can prevent the overheating of the credit market, but they can also lead to undesirable effects: further expansion of the government ownership in Russian banking sector and substitution of domestic credit supply by cross-border corporate borrowings. The later weakens the competitive positions of Russian banks. We propose a set of measures to harmonize the prudential regulation of banks. Our suggestions rely on design and further implementation of the programs aimed at developing new markets for financial services provided by Russian banks to their corporate and retail customers. The estimated effects of proposed policy measures are both the increase in profitability and capitalization of Russian banks and the decrease of banks demand for government support.

The number of classical banks in the world has reduced. In the majority of countries the number of banks does not exceed 200. The uniqueness of the Russian banking sector is that in this respect it takes the third place in the world after the USA and Germany. The paper reviews the conclusions of the economic theory about the optimum structure of the banking market. The empirical analysis shows that the number of banks in a country is influenced by the size of its territory, population number and GDP per capita. Our econometric estimate is that the equilibrium number of banks in Russia should be in a range of 180-220 units.

The article analyzes urgent issues of the development of Russian banks. The probability of Moscow banks' regional expansion is noted. Hence the necessity for regional banks to find market niches. Competitive advantages of small and medium-sized banks as well as barriers to their activity are considered. Special attention is paid to the problems of corporate governance in banks. The results of the survey conducted by the Association of Regional Banks of Russia in summer of 2004 are analyzed.

The article analyzes factors that affect growth of the share of non-performing loans in the loan portfolio of Russian banks and proposes approaches for this share forecasting on the basis of dynamics of macroeconomic indicators. It also deals with methodological issues of remote stress-test of lending agencies. Using the results of conducted stress-test of Russian banks the authors assess their perspective capital needs in 2010 and estimate the share of government assistance in capital injections. Furthermore, the authors define the scale of vulnerable banks groups in the Russian banking sector.

The authors point out that the local market crisis - on the USA substandard loan market - has led to the uncertainty of the world financial market. It has caused the growing demand for liquidity in the framework of the world financial system. The Russian banking sector seems to be more stable under negative changes than banking systems of other emerging markets. At the same time one can assume that the crisis will become the factor of qualitative shift in the character of the Russian banking sector development - the shift from impetuous to more balanced growth.

The actual omnichannel customer uses indifferently both online and offline channels to express himself through consumption, which increasingly blends personal, cultural and social dimensions. In this perspective social media and social networks are able to assist e-retailers in their effort of creating a total e-customer experience, especially in the tourism industry, trying to satisfy their clients from the relational and commercial point of view. By means of an empirical analysis where managers were interviewed on the topic and its degree of application in the firms, the paper underlines how from the managerial point of view, that represents a new prospect on the topic, the expected shift from e-commerce to social commerce paradigm, facilitating the selling and buying of products and services by using various internet features, is nowadays not completely understood and realized.

Purpose- The primary purpose of the study is to determine the impact of organizational justice (OJ) on employee sustainability. Along with that, it also describes how organizational commitment mediates this direct relationship. This study includes all dimensions of OJ which are distributive, procedural and interactional (interpersonal & informational) within the context of a developing country (Pakistan). Design/Methodology- This study has considered employees working in the banking sector of Pakistan. Two hundred ten questionnaires were received back from employees. Regression analysis was used to analyze direct relationships between variables, while smart partial least squares (PLS) were used for mediation analysis. Findings- Results demonstrated that all hypothesis were accepted and it was also confirmed that organizational commitment (OC) mediates the direct relationship between OJ and employee sustainability (ES). Originality/value- Multidimensional construct of organizational justice was tested in this study, in the context of a developing country (Pakistan), to address the research gap.
