COVID-19 is unprecedented pandemic threading the mankind existence in the recent time, with globally reported (256,966,237) confirmed cases, including (5,151,643) death, as of 22 of November 2021(WHO. 2021). The COVID-19 vaccine doses administered globally were (7,408,870,760) doses as of 22 of November 2021 (WHO. 2021). Strategy to face this serious threat include prevention of getting infection and rational treatment of symptomatic infected ones. Treatment can adopt one or all of the three strategies; prohibiting the virus from entry into the human cells, halt replication of the virus inside the human cells, and neutralizing the inflammatory and other effects of the virus pathogencity. Replication inhibitors are important tool in the tools box against COVID-19, however they are not substitute for vaccination against COVID-19 and other adopted preventive measurements. Still prevention is the best medicine for any disease. The aim of this review is to further explore the replication inhibitors as emerging tools for treatment of symptomatic cases of COVID-19. Many encouraging results have emerged from recent clinical trials. This may help to bridge the gap in existence knowledge and stimulate further discussion to enhance conducting more clinical trials for the treatment of COVID-19 and repurpose already existing other viral replicating indictors for treatment of COVID-19.  Remdesivir, Molnupiravir and Paxlovid are promising viral replicating inhibitors drugs for treatment of symptomatic COVID-19 patients. Since Molnupiravir and Paxlovid   are given orally as five days short course, are significantly of great value for low-income countries

Ghee is pure clarified fat derived from milk, yogurt and fresh cream. It is most commonly used milk fat product in India. The consumption and production of ghee is consistently increasing by 10% in our country in every year. In comparison to other milk fat product, ghee is expensive and short in demand because of its pleasant taste or high nutrition value. Due to its high cost and demand in market, there are high possibilities to adulterate it with cheap fats like vegetable oil/animal body fats. The adulteration detection of ghee is becoming a serious issue to chemists. Several analytical and instrumental methods are available for the detecting adulteration in ghee based on chemical principles. On the basis of study, it was observed that analytical methods are not suitable to detect the adulteration level of <15%. In recent time, digital image analysis is introduced in the field of adulteration detection in food products. A very few studies found in the area of milk fat adulteration detection with foreign fats using image analysis. Various studies found related to detection of adulteration in Oils (like Extra virgin olive oil, sesame oil etc.) with cheap oil using the various color models (like CIELAB, RGB, HSV, CMYK) and machine learning algorithms.

At the recent time, the battlefield archaeology belongs to the slowly developing and establishing branches of Slovak archaeology. Thank to only few zealous researches gains this field of interest consistently more attractiveness among researchers. The main efforts are concentrated on describing and documentation of military activities or preservation and protection of battlefield relics. Nevertheless, researchers abroad focus on different issues and use spatial analyses to reconstruct or understand strategies of combatants. In the following text we try to demonstrate one of these analyses known as KOCOA. An area between Trnava and Trstín (South-western Slovakia) where on April 1945 German military troops tried to stop advancing Soviet units was chosen as a model area. By means of KOCOA analysis we will try to predict locations which were considered appropriate for defence. These locations, confronted with LiDAR-derived images, can provide evidence of field fortifications which can be subjected to subsequent scientific research, preservation and protection.

The aim of the paper is to evaluate the effects of plant growth retardants on poinsettia. Five treatments with different retardants were applied as drench or spray. In the experiment four replicates and a total of 144 poinsettias were used. Treatments with paclobutrazol (60 mg/l sprayed), daminozide (2500 mg/l sprayed) and chlormequat chloride (1000 mg/l sprayed), showed the best results in case of marketability.

The paper aims to measure the extent of international diversification achieved by Indian companies in the recent time period. The study also investigates the nature of international diversification of companies during their transition beyond national boundaries. This evaluation of the firm’s nature and extent of internationalization is further extended to cover the period of COVID-19 as well. The Jacquemin and Berry Entropy Approach (1979) is applied to operationalize the firm’s international diversification. It facilitates the measurement of both inter-region and intra-region diversification. World Bank Geographical Region Classification Framework (2018) has been used to facilitate the applicability of the approach applied. Results indicate that Indian companies were inclined to grow beyond their home territories. However, the extent of international diversification is low as ‘Internationally Low Diversification (ILD)’ reveals to be the most popular strategy amongst Indian companies. Nature depicts a preference for relatedness than unrelatedness for overseas expansion as firms prefer intra-region expansion as compared to moving inter-region. Stagnation and halt are witnessed in the global expansion of companies in the period of the pandemic. The present study is novel as it comprehensively evaluates the international growth strategies preferred by Indian companies in the pre-pandemic and the pandemic period.
